Perfect for multi family stay!

We had a fantastic experience staying here! The owner was prompt with communication necessary. Everything was sparkling clean and tidy. Perfect for our whole group. Easily slept 9 people and I honestly think we could’ve fit more if needed. Overall perfect experience and would 200% stay again!

Family wedding gathering

Three generations came for a family wedding. There were nine of us and plenty of room and beds. Everyone especially enjoyed the pools! The location was great, the host was easy to communicate with. We all had a wonderful stay.

Great Stay

Beautiful condo, awesome host! We had plenty of room for 6 adults and three kids. Mar Vista was excellent as always - pools and pool area are very well maintained and the onsite Tiki bar is a bonus! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

Great Location

The property was great. It is near shops, restaurants, and right on the beach. Plenty of room and very well maintained. Great communication with the owner! We will definitely book again if we go back to North Myrtle Beach!!

Great Property and Unit

Mar Vista Grande is one of the nicest properties in N. Myrtle, with a great location and top notch amenities. The unit was clean and fully equipped. Well designed for a large family or group. Huge deck with a view of both Ocean Blvd. and the Beach/Ocean.

Great location, great unit!

We loved the location and the property. It was lacking nothing except maybe more sunshine the first couple of days but besides that it was wonderful! The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. We've been going to Myrtle Beach for years and this was by far the best place we've stayed at. We'll be back!!

Fantastic Vacation

This is the second time staying at this property and we absolutely love it! The property is well kept and has all of the modern conveniences of home. Owner was very easy to get in touch with and was able to quickly answer all of our questions. I would recommend this property 100%.

Great for the family! Great Condo!

Smooth check in and check out processes. Adequate and easy parking. Heated pools were great for rainy or cool days. Also pools were open until 11 for later swims. Tom was extremely helpful and answered all questions. No beach towels were provided but plenty of wash cloths, hand towels, and bath towels. Bedding was also provided (pre-made). Washer and dryer unit is extremely helpful to allow for packing less. A crockpot and mr coffee coffee maker was available with plenty of utensils. Oh, and the beach locker was great for use of the chairs. No beach wagon was available so would recommend bringing one of those but you have to carry the wagon briefly up and down the beach access steps.

Great place in the beach

We had a long weekend stay and it was perfect! Great place, very clean and nicely decorated. Tom was amazing to work with and we had no problems at all! We will definitely stay again.

Great Family Place!

Great place, clean and perfect size for our family. Unfortunately we had to evacuate because of Hurricane Dorian after our second night there. Tom was very easy to work with and we are able to come up with a resolution that was equitable for both of us. Would definitely stay here again and hopefully can coordinate another family vacation here,..just not during hurricane season!

Great Family Weekend

Tom and his property at 1701 were just as expected. He returned calls, answered questions, was available and was a great host. The place was clean, ready early, check in painless and without a line at a management house. Really impressed. The amenities were new and not worn. Can’t say enough about it. If you want to stay in NMB then look no further than the Mar Vista Grande unit 1701. Slept 9 easily. 3 cou

A Wonderful Week at Mar Vista 701

My family with kids and grandkids stayed at Mar Vista for almost a decade. We need a four bedroom unit and have had everything from penthouse to sixth floor. This time we rented Unit 701 and it is by far the best of all. The decorations and furnishings are functional and beautiful. The kitchen is very well equipped and even has a crockpot and Keurig coffee maker. The grand children really liked the bunk bed room (four beds). The unit is beautifully maintained and has modern furnishings with plenty of towels. The Wi Fi is excellent and each room has a flat screen TV. The fully equipped beach locker is an unexpected plus. The owner, Tom Raglow, is a pleasure to work with and extremely accommodating. The family is already making plans to visit in 2019. Thanks, Tom.

This condo was amazing!!! We loved our entire experience

This 4 bedrpom condo was perfect for our family of 12!!! We loved the condo itself and Mar Vista. Mar Vista is definitely the best condo complex in North Myrtle beach. Adults and children had a blast. Everything was super clean, the indoor and outdoor pool and spa facilities were great! Best of all, the owners were super flexible and easy to reach and communicate with. They were very kind as well. They had everything we needed for the beach. We will absolutely rent this place again!!!!

Love this place.

I have been staying at the MarVista since 2009 and just love it. Parking is very nice, condo is clean and comfortable. The owners I work with are upfront and nice to work with.

By far, the best location and cleanest condos in all of North Myrtle Beach!

We have stayed in this condo for the last 4 years and have never been happier. It has all the comforts of home, the various shopping locations are within a few miles - Kroger's - Home Depot - and Melts Ice Cream. If you stay here you will never stay anywhere else.

My two business partners and I love Myrtle Beach and we wanted to own a property on the ocean. North Myrtle Beach is very nice and offers alot for the family.

Very comfortable 4 bedroom condo with 3 full bathrooms. Mar Vista Grande still looks brand new. UPGRADED IN 2019 IS NEW TV'S HIGH DEFINITION LCD TV IN EVERY MASTER BEDROOM AND LIVING ROOM. New Flooring in Dining/Living Room and New Dining Room Table and Chairs and leather couch
New for 2018 third bedroom changed to 2 full beds instead of a King bed.
