Comfortable home in golfing and boating paradise, Hot Springs Village, Arkansas

This is a very cozy, clean, and comfortable home with all of the amenities of your home. With 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, (plenty of room for your children to sleep with couches, recliners, and air mattress), living room, family room, dining room, utility room with full size washer and dryer, front porch, large back deck with furniture, carport with driveway, and another driveway with plenty of parking for your cars and boats, beautiful zoysia grass lawn in front, and a large backyard for all of the children to play. The backyard opens up to the 15th fairway of the DeSoto Golf Course. This is an all electric home with an electric log heater in the fireplace. This is a split level home with the family room (Flat screen TV on the wall) that has a sliding glass door that opens to a small deck, 1 bedroom (Queen Bed), and a large full size bath with Jacuzzi and shower combination. The main section of the house is accessible by 1 step onto the front porch and 1 step into the house. This part of the house is the main living area with back bedroom (Queen Bed with flat screen TV on wall), full size bathroom with tub and shower combination in hallway, master bedroom with private bath with large walk-in shower (King Bed with flat screen TV), living room with sofa, chair, and recliner, with flat screen TV above fireplace mantle, dining area with table, chairs and bar stools, utility room with large washer and dryer, and full size kitchen with nice appliances and dishwasher. There is a sliding glass door that opens from the dining area onto a large back deck that overlooks the backyard and golf course fairway. There is laminate and tile flooring everywhere except bedrooms, hallway, and family room, which is carpet. Hot Springs Village is the world's largest gated community with over 32,000 acres nestled in the beautiful Ouachita Mountains only 10 miles north of historic Hot Springs. As our guest during your stay you will have access right here in the village to 8 beautiful golf courses, 9 fishing lakes of which 4 of them are large enough for tubing and skiing, play areas for the children, basketball courts, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, miniature golf course, large covered pavilion by Cortez Lake with large grill for large family gatherings, 3 swimming beaches on 3 different lakes, and many nature walking trails throughout the village. Visit historic Hot Springs and spoil yourself on bathhouse row in the natural hot water springs. Bring your boat and cruise beautiful Lake Hamilton right in Hot Springs, or go only 10 miles north of Hot Springs Village to the state park on Lake Ouachita and launch your boat in pristine waters that is totally surrounded by state park wilderness. If roller coasters are your thrill then only 5 miles south of the village is Magic Springs, a beautiful amusement park with great rides and a large water park. If relaxation is your desire, then sit on the back deck and watch the golfers go by as your steaks and burgers are cooking on the large propane grill that we provide. Enjoy the peace and tranquility as the sun sets over the Ouachita Mountains. There is something to enjoy here in Hot Springs Village and close surrounding area for everyone in your family. And remember Walmart is only 1 mile outside the gate of the village!

This is a great property for a family get away or a guy's golf outing. Very clean and well maintained home. Convenient to many activities and close to the west entrance. Will definitely stay here in our next trip.

Spacious and comfortable home sitting in a quiet, peaceful and safe neighborhood. Being located on the golf course was nice for walking or jogging in the evening. House was super clean and had what we needed for cooking/grilling. Our boys enjoyed the host having putters available to use the miniature golf course nearby.

My family loved this home. Every room was cozy. All of the furniture was comfortable. The area is quiet. The upper level patio is spacious with a view of a golf course. We were near AR-7, so there were a few good restaurants to choose from and stores such as Walgreens and Walmart close by.Communication from the host went smoothly. I have no complaints. I would definitely stay there again.

distinct odor in the kitchen/dining area. not terrible but present. house was clean and apparently well maintained. surprised to see kitchen cabinets labeled with magic marker. cushions for the deck furniture would be a nice touch. there was no notification to gate security that we were arriving. had to dig through emails to prove we actually had a reservation. good value for the money and would use this property again. recommended.

My family and I stayed a week at this *beautiful* house. It had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking, there were plenty of bath towels for every person, and the living room was especially comfortable with ample seating for the six of us. The rooms allowed for privacy & every bathroom was updated & clean.The area felt very safe. We hope to make this a yearly trip & stay here again!

Anfitrião: Stephen E Robinson

We are Stephen and Cheryl Robinson of Shreveport, Louisiana. We have been married for 51 years. I was born in Shreveport, Louisiana, and Cheryl was born in Duncan, Oklahoma. We met in bible college where I studied for the ministry and Cheryl studied music. I was a pastor for nearly 44 years, at the same church here in Shreveport for over 40 years. We still live in Shreveport . We have 2 sons and 1 daughter (all married), and 8 grandchildren. I retired 5 years ago. We still attend the same church with our family and help out whenever our new pastor calls upon us. My wife loves crafts and decorating, and I love to bass fish and golf.

We have been coming to Hot Springs Village for many years as guests of our neighbor to enjoy the beautiful Ouachita Mountains and the clear lakes. We eventually bought a timeshare here in the Village that we and our family enjoyed for many years. While golfing on DeSoto Golf Course one day, I saw this house for sale. It needed lots of tender loving care. We bought it and began the long process of remodeling the entire house ourselves. It has been such a blessing to us and to our family and friends. A perfect place to come vacation. A place for fun and rest!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We fell in love with this location because of the peace and quietness. No highway or air traffic noise. Just birds singing and an occasional golfer playing their round of golf. It is conveniently located 1/2 mile inside of the west gate of Hot Springs Village, making running to the store, fast food, or Walmart a snap. You can be on the golf course in less than 5 minutes, and 7 other courses in just a few more minutes. Beautiful fishing and water sport lakes, children playgrounds, pickle ball and basket ball courts, miniature golf, miles of nature walking trails, and 2 swimming beaches are all just a short drive away right inside of beautiful and safe Hot Springs Village.
