We loved this home! Very comfortable and well equipped. Amazing views of the beautiful beach, the proximity to town and to restaurants - everything was fantastic. Highly recommended and one of the best homes we've stayed in.

Mr. Kelly, was great and very friendly from day one. The house is amazing, with one of the best views in the Bahamas! We had an amazing time.

Great house, great location on Guana

House was great, a/c worked great, beds very comfortortable, kitchen well stocked with supplies. Starlink internet was perfect, Dish TV worked great. Loved location on beach, great swimming, snorkeling (very nice reefs within swimming distance) and an easy walk to Nippers (which despite its proximity did not disturb us). Also, had no electricity outages, solar panels did the trick.

"Best Days Ever at Beach Dream House"

"Beach Dream" was the perfect place for 6 friends to celebrate a milestone birthday! The house and location were absolutely amazing. The hosts were so very helpful and accommodating. We can not say enough about this wonderful house, wonderful island and the wonderful people!!! I highly recommend "Beach Dream"! Thank you so much, we had the "Best Days Ever"!

Very Good House and Location

We are a family of 6 adults and one child and found the house perfect for our vacation. It is spacious and comfortable. The only thing missing was good furniture on the large terrace, the current items are really not letting you take full advantage of this wonderful area.

I'm glad you enjoyed your vacation and found Beach Dream to be perfect. We also love the large deck overlooking ocean and will soon have nice sturdy furniture that can withstand the elements and to accompany the new picnic table. You'll see it on your next visit and I'm sure we'll earn all five stars.

Magical!

This is a fabulous property on a spectacular beach. There's a wonderful patch reef within easy swimming distance. The house is beautiful and comfortable. It is well stocked with everything you need and then some. Our stay could not have been better! Note that there are stairs and a fairly steep beach access, tough on older knees. Thank you for a fabulous week!

Holiday Getaway

We had 8 family members stay here over Christmas and we had a wonderful time! The house is beautiful and spacious, with amazing views of the ocean. The white sandy beach is right in front of the house, and there is a great wrap around deck to sit and enjoy the sunsets. Although there is Solar Power to the house, we did lose power a few times for several hours overnight. The house is very easy to get to and was well stocked (plenty of cookware, towels, beach chairs, etc.) We truly had a great time here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our...

We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks on Great Guana Cay in July 2009. Beach Dream is a fantastic home on one the prettiest beaches we have ever seen. Grant, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. Gina, the caretaker, is a dear person and we became friends with her entire family. The friendly people, the perfect beaches, the beautiful reefs, the great boating (rent from Troy at Dive Guana), and the good food are all reasons for us to return to Great Guana Cay and the Abacos.

You have to see it for yourself!

This was our first time in the Abacos and it was everything we were told and more. The house was truly a "dream" house. You really just have to see it for yourself. Our favorite spot to snorkel was directly in front of the house right off the beach. Beautiful reef with an insane amount of marine life!! Grant was great and incredibly attentive. We can't wait to go back!!! Thank you Grant. See you soon!!!

Great owner

Although our travel dates did not allow us to book this beauty, I can say dealing with the owner was excellent. He was quick to reply to our inquiry and even tried to accommodate our dates by offering other properties he knew of. He provided island information and commuting info as well. It will be our next vacation home the next time we visit GC. Book early. The good homes go quickly. I would recommend this home based on our dealings with the owner and his candor alone. Thanks again Grant, I'm sorry things didn't allow us to stay at your home this trip.

