Relax in our spacious oceanfront Biscayne condo at Sterling Beach, featuring a 31-foot balcony overlooking the Gulf. Enjoy 300 feet of sugar-white beach with two reserved beach chairs and umbrella (March–October). The resort offers street-level parking for two vehicles, a heated pool, sun deck, hot tub, barbecue grills, and a fitness center with Gulf views.

The condo was spacious and well kept. The entire condo unit was well kept and not too busy. Beach access was easy to get to and pool was excellent. Would stay here again. Very family friendly area.

Beautiful condo!

Very nice unit in a beautiful small complex. This is our third time staying at Sterling Beach and our second time in this unit. The pool area with the large shallow end was perfect for small children, and I love that it comes with free beach chairs for the week. I would highly recommend this condo!

Condo was spacious with a large balcony. Beautiful view of pool and beach. Had everything we needed for our group of 6. The fact that the property is non-smoking was great!

Great condo in pcb

We’ve stayed at en soleil for many years but they’ve gotten too expensive. We took a chance on this condo with high previous expectations. We were pleasantly surprised!! All was very nice. Things we enjoyed the most: large family room space, the two beach chairs and umbrella service (Michael and his son were amazing - be sure to tip them well), kitchen space, new washer and dryer, location on the QUIET END OF PCB, nice pool, quiet beach, family oriented, wasn’t crowded, clean grounds. The grill area was nice also. As was the beach shower hose area. Really nice place - we all enjoyed. A couple small suggestions - an owners closet with a few beach items would have been nice to have. We had to buy a couple boogie boards and floaties. We also liked being on the third floor on the end by the stairs and trash area for easy dumping of trash. We could take the stairs rather than the elevator and did most times. We really had a great week at your condo. One of our best weeks in pcb and we’ve been vacationing here foe 20 years. We would highly recommend this unit. We will be back! Thank you.

Beautiful condo in very nice complex

This is our second time staying at Sterling Beach and we love this complex - very nice pool area, not very crowded even over Fall break due to the smaller size of the complex. The staff we encountered were all very friendly. We took advantage of the fitness facilities during our stay, and although kind of small, it has a beautiful view of the pool/ocean as you workout. This condo is very spacious and clean, the kitchen well stocked with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable, it feels more like a home than a vacation rental. The owner responded very quickly to any questions or needs we had. I would highly recommend this condo and plan to return for our next vacation to PCB if it is available.

Nice place for the money

I'll start with the negative, which appears to be a problem with just about every rental review I looked at online, not just this rental. The cleaning of the unit before we got there. Unit was well appointed. One chair was broken when we got there, but no one would know this unless you sat in it. This unit was a very good size, we never felt cramped or on top of each other. The pool was very nice and never overly crowded. The included beach chairs and umbrella was a fantastic amenity! Location was nice, not congested and was easy to get in and out of. I would definitely stay here again. I can't imagine the troubles the owners have trying to find good crews to clean in such a short time frame between renters.

Beautiful condo and building grounds!

What a beautiful condo unit and overall facility! I’d say that the pictures don’t do it justice. Things that we absolutely loved: 1) there is a lot of real estate between you and the beach: the pool, some sand dunes and lots of beautiful palm trees. Looking out from the 3rd floor, it looks like a view of an exquisite resort. 2) it was quiet… only one row of beach chairs, and not all were full. We’ve been to some places with 3+ rows and tons of people everywhere. That is not our jam. This was pleasant and nicely quiet. 3) the kitchen and counter area is HUGE and was a pleasure to cook in. 4) the facility itself is very well maintained. We used it all: pool, hot tub, fitness center, rolling carts, grills, etc. All very nice. We enjoyed it all. Thank you!

Family Vacation

The complex was very nice with a gated parking lot and gated access to the beach. The pool was very large and had ample amount of chairs. There were security cameras everywhere and security guards walking around 24/7. The condo itself was just OK. It was very outdated compared to another condo that another Family member rented during the same time frame for the same price. The TV’s were small, the oven and microwave were disgusting, the countertops and dining room table had cuts and scratches all over them, the beds were very uncomfortable, and the floors were stained. If your not staying in the room then this would be a good condo for you. If not, then rent 407 and you will have the same amount of room but tons of upgrades.

