This unit is on the 9th floor of building 5 which is the furthest building from the beach.
This unit is self check in. You will be given a door code for entry in your email or inbox.
There is an elevator in this building.
Beach access is across the street about a 5 minute walk.
Parking is FREE but you will need a pass from the office.
This unit has a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa.
Not included: beach umbrella, refill paper products and any consumable items.

The Neighborhood:

Totally Unacceptable

The condo was unacceptable because it was very dirty ie: floor, furniture and shower. The kitchen was ill equipped for occupants use. My slippers had to be discarded by the second week because after laundering them, after the first week, I could not get them clean. We had to ask for additional bath towels, as well as kitchen towels, since we were renting for two weeks. There was NOT a dishwasher so dish towels and dish cloths should have been furnished. When the housekeeping came with the requested towels, she came with a garbage bag full of towels, the bath towels were black as though they were used to clean floors. The shower curtain had mildew, as well as the corners of the tile in the shower. The curtains hanging on the Lenai doors were black from hitting the floor. The arms on the sofa were black from use. The furniture was flea market vintage. All and all, since fees were charged for cleaning the condo, the condo condition was totally unacceptable. The owner has no idea the condition of their property. I would NOT recommend renting this condo in the current condition. Infact, a refund of the cleaning fees should be in order given the unacceptable condition.

Location was great for the beach.

The property needs some work. The remotes didnā€™t work we had to change batteries. The shower curtain is completely molded which I communicated our first day. There are dings in the walls and no knobs to move closet doors. The lights when you walk in do not work. We finally figured out lightbin kitchen can be turned in w remote for fan. The air conditioner worked great. The bed was comfortable. Fridge was clean. Dishsoap would be nice to have.

Best beach vacation

A great property for couples. Property is clean and as described, property manager is helpful and prompt with reply. The bird watching from the veranda was amazing.

great location and condo

The TV did not work nor did many of the lights, so that was a bummer. However the fact that there was NO TV actually worked out because we drank wine, talked and created a more romantic atmosphere. I think however your next guest may not be so forgiving

Wonderful Condo

This condo has been well designed to meet the needs of a traveler or longer term tenant. The kitchen, large bathroom with lovely tiled shower, comfortable king bed, deck with both screens and sliding glass panels and plenty of storage space was a pleasure. The updated decor and great 9th floor view in two directions was delightful. It was clean, quiet and the pools and grounds were nice. The location was key, as one could easily walk to Barefoot Beach where there was little parking, seldom available. Two restaurants were close. We especially liked Coconut Jack's, a mere half block from the unit.

Perfect for 2

This place was perfect , close to beach , clean, close to everything and updated . Beach was beautiful, pool was nice and weather was awesome. Only reason we gave it 4 stars was no fault to owner but air conditioner had a hard time keeping bedroom cool due to its location but the fans made it work. Bed was comfortable and would definitely book again no worries. Thanks for a great vacation

Too short spring break trip!

My husband and I squeezed in a quick trip to escape the Midwest cold and this was a perfect place for it! This condo was the perfect size for us and was easy walking distance to the beach and a couple good restaurants. It was also nice to have a pool when it got too hot at the beach. Owner provided beach towels and chairs so all we needed was sunscreen! We would return!
