Inside, this studio-style boasts a full kitchen with a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. When it comes to entertainment, the flatscreen TV with Roku is there for you–you'll be able to stream your favorite movies and there's no need to miss a series' season finale now. The full bath has an elegant marble vanity top and a walk-in shower.

Is this typical of Vacasa?

It felt like this property was thrown together. The number of the property was on a mailbox hidden by trash containers so there was some difficulty finding it. Glad you posted a picture. The non skid pads on the steps were curling up and in need of replacement. Miniblinds were very dusty and dirty. Faucets were installed backwards in the kitchen so when we turned to hot, cold came out. The room was cleaned and with fragrant supplies and sheets laundered in scented soap which we were highly sensitive to. So, I gave this an average rating. The lock to the front door did not unlock consistently. We had to keep trying to get it to work. We have the same kind of lock at home, so we knew how to use it properly. If all other Vacasa properties are like this one, we will find lodging elsewhere.

Anniversary Trip

The property was just as described. This was a little further of a drive to the wineries we were visiting. Easy to check-in and communication was great. The only drawback is the bed is not comfortable.

Sweet little home

We enjoyed the views of the trees looking out from the front patio and the views in the back of the vineyard from the bedroom and balcony. The area is beautiful to walk and also a short drive to town. We were pleasantly surprised how close the Armstong redwood reserve is. It’s a nice and quiet place to relax at. If you’re looking for a place with a lot of amenities, this isn’t it. But it reminded us of a sweet cabin to relax at with a good read or morning/evening walks. Plus, there’s a Pee Wee Golf nearby for fun.

Phenomenal retreat!

Perfect and cozy, with a view that was breathtaking!! Quiet neighborhood and close to so many things. Clean, comfortable and convenient. Everything we needed was available, and check in was a breeze. Will definitely stay here again!!!

Beautiful property, cozy place

Very beautiful location right by the Russian River with a great view of a vineyard on the back porch. Small place but perfect for a weekend getaway. My only complaints are that there wasn’t any coffee - not a big deal but a nice perk when you’re visiting - and that the check out time was pretty early (10 am). We would have had to pay extra to check out later which felt a little extreme for wanting an extra hour or so in the morning. Other than that, the place was great - very clean and had nice amenities (front and back porch, TV with streaming services, shower had good water pressure, etc.)