We – a three-generation family of eight including three children 10-12 years old – spent a wonderful week in this impressively appointed four bedroom, three bath house overlooking a wide, pristine beach and the beautiful turquoise sea.The great room runs the width of the house with wide windows looking out to the water, and comfortable seating facing a wide-screen TV. We appreciated the exceedingly well-equipped kitchen (spices, good knives, multiple coffee options), large island, and table for eight. We also enjoyed the wide front deck furnished with a picnic table, Adirondack-style chairs and loungers. Starlink provided excellent Internet and solar roof panels with storage batteries would have solved a power outage (no issues). The triple-filtered rain-water from th cisterns negated a need for bottled water.The house is remarkably convenient. Nippers is a short walk down the beach (don’t miss the Sunday pig roast), The “settlement” (a ten-minute walk or three-minute golf-cart drive) has a well-stocked grocery, liquor store, snack bar, The Marsh Harbor ferry dock is a couple blocks further. Grabbers is a short golf cart ride on the quiet side of the island – water toys, a pool and eatery. A 20 minute cart drive to Orchid Bay’s upscale Kalopsia - worth the trek. Host Grant was easily accessible, quick to answer questions and provide much-appreciated guidance. Very helpful property caretaker Celicia met us at the ferry, escorted us to the house and oriented us to the area.

Beach Dream

Our stay at Beach Dream was fantastic. Two families (4 adults and 5kids) were very comfortable and had plenty of space. The property is in a fantastic spot. Easy access to dining or shopping on the key. The reef out front provided hours of entertainment for all of us each day. Very quiet place (other than Nippers on Sunday afternoon and that wasn’t even bad). Owner and property manager were very helpful to us as we were newbies to the Abacos. We look forward to our return (hopefully soon).

Perfect

This beauty sits majestically 10 feet above the beautiful white beach w clear water that shows the reefs just 30 feet off shore. While snorkeling, I saw angel fish and plenty of other fish hiding around the coral. Central air, high ceilings, great kitchen and a deck to sit n watch the surf. 3 minute golf cart ride to the grocery store or Grabbers. Nippers is 3 houses down the beach! PERFECT!

Great Week on Great Guana Cay

Our family of two adults, two high school seniors and a middle schooler stayed the week of March 23-30 2019. The house (Beach Dream) was everything as described. Everyone was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and the location on the beach and being 3 doors down from Nipper's was perfect. I would recommend Beach Dream to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation. Grant Kelly (owner) and Gina the caretaker were great to work with and very informative about the ins and outs of staying on the island. We'll be back.

Could not have been more satisfied with our stay at this house. Great location, house in very good condition, owner was extremely easy to work with. Beautiful view from front porch, great island, very safe. Perfect family beach vacation house. Ferry from Marsh Harbor was also very easy. Will definitely be back!

Amazing Stay

Grant's property was fantastic. There were 4 of us with loads of room to spare, it easily accommodates many more. You couldn't beat the views from the deck. Everything was well appointed, everything we went looking for, we found it. The beach was gorgeous but pretty rough so we only swam a couple of times but it was no problem to go to the calm side for swimming. Snorkelling was pretty good as well but again rough (I'm not a strong swimmer)The proximity to Nippers was a couple of minutes walk and very close to the "downtown" area and Grabbers which was lots of fun. Every question was answered by Grant promptly and he gave us lots of great tips on the Cay. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to anyone who asked. Thank you Grant for a wonderful week!

Fastest week of my life!!

You know how they say, “time flies when you’re having fun”? Well staying at this AMAZING house in the most beautiful location on Earth made this saying a reality. My family and I, along with 2 friends, (7 people in total) spent a week here from December 8-15th. From the beach with the softest sand I’ve ever felt where we maybe saw 3 other people the entire week, to the snorkeling in the reef right in front of the house, to going on rides around the island on the golf cart, we couldn’t have asked for a better week. While there, we saw a rainbow 4 of the 7 days and just had an absolute blast! The locals on this island are some of the friendliest people you will ever meet and we all agreed that we never felt safer in any place that we had ever traveled. A local right next door even invited us into his house and cooked us fresh lobsters! The only thing I could say is that I wish we had gone for longer than a week because each day was so much fun that it went by in a flash. TRUST ME, you HAVE to stay at Beach Dreams and Great Guana Cay!!!
