Come enjoy this beautiful modern one-bedroom home along CoalĀ Creek. LocatedĀ on the highly desired west side of town, just a blockĀ from Elk Avenue and oneĀ blockĀ to the free shuttleĀ to the Crested Butte Mountain Resort ski area. This property offers true comfort and convenience alongĀ withĀ off-street parking soĀ you`ll never need to move your car.



Walk into the home and you step into anĀ open livingĀ area complete with a flat-screen TV and a cozy couch. It is the perfect place to kick your feet up, relax, and scroll through Fubu and other smart TV apps.

Also available on the main floor is a doubleĀ Murphy bed and aĀ newly renovatedĀ full bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen has high-end stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite countertops, and seating for four. Equipped with everything you need to whip up a hardy breakfast before you embark on an adventure.



Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a plushĀ queen bed,Ā vaulted ceilings,Ā and an elegant en-suite full bathroom.Ā  Please note there are steep stairs leading to the bedroom, but they do have a coat of anti-slip floor finish. A laundry area with full sized washer-dryer is hidden behind the sliding doors.Ā This makes Coal CreekĀ the perfect stay for a coupleā€™s getaway.



A nonrefundable $250 Dog fee is required if you bring your furry friend.Ā  You must notify us in advance. Please call to get approval if you want to bring more than 1 Dog. This fee is added after booking and is not included in the price at check out.

House was clean and close to the main street in CB. My only concern was the narrow steep steps to the bedroom. It was difficult to get luggage up the stairs and anyone with mobility or balance issues would struggle on them.

Lovely bungalow

The bungalow is very nicely appointed and very clean. My wife and I were there for our anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is in a great location - close to shops and restaurants - and within easy driving distance from all the hiking trails, which was exactly what we were looking for. Would highly recommend it.

We enjoyed Crested Butte

We enjoyed the proximity of this rental to the activities and restaurants downtown. I didnt expect the steep stairs to the bedroom, but we were stronger at the end of our 4 night stay. The kitchen was wonderfully equiped. The livingroom could use a new couch!

Beautiful, modern, clean home in great location to downtown Crested Butte. I highly recommend this property. There is a steep staircase so if mobility issues are a problem this may not be the place for you. Otherwise itā€™s exactly how itā€™s portrayed in itā€™s listing.

In the heart of things!

The property is well-designed and well-equipped, the only drawback being the steep stairs up to the comfortable bedroom. We loved being on the creek, going to sleep to the sound of rushing water. Being in the heart of town was terrific for walking to restaurants and the grocery store and easy access to Kebler Pass for hiking.

A little gem!

Loved this place! It might be my favorite rental so far in CB and we are there most years for a week of skiing. Walking around the corner to Elk Street restaurants was great. It's close to the ski area shuttle. The place is well equipped and dedicated off-street parking is wonderful. If I were going to wish for anything on this property it would be for an outside locking gear cabinet for skis or whatever, since they are not allowed inside.

Great Place and Great Location

We really enjoyed our long weekend in crested butte, especially given the great location of the house. We could easily walk to any of the downtown restaurants and to the shuttle for heading up to the mountain. We will definitely use this place again! One heads up to future renters the stairs headed to the second floor are pretty steep so I wouldnā€™t recommend this place for anyone with mobility challenges. There is however a Murphy bed and a really comfortable couch downstairs that could accommodate those folks.