The Bomb-Diggity

This place is fantastic!!! The pictures just don’t do the property or condo the justice deserved. Hosts are first rate all the way. Both property and condo were clean, comfortable and supported a fantastic first PCB experience for our family of 5. Couple do-betters from this Texas Banker because that’s just me/us… there was a shrimp in the north stairwell that had clearly fallen out of a takeout container which was there for the entire week. I considered picking it up but decided to leave it as a test that was, unfortunately, failed. Property maintenance/mgt visited our condo 4 times during our stay; once to change air filters, twice for a closet door repair (not an issue we had noted) and finally to tell us to write in dates on our parking pass (not info included in instructions). These things should be done when no one is present or notice should be given. Additionally, it was stated that there were to be 8 pool wristbands but there were only 7 in the basket. This wasn’t an issue for us as we only used 2 wristbands one time, preferring the beach to the pool, but is worth noting to either alter the description or grab an additional band. That said, if you are considering PCB for your next vacay/get-away, it’s hard to imagine how it could get better than this!

The included chair service was amazing!

The photos do not do this unit justice. It is incredibly large! The balcony is way larger than pictured also. The laundry room had a full pantry inside of it, along with a closet with an iron and ironing board. The master bath and closet are enormous. It was more than enough room for us. My two sons loved the twin bed bedroom. It had two roomy closets for them. I wasn’t expecting that. The pool is to die for. It is kept impeccably clean. The included chair and umbrella service is really an added bonus. They aren’t the fold up on you type of chairs, they are the large wooden lounges with thick cushions. You can also pick which set you want for the week (aka location in the unclaimed ones!). Parking was easy even with construction going on. There’s no super far away spaces. Another great feature were the shopping carts, kept near the bicycles across from the pool Entrance by the fitness center. You can borrow them when you go grocery shopping and move the groceries from your car to your room all at once. That was super convenient! The beach chairs are not far away from the exit of the deck area. That was also nice. It’s an extremely safe place to stay. Very family friendly and quiet. It is close to lots of things without being in the party area, which was very important to us. The pool was never crowded due to the sheer size of it. Highly recommend!

Major cleanliness issue amongst covid

My family and I arrived late one evening and immediately noticed the kitchen counters were not clean and the floors needed swept. I did a quick clean up and tucked everyone in. The following day I noticed “body” hair and urine on bath room walls, dirty door handles and doors, dust and dirt around toilet, end tables, bathtub etc. we found dirty dishes in the guest bedroom, toenail clippings on living room floor and trash on deck. I contacted the owner to request cleaning services and received a response of “I personally checked the condo myself and did not see any of these issues.” I sent pictures and never could received a response there after. The rental ban was JUST lifted days before we arrived and there were strict guidelines for cleaning due to Covid that were not followed. I contacted VRBO and sent the same pictures that I sent to the owner and was compensated by them for the lack of cleanliness. The owners never would respond or assist after the response of essentially calling me a liar regarding the filth of the condo. Thankful that VRBO was able to review documents and pictures and financially compensate me but the situation did take time away from my vacation.

The condo was very clean, and the bedrooms were huge. The views were amazing, parking very easy and the pool and hot tub were all gorgeous. We had a wonderful stay and would love to stay there again. Mike, the umbrella guy was so attentive. I wish I had him on every vacation.

Great place for families

The view was fantastic and the property had plenty of space. Washer, dryer and dishwasher were a big help with a family of my size. The pool was kept very clean and the beach is just so convenient to get to. They have two beach chairs with umbrella for those wanting to just chill out there. The balcony is so big and gives a wonderful view of the pool and beach.

Great place to stay

The condo was very nice but When we got there it was absolutely filthy like nothing had been cleaned. Dirty showers, shower curtain was black with mold. Tolit was terrible with thowup on the side of it. Sand in the beds and floor. I wasn’t going to let this ruin my vacation so I went to Walmart and purchased cleaning supplies and we cleaned it ourselves. I did call the owner and he offered to send out someone else to clean but we were tired and just got there. It wasn’t the owners fault it was just some lazy cleaning people. After I got through cleaning it was very nice. I would definitely stay here again I just hope the next cleaning people do a better job.
