Grandview #307 -This condo is a beautifully appointed, third floor waterfront condo (no view). New flooring and furniture and beautiful tile bathroom.

Enjoy a queen bed, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer. This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street. The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging. Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

Pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open early May to early October but dates may vary based on weather. 


Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

First Time in Lake Chelan

Too many kids for me. Need quieter place next time. No bike shops in town. My bike got a flat first day, no one to help fix it, so I didn't get to bike ride which was the main reason for coming. Not enough to do in town. My trip was so-so. Was hoping accommodations would be a little more upscale for the price. The only thing I enjoyed was the Blueberry Hill Restaurant.

It was a great stay, very small room, but appropriately priced.

It was a very small room, clean, and a wonderful stay. The staff was a little harsh about the pool towels at first, but seemed to relax depending on the staff. The toilet has some flushing issues, but never was plugged. We went to breakfast after all our bags were packed and got locked out of the room, but we’re able to get back in, after talking to the front desk. Seemed a tad harsh, but we understood we were late after breakfast. Overall, we had a great experience. -and I would stay again.

Great Stay in Lake Chelan

Property is clean with amenities for all family members. Walking distance to town for shopping and restaurants. Oh. I must also mention that the property is just across the street from a beautiful park to stretch your legs throughout the day with impromptu picnics. It's never too crowded. Ther is a bit of noise with kids coming Nd going running thru the hotels but all is quiet when needed after 9pm. A property I'll return to for sure.

Our room smelled like a dog. Had to complain. They tried to clean it up but still smelled. The room was dark and dismal. No place to put anything. Very disappointed especially when we paid so much money for that room. Would never recommend. Left two nights early

The Pit

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was in a pit. We stepped down into a filthy carpet and basic bed with no comforter. The window had the parking light shining through the basic metal blinds with no curtains or other window treatment for looks or to shut out the light. The box spring bedding was old and frayed. So disappointed. Was lead to believe this was a condo and it turns out to be a dirty pit room.

Beautiful location, but outdated unit

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a two night stay booked for our 5 year wedding anniversary, and only ended up staying one restless night. Bed was not a queen(full sized) and was old and very uncomfortable, plus the head board had a good layer of dust on it which I cleaned with a wet cloth. This unit is very small, carpet had stains and crusty in some area, window only had blinds which faced the parking area and you could hear other guests coming and going. At night with the window facing the parking area, the lights shined through the blinds into the unit. The lady at the front desk at check out seemed sympathetic to our issues as she explained there is a new property management and they have not been able to ask owners to update their units as the old property management company kinda let things go. She assured they would all be updated by next summer. She was going to try to move us to an updated unit, but I had already booked a room at another hotel. The location of this property has wonderful views, just a very disappointing unit

Thanks for the feedback! We are using your information to work with the condo owner to get these items addressed. Carpet cleaning is a focus of ours since taking over management and as the staff mentioned we are working diligently with the owners to get these issues resolved for suture stays!
