Beautiful 6 bedroom home large property, with hot tub!!!

Come stay at our 5 Bedroom (optional 6th bedroom comes with a queen air mattress and sofa , 4 Bathroom home, perfect for Multiple families! Sleeps 12-13 adults comfortably. Plenty of room for more guests if kids want to crash out on one of our 3 sofas. No charge for extra guests up to 16 people. The home is on a 1.20 acre lot. Open concept home with lots of room for gathering plenty of windows that let in natural light, beautifully decorated and furnished. Chefs Kitchen with Thermidor range, plenty of seating around 10 foot island, the dining area is right off the kitchen. This is great for family gatherings and parties. Pool table and gaming room for the kids and adults. The family room has a huge sectional couch with Large screen 65 inch TV! with cable and wifi capabilities The formal living room has a piano for entertaining. Private Master Suite with deck, Pikes peak and front range mountain views. The home has 1 King bed. 3 queen beds and 1 double bed and 1 twin. All bedrooms come with either a closet or a clothes hanging rack. The yard has a huge grass area for soccer, badminton, Volleyball, Bocce, croquet ect.. There are several options for outdoor BBQ's on the deck, patio or grass. Great location! Only a 4 minute bike ride to the very popular Santa Fe Bike trail. The trail is also loved by walkers and runners . About 12 minutes from the Garden of the Gods, less than 10 minutes from the Air Force Academy, south gate ( one exit on I25) Academy BLVD and Grocery stores like Whole Foods, King Soopers are about 5 minutes drive, as are many good restaurant options.
Just a few steps off the master bedroom we have a new 7 person hot tub! There's also a six bedroom down stairs with a couch and air mattress.

Absolutely wonderful, this was a very pleasant stay for my family.

The home was extremely well appointed and the set up and location of the home was perfect, the owners responded immediately, we had a wonderful time.

Exceptional accommodations and perfect location to the Air Force Academy!

We came in for the Air Force Academy graduation. The home was so close to the Academy and perfect for our family. The home was beautifully appointed with comfortable beds and high end linens. The kitchen was exceptional - well thought out plan and it was nice to have olive oil, salt/pepper, spices, coffee, etc. already there so we didn't need to spend money on things we would throw out after our stay. Jennifer was a great host, very accommodating and responsive. Having a pool table was very fun, since we hosted some Air Force graduates for a small get together. We played the piano every day and enjoyed the sing alongs! And the outdoor spaces were amazing with views from every side of the house. We had deer in the yard every day and walked/ran the New Santa Fe Trail every opportunity we had. Great location, great accommodations, and fun times for all!

Enjoyed your home

All was well. Amenities said it had air conditioning which is not normally needed, but would have been nice in 90 degree day. Overall we enjoyed the house.

Perfect for large group!

Beautiful home perfect for large groups! House was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Quiet neighborhood close to many Colorado Springs area attractions. Would recommend this property to others!

Wonderful home for large groups close to all attractions.

This is a beautiful large house on a large lot with a very large lawn, that is 15 min. from Garden of the Gods and other main attractions. It is in a quiet area but minutes from Interstate 25. We had daily visits from deer. The listing is very accurate; it was exactly what we were expecting. The house is well maintained and clean. The kitchen has high end appliances and all the utensils, glasses, plates, etc. you would need for a large group, plus many spices and other staples. The house was well stocked with those things, plus paper products, soap, and other such necessities. We didn't have to purchase any of these things during our week stay. Jennifer and her husband were very communicative and helpful. They provided a very high level of personal service without being intrusive. I have rented many vacation properties and have never had this level of service. The house design was perfect for our group, with an open plan great for gathering for meals and conversation, but also separate spaces to watch TV and play pool. The outside spaces are also excellent and we used the patio a lot. I highly recommend this property.

2019 Woolsey Reunion

This was a perfect house for our family reunion. We had family here from Delaware, Washington, North Carolina, Wisconsin, North Dakota, Texas, Illinois and Geneva Switzerland. The large kitchen was well supplied and ample room for our family. We loved the open space with the family room. We love to play games and the set up was perfect. We were worried with 7 bedrooms that 4 bathrooms was not going to work very well. We were pleasantly surprised that with the double sinks there was never a problem. Colorado Springs has so much to do that we could have spent another week and never repeated a thing. Must sees for our group were Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, BROaDMOOR Hotel, Wilderness Aware Rafting, Royal Gorge, Air Force Academy and so many other local things to see. Thank you so much for opening your home to us, Jennifer.

Gorgeous Vacation Location

Fantastic home in the perfect location to explore the Colorado Springs area. Like a resort nestled in a nature preserve. Owners were great, and everything was as we had hoped. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Great place for Family Reunion

We held our family reunion of 15 adults and 1 toddler at this beautiful location. There was plenty of room for all of us and the accommodations were outstanding. The kitchen was fabulous and many outside sitting areas for eating and visiting. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood, near the interstate, and close to many attractions. Also saw plenty of wildlife. We highly recommend staying on this property.

Absolutely Gorgeous!

We stayed there for 5 days and it was AMAZING! It was so accommodating for us, all of our kids and grandkids! Plenty of room and amenities! Close to all the sight seeing! Will definitely refer to anyone and stay there again the next time we go to Colorado Springs!

Perfect spot for large family gathering!

Gorgeous home with large yard in a quiet neighborhood, minutes from the interstate and Colorado Springs offerings! Lots of outdoor seating and multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of dishes and kitchen appliances for all sorts of cooking. We stayed for USAFA graduation 2019 and it was perfect! Close to USAFA and other Colorado Springs destinations!

This is a beautiful home almost completely remodeled from floor to ceiling over the last two years. It is very open and very clean.
with lots of space indoors and out for families and kids to have Fun!
the house is not wheelchair accessible but has a rear access that would only require two steps to be navigated and the main level has everything on it for wheelchair access once inside.

Great walking access to Hiking trails and great mountain biking ( Falcon trail on the Air force Academy
( )
also a short drive up the hill to Blodgett Peak which is a fairly challenging hiking trail on the peak you can see up behind the property. it is for the fitter more adventurous crowd though! its about a 8 minute Drive up Woodmen rd , there are frequent Peregrine Falcon Sightings up there if you are into Birds.

Very peaceful space at the back of our Home to have a glass of wine or cup of coffee and view wildlife. The Double sliders off the dining room always provide natures own entertainment!!!! You are guaranteed to see wildlife, during all seasons, Deer, Bobcat, Blue birds, hummingbirds, wild turkey, red tail hawks, peregrine falcons, racoons, squirrel, hummingbirds. The property feels very tranquil and remote and Deep in Nature even though it is only a 4 minute drive to I-25.
