Master Bedroom: 1 King Bed
Guest Bedroom: 2 Twins (convertible to King upon request)

Living Room: Lounge around with your ocean views from your couch and cool off in the air conditioning after a day of activities on Maui. Unwind in this great room listening to the waves of the ocean and sea breeze in the palm trees.

Kitchen: This fully stocked kitchen has everything you need and many extras provided by the owner! Enjoy cooking a meal or blending up a few drinks here! Open layout to the living room with ocean views from the kitchen.

Master Bedroom: Get some rest in this room equipped with a King size bed and everything you need to keep your things. Enjoy the ocean views from this amazing bedroom and you even have an en suite beautifully remodeled bathroom with stand up shower.

Guest Bedroom: Enjoy a movie with your feet up in either a twin bed set up or ask us to convert the bed to King. You will enjoy the storage in this room for all of your Maui treasures.

Lanai: Second to none on Maui, this lanai has the best views! Enjoy the sunset, or watch the whales in the winter from the privacy of your own lanai. You will love sitting out on the lanai and cooling off in the breeze while enjoying incredible views of the ocean and beach.

Great, central location. Excellent views - so many whales! Unit was nice and clean.The unit was a bit too warm, even with multiple fans and ac running. Couch was broken/ creaky and uncomfortable. Master bed was a bit too hard. Would have been nice to have beach gear available.

The three of us loved the property - so close to the Ocean Centre, lovely view of the beach, and a gorgeous condo with all the amenities needed. We will definitely stay here again!

It was a beautiful view and it was pretty comfortable for two women with separate bedrooms. The remodeling was very pretty. We appreciated the location for ease of traveling around the island. It is in the landing path of the airport. The sofa was pretty worn out: dipped, made sounds when sitting down. I wouldn’t use it for a bed, even for children. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen’s tableware was minimal with only one teaspoon and it had been in a garbage disposal. I left a list with the rental company on items needed in the kitchen. The back bedroom is next to the elevator, noise from it and people coming and going. Only one hair dryer, so we had to figure out sharing. We enjoyed our time there, but there’s a few simple things that would create more comfort.

Special place

Wonderful ocean front condo that was as described. Enjoyed the amazing view from the lanai watching the whales. Have stayed at other places in the Maalaea Harbor area and this was the best. Would definitely stay here again.

Fun trip

Our family stayed at this property for a week. It had a nice view and the property was clean and orderly. It had everything we needed for our stay. Hoping we can come back and stay here soon.

Accurate description of property

The property was described accurately. We enjoyed our stay there. It was our first time on the island and this is a quiet area. There aren’t many restaurants nearby.

Family Vacation

Great whale watching from our balcony! We were in Maui from Feb 12-19. Location was great as it was centrally located for easy access to any part of the island! Only bummer is no beach access but that didn’t bother us as we enjoyed visiting several beaches around the island..

The short drives to the west, central, and south sides of Maui from the Island Sands complex couldn't be more convenient. There is a small beach located a couple complexes down from Island Sands, but we're happy to hear you ventured out to several gorgeous beaches around the island. We hope to host you again soon! Please think of Island Sands 505, AA Oceanfront, and the amazing whale watching right from the private lanai when planning your next visit to Maui.

Really stellar place!

Blinking our eyes open to roaring waves and birds chirping was the best. Centrally located we were able to tour the whole island easily - any way you go the drive is 30 min or less. Condo is beautiful, clean and fully stocked. Short walk to beach access. We grilled out and enjoyed the pool. Checkin was easy. Would definitely come back.

Great view!

This condo was perfect we like staying in this area close to several areas on the island. Condo was really clean and new. The lani was wonderful view was fantastic! I loved the slider in the master bedroom you can hear the ocean. We will defiantly keep this in mind for our next trip.

Great place to stay in Maui

We loved staying in Maalaea while in Maui. It's a little off the beaten path of all the tourist locations, its quiet and beautiful to see the ocean right from your window, but it's also close to all parts of the island so very easy to get around. The place had everything we needed - towels, beach chairs, umbrellas. It was exactly as pictured and very clean. Whenever I had a question, the property managers answered super quickly and were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Great find, super clean , great view

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is a quaint little condo complex with an amazing view of the Bay, and friendly people. Unit 505 itself is wonderful, newly renovated new appliances, and sparkling clean. It had everything you could need in a kitchen. We cooked several nights and also used the gas grill by the pool, which was kept very clean. We would stay here again.

Quiet, beautiful ocean view, convenient

Functional kitchen and overall floorplan that worked very well for our family. Adult daughter and grandma took the twin beds while spouse and I took the primary bedroom. We loved the quiet neighborhood, beautiful ocean views, and convenient access to all the Maui sights and activities.
