The building is at 3 avenue Silvestre de Sacy, in a street which is at the foot of the Eiffel Tower.

- PLEASE NOTE: 7th floor by historic Eiffel-style staircase (see photos): THERE IS NO ELEVATOR. But you really won't be disappointed, on the contrary! You will have the impression of going up the same staircase as that of the Eiffel Tower. Bring small luggage, as a 23kg suitcase will be difficult to fit.

Starting point for boat trips on the Seine, it is a bucolic, romantic place, steeped in history.

The apartment is 2 minutes from all the shops and the "Franprix" supermarket on Avenue de la Bourdonnais. Good bakery 50 meters from the building. Restaurants and brasseries 1 minute away.

Arrival and departure times: Arrival possible from 12:30 p.m. Departure before 11 a.m. maximum at the latest. Hours may change depending on concierge availability.

The studio is on the 7th floor of a magnificent Parisian Haussmann building, where you have to climb the spiral staircase, designed by Gustave Eiffel, to climb the 7 floors, as if you lived in the Eiffel Tower ;). Bring small luggage, as a 23kg suitcase will be difficult to fit.

You have 3 underground public parking lots in the immediate vicinity: the closest ones are a 5-minute walk away, the furthest one is an 8-minute walk away. Average capacity 500 places. In the evening, parking is free in places on the streets of the neighborhood from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
