Kitchen: This fully stocked kitchen has everything you need and many extras provided by the owner! Enjoy cooking a meal or blending up a few drinks here! Open layout to the living room with ocean views from the kitchen.

Master Bedroom: Get some rest in this room equipped with a King size bed and everything you need to keep your things. Enjoy the ocean views from this amazing bedroom and you even have an en suite beautifully remodeled bathroom with stand up shower.

Guest Bedroom: Enjoy a movie with your feet up in either a twin bed set up or ask us to convert the bed to King. You will enjoy the storage in this room for all of your Maui treasures.

Great place to stay to be central if you plan to see most of the island!

We were traveling with our 20 yo son and we were so glad he had his own bedroom/bathroom. The apartment was spacious and the balcony was a wonderful place to sip morning coffee. The place had all of the amenities we needed and more. We did a whale watch and a snorkel tour and it was wonderful to be able to leave everything at the condo, including our car, and just walk to the docks. This was the first place we saw turtles swimming (in front of the condos on the right as you face the water. And not far away is a public place to get in if you want to snorkel. There is no beach - but there is a pool which we didn't have time to use. Great clean spot. We'd stay there again. While there are other people, it was nice for us that we were in a less populated area.

Great stay

The condo is just as advertised. It's updated and modern. Great big TVs with lots of channels. Well stocked kitchen. Beautiful views.

Family holiday

We had a great week here. The condo had everything we needed and the check in process was smooth. Amazing view and great pool. Will definitely return.

Fun trip

Our family stayed at this property for a week. It had a nice view and the property was clean and orderly. It had everything we needed for our stay. Hoping we can come back and stay here soon.

Very good stay

Very good stay. No problems with the condo. A couple of considerations about the area - 1. Beach access is limited (small area) 2. Pool didn't seem very clean 3. Nothing much around. Must have a car.

Special place

Wonderful ocean front condo that was as described. Enjoyed the amazing view from the lanai watching the whales. Have stayed at other places in the Maalaea Harbor area and this was the best. Would definitely stay here again.

Can’t beat the view, great accommodations

A prefect unit for a small family. We enjoyed the separate washroom. Lots of time on that gorgeous Lanai! The fan with the light switch for one of the bedrooms didn’t work and I emailed with no reply. The owners did contact us more than once to make sure we checked in okay so it was an anomaly in the communication. Would def stay again.

nice place & great whale watching

We loved the quiet location, away from crowds. It's walking distance to Maui Ocean Center, a few shops and a couple of restaurants. Only about a 5 minute drive to Kihei for groceries and more restaurants, etc. If you want a sandy beach to play on, you'll need to go elsewhere. If you want to relax and watch whales from your own lanai, this is the perfect spot. We saw whales daily! Unit 505 was very clean, updated and spacious. The property is also well maintained, and we had an assigned parking space - very nice! We were quite pleased!

Dream stay in Maalaea

We spent 9 days at this property and it was all we hoped it would be. The listing and photos depicted exactly what the unit looked like. In fact, the unit is even better in person. We did not know much about the area as it was our first time Maui but we were drawn by the description and the location being a great point on the island to explore. We spent the morning drinking coffee on the balcony witnessing regular whale spouts, distant whale breeching and large turtles feeding in the shallow waters. It is a quieter part of the island which brings the ability to sit quietly and appreciate the stunning natural beauty of the area. We loved our stay and feel very lucky to have experienced this slice of heaven. Thank you! Highly recommended.

Quiet, beautiful ocean view, convenient

Functional kitchen and overall floorplan that worked very well for our family. Adult daughter and grandma took the twin beds while spouse and I took the primary bedroom. We loved the quiet neighborhood, beautiful ocean views, and convenient access to all the Maui sights and activities.

Accurate description of property

The property was described accurately. We enjoyed our stay there. It was our first time on the island and this is a quiet area. There aren’t many restaurants nearby.

Pictures looked good, but actual property was old.

Thought it would be clean and new, no. The beds were old and uncomfortable. The clothes washer was broken. The noise in the building was bad. The AA Oceanfront Rental agency didn’t really do anything about it.

No frills, and back room is super hot-property company A++

TL/DR property management was wonderful! 10/10. The unit itself was average. This place is very basic. It near nothing yet close to everything. This place is in Maaleae Harbor. It is an easy drive to any town and activity but the harbor town itself is very sleepy and not much going on. It’s very windy as well. The unit itself is strange. There is one powerful air conditioner but the airflow is terrible. The back room was 20 degrees hotter than the main room and main bed room. The property management company was accommodating at every turn. They brought extra fans, cutting boards and other needs that the unit lacked. At the end of the trip I would stay here again I just wish I knew what I was getting into. I hope this review helps.

For a family of 4, it was great to have two separate rooms and bathrooms. The view from the balcony is nice. The beds are very comfortable. I like to have a bath mat for both showers since the shower glass door can’t be close and the floor gets wet easily when you shower.

Really stellar place!

Blinking our eyes open to roaring waves and birds chirping was the best. Centrally located we were able to tour the whole island easily - any way you go the drive is 30 min or less. Condo is beautiful, clean and fully stocked. Short walk to beach access. We grilled out and enjoyed the pool. Checkin was easy. Would definitely come back.
