Totally Unacceptable
The condo was unacceptable because it was very dirty ie: floor, furniture and shower. The kitchen was ill equipped for occupants use. My slippers had to be discarded by the second week because after laundering them, after the first week, I could not get them clean. We had to ask for additional bath towels, as well as kitchen towels, since we were renting for two weeks. There was NOT a dishwasher so dish towels and dish cloths should have been furnished. When the housekeeping came with the requested towels, she came with a garbage bag full of towels, the bath towels were black as though they were used to clean floors. The shower curtain had mildew, as well as the corners of the tile in the shower. The curtains hanging on the Lenai doors were black from hitting the floor. The arms on the sofa were black from use. The furniture was flea market vintage. All and all, since fees were charged for cleaning the condo, the condo condition was totally unacceptable. The owner has no idea the condition of their property. I would NOT recommend renting this condo in the current condition. Infact, a refund of the cleaning fees should be in order given the unacceptable condition.
