Jolly Rogers has been totally restored from hurricane Dorian. 3 Master KING Bedrooms with ensuite shower baths and 1 room with Queen and Bunk beds with a shared tub bath. All bathrooms are equipped with blow dryers and night lights. The extra large Porch with partial covering allows for shade and sun overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and has steps down to one of the most beautiful beaches in the Bahamas. Great room has stunning cathedral ceilings and a wall of windows providing a sunrise spectacular to start your day! Ocean Views are available from EVERY room in the home! Gourmet kitchen equipped with Keurig coffee maker (single or carafe size k cups are provided to fill with loose coffee or bring your k cups along), 4 slice toaster, Ninja blender, crockpot, air fryer, Dishwasher, All stainless appliances , Arctic cups, springform pan, cookie sheets, filtered water pitcher, extra large pot, colanders, and more! Kitchen island seating for 5 and beautiful locally built table seats 8. Home is equipped with extra large automatic generator in case of island power outages. Central Air condition and ceiling fans in every room. Comfortable seating in living room with a 49" TV. Blu-Ray player with streaming capabilities and numerous dvds provided. WIFI service.Lots of board games and cards. The Jolly Rogers is located a 15 minute beachside walk or a 5 minute golf cart ride from world famous Nippers beach bar voted top 3 beach bar in the Caribbean. We are also convenient to Grabbers beach bar and Captain Kidds Cove Tiki bar. Nippers and Grabbers and have pools available to cool off , or grab a complimentary paddle board or kayak at Grabbers while enjoying lunch. The Abacos are famous for its beautiful reefs which can be accessed right outside your door or charters and boat rentals are available in town. We are a short boat ride from famous swimming pigs and you can charter a trip to swim with sharks, rays and turtles! We have rented in the Abacos for 25 years and settled on Great Guana Cay as our absolute favorite among the islands. We built our home with all of our favorite aspects of every rental home we frequented and feel that we have provided everything you need to enjoy a vacation you will never forget. Our hope is that you leave the island loving it as much as we do and that we will see you back year after year.

Stays of less than a week will incur a cleaning charge of $300.

This house was absolutely perfect for a spring break for girls. Will definitely be back. The house was clean, spacious, and the beach was beautiful and private. The housekeeper was very helpful with our stay and communicating with any help we needed. Would definitely recommend the Jolly Rogers!!!

Our experience started shorly after booking when we received an email from the property owner with a TON of helpful tips. It continued when we were greated by the caretaker who escorted us to the house and showed us around. The house was even nicer in person than in the pictures. It truly had everything we needed, including some things we didn't even think of. If that wasn't enough, walking out onto the deck and seeing that view?? Stunning! I only wosh we had stayed longer!!

Our family of five adults had a great week. Ocean front, close to Grabbers and Nippers, gorgeous ocean view. Jackie met us for an easy check-in. Dive Guana is the best for golf cart rentals.

The entire home needs a 're-do.' All kitchen utensils need to be replaced, all plastic glasses (yuk) - no wine glasses, pots and pans with handles that are about to break off - dangerous - replace tea towels - refrigerator that didn't make ice - entire interior disgusting - stove that does not heat correctly - sheets that didn't fit the bed and came off during the night - lights that did not work and had to be replaced - and imagine finding someone else's contact in your bathroom. The amount they charged is outrageous compared to the condition of the property.

Owner and property manager were both very helpful leading up to and during our stay. Property is very nice and well appointed for the 4 couples that stayed. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing beach vacation

The beach and house were beautiful and in a terrific location. Jackie was extremely helpful and available as needed. Highly recommend boat and golf cart to fully enjoy the island and nearby locations. The beach behind the house was terrific for kids and adults and very private. I

Amazing place

I have stayed in Guana many times and this property has been the best one. Unbelievable location. On the water with the beach downstairs. The property was clean and everything that you would need is there. The property manager Jackie met us at the dock and helped us with whatever we needed. She was extremely helpful and friendly. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!!

Beautiful property, great location, easy communication with owners and one site contact, Jackie, is awesome! It's a 30 minute ferry ride from Marsh Harbour to get to but worth it. Also, in our opinion renting a boat is a must for easy access to all the surrounding islands on your timeframe as the ferry doesn't run that often.

Perfect setup for friends and family

This home is perfectly set up for a beach vacation. Jackie (the caretaker) was available for any questions. The home is well equipped. Beach is out the back door. Guana has a grocery store and liquor store. Itā€™s worth the ferry ride for sure.

Great house!

Perfect house for 2 families. We were 9 and everyone was super comfortable. Great location on a beautiful beach. Only saw two people on the sand over the course of a week. The caretaker, Jackie, couldn't be any nicer and she makes a delicious banana bread. Will be back!!!

Home was lovely with high ceilings and a wonderful view of the ocean! The electricity went off on island one day but we hardly noticed because the generator kicked in automatically and we kept cool and had all the electricity we needed. Beach chairs were appreciated! Home had spices which helped with cooking. Having 4 en suite bathrooms was wonderful!

Beautiful home, perfect for our family

We were very happy with this property! The view and the beach are spectacular and super private. My only reason for a 4-star rating on the location is that we love to snorkel and would've enjoyed being closer to the reef. We had one issue with the a/c not working, but Jackie got on it and got it fixed right away! Only suggestion for the kitchen would be a simple coffee maker. We used the french press but it was time consuming for our 5 coffee drinkers.

perfect place. only issue is the water pressure. i understand the value of water in the abacos, but the tanks were all full so 9K gallons of water and the pressure was so weak the soap was impossible to remove from our bodies. the outside shower had pressure so we would rinse off downstairs

The beach on Great Guana Cay was always my husbands favorite and one year he made an offer on a lot and they accepted! He designed a home with all of the things we always wanted when we rented and we built our home.

The beach in front of the house is so very peaceful. You can see the sunrise to the right and sunset to the left from the back porch. I can't think of anywhere I'd rather be.
