The open kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel Viking appliances, a gas stove top, double ovens, a microwave, wine fridge, Keurig, and coffee pot. Step out to the back deck to grill on the propane barbecue. The dining/game room, equipped with a pool table, TV with cable, and DVD player, is perfect for meals and fun game nights. A half bathroom is also located on the main floor for convenience.

Main Level: One bedroom with a king bed, sofa, TV with cable and DVD, and a full bathroom with double sinks.

Upper Level: The master suite stretches across the front to the back of the house, offering a king bed, pull-out sofa, TV with cable and Blu-Ray with 3D, and a private back deck. The master bathroom is a spa-like retreat with a corner tub (currently inoperable), large shower, separate toilet, and double bowl sinks. The upper level also includes a laundry room, a full bathroom, and three additional bedrooms—one with a queen bed and private deck, another with a queen bed, and the last with a king bed, pull-out sofa, and a small private back deck.
