My family purchased our first time share/week condo in 1985. Since then, we have returned to the same condo year after year. Now I have purchased 3 weeks in September and 1 week in November to rent/enjoy PCB as much as possible.

I know that when I return to Landmark Holiday Beach Resort, it will be well maintained and I will not surprised when I walk into the condo. I do realize this is a weekly rental and there will be wear and tear on the property, but I also know it is my home away from home for 6 weeks out of the year. Sitting on the beach front balcony early in the morning to watch the sunrise or late in the evening to watch the sunset, gives me a glimpse of how wonderful our world is. And this unit is BEACH FRONT NOT BEACH VIEW OR GULF VIEW.
