Venture Out is a safe, family-friendly gated community that includes amazing amenities such as private beach access, fishing pier, two private pools, free clubhouse WiFi, mini golf, tennis and basketball courts, shuffleboard, large playground for the kids, and 24 hour security patrol. The pools are wheelchair friendly and one is for those off-season vacationers!

Our non-smoking/pet free home is perfect for families and friends wanting a relaxed, laid back vacation at the beach. We recently added a second, large living room to our home, which holds a full/twin bunk bed with a twin size trundle pull out, a sleeper sofa, a glider rocker, and a walk in ceramic shower and toilet.

Our original living space upstairs has a large family room with two couches, a chair, an electric fireplace, and a flat screen TV. The kitchen comes fully-stocked with all cooking utensils, electric stove, full size refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, and a set of TV trays. There is a cozy bedroom tucked away behind the kitchen that holds a king size bed and private bathroom and our unit does have a washer and dryer for your convenience. We also have a large covered porch with enough seating for everyone plus a few!

Enjoy some of our FREE, fun activities such as mini golf, shuffleboard, or play a game on our lighted tennis courts and basketball court! Pickle ball courts have beef added recently. There are also free outdoor grills located by the bay, giving you the perfect backdrop for a sunset picnic. Enjoy the free pier fishing located behind the heated swimming pool, located at the back of the park.

Need an excursion? Check out our boat access or take the private use golf cart for a spin to our bay pier and spot numerous birds, fish, and even a dolphin or two! You can even take a short 5 minute walk to Saint Andrews State Park, the perfect place to snorkel and paddle board! Saint Andrews State Park even has something to offer for those wildlife lovers, as you will find plenty of docile deer grazing near the pathways and even have close encounters with alligators in their natural habitat.

Venture Out is conveniently located just minutes from major grocery chains and Panama City favorites such as Ripley's Believe it or Not Titanic ship and Upside Down House!

Too rainy to hit the waves? Take a short 15 minute drive to Pier Park, a shopping center that offers everything, from one-of-a-kind boutiques to laser tag and plenty of unique dining experiences such as Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Dick's last Resort, and Dave and Buster's! Pier Park is located right across the street from the longest pier in Panama City, and it was at this pier where the state record largest shark was caught!

Panama City Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, so let us show you why!

** Special Considerations**
-This is a private gated community so you will be required to register your vehicle with the front office upon arrival. You will be given a mirror tag that must be visible at all times that gives you access into the park. The fee is a separate fee for one vehicle and an additional fee for a second vehicle. Only two vehicles may be registered to a unit at any given time.
- Boats and other water-crafts are allowed, but require a separate registration fee. Those fees and FAQ's can be found on the Venture Out website (linked below)
-Golf cart privileges are given to licensed drivers over the age of 16 who possess a driver's license. No one under the age of 16 is allowed to operate the golf cart at any time. This is a strict Venture Out Resort rule and they will ticket.
-Must be over 22 to rent this unit.
