A stone's throw from the Luxembourg garden and the lively Saint-Michel district, this refurbished apartment has a living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with a King size double bed, a bathroom and a '' a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment has the following equipment: fiber optic, LCD TV, WiFi, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer.
Sheets and towels are provided as well as bath products.
Located on the top floor without elevator with a view over the rooftops of Paris, the Pantheon and the Eiffel Tower, the apartment is close to all amenities: RER B Luxembourg, metro cluny la Sorbonne or Saint-Michel, bus.

Quiet, cozy eyrie in Paris

This apartment was very cute, though small, just as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked and we spent most of our time there. With 108 stairs, you really don't want to leave more than once a day so we had many breakfasts there.

Heart of Paris.

Incredible location. Walking to pantheon, st germain, notre dame, siene and louvre. Top floor apartment with great views of several monuments including Eiffel Tower. It is a six floor walk up so beware but the price reflects. Good spot.

Au calme en plein cœur du quartier latin.

L’appartement est très bien situé, à deux pas du Luxembourg, du Panthéon. On y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin, lave vaisselle, lave linge et la literie est confortable. C’est un appartement ancien avec du charme, on s’y sent bien.

Une bonne adresse

Un logement confortable, avec une jolie vue, très bien situé pour les visites touristiques. L'accueil fut attentionné et bienveillant. Quelques amendements à la marge à apporter à l'annonce concernant l'absence de sèche linge et de dosettes de café. Nous n'avons pas pu faire fonctionner la TV. Un excellent séjour.

Supersüß und zentral

Küche, Bad, Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Ausziehbett, mit jeweils gescheiten Matratzen. Zu Fuß ca. 20 min bis zur Seine, 5 min bis zum Pantheon. 5 min zum Jardin Luxembourg. RER in der Nähe, Metro ca. 20 min entfernt. Bus direkt vor der Tür. Wir waren zu viert und es hat super gepasst. Einen großen Koffer sollte man nicht dabei haben, da man 6 Stockwerke über eine schmale Wendeltreppe hoch muss. Dafür hat man vom Küchenfenster Blick auf dem Eifelturm und auf der anderen Seite auf das Pantheon. Für uns war die Wohnung perfekt 😊

Top Lage über den Dächern von Paris

4 Tage Städteurlaub, zentral gelegen, Dachgeschoss, Familienurlaub mit 2 Kindern 10 und 14. Shared Appartment, Lebensmittel konnten mitgenutzt werden. Sauberkeit ok, alles andere war super.

Great location and good views.

Very clean flat, happy with the amenities, kitchen, washer, and other appliances. Be in shape for the 104 spiral step climb!!! Very little storage so we had to live out of our baggage, but still better than a hotel room. overall happy with stay at flat.

First time in Paris

Small French flat but we enjoyed it. 7 flights of spiral staircase made it impossible to go out once we climbed up after a long day out sightseeing. Host met us at the door and showed us up to our rooms. Small view of Eiffel but still nice.

Un nido di serenità

Appartamento meraviglioso, siamo stati in 3, con mia moglie e mia figlia. Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario compreso un ottimo benvenuto per cui ringraziamo Alain. Posizione ideale, con ogni servizio nelle vicinanze e molto vicino alla Citè. Si gode veramente Parigi dai tetti con i balconi fioriti dell'appartamento. Ottimo anche per l'allenamento... Grazie Alain.

Terrific base for a visit to Paris.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. Alain was very accommodating and helpful. Despite an epic heat wave in Paris we were comfortable. The location near Luxembourg gardens and the Pantheon was great.

Great location

The location was great right next to the Luxemburg gardens, 5 min walk to METRO. The view from the apartment was beautiful and the plants on the window ledges made it homey. The downside were the stairs but they were not horrible but if your not used to the physical exertion they might be overwhelming. The noise from the traffic and construction was very loud and since it was warm the windows had to be open otherwise it would be too hot. Had issues with TV so we just gave up and did not even try it would have been nice to just relax and watch TV at the end of day. Second room had no where to store clothes, random closet with hangers but full of cleaning supplies and vacuum. Too many tiny end tables that took up valuable space in this apartment. The bathroom tub was a bit dangerous, it was an odd shape and design and high off the ground but no handle bars to hold onto. I would have given the place a 5 but it was a bit dirty when we got there, i had to clean it myself (hair in the sink, water stains on the wood in the bathroom and rotten food in the fridge.

Alain is a wonderful host and the apartment is fantastic!

My family and I felt at home and comfortable while stay in Paris during one of the hottest weeks on record, largely because of the lovely cross breeze in and beautiful views from Alain’s place.

Excellent location, nice views, STAIRS, wonderful Parisian flat

Stayed 3 nights & loved the location. Very close to the metro, 1 block from Luxembourg gardens, walking distance to Catacombs, & easy access to all zone 1 Paris attractions. Yes -- there are a LOT of stairs. 107 to be exact, but the view makes it worth it. The flat is decent-sized, the kitchen is all updated. The bed in the main bedroom is nice, and the sofa converts to a very large bed-- basically two twin-sized mattresses side by side after you pull it out, so it easily accommodated both our teen girls. The only negative was the shower curtain. It had mold or mildew on it & really needs to be replaced. The rest of the flat was very clean. Would stay here again.

Paris Perfection

This was an amazing apartment in a great location. Walking distance to Luxembourg gardens. A handy atm, general grocers, pharmacy and cafes all really close. Larger supermarkets a short bus ride away (or walk if you want to carry them) and an amazing bakery across the road. Very clean and my entire family loved it. The view from the windows are amazing and let in a pleasant evening breeze. Owner was super friendly and made us feel instantly welcomed.

The work is worth it -- but reviews are not kidding about the stairs!

Alain meets you at the door and helps with your luggage -- a big shout out to him for that! The steps are for real: 106, or 70 seconds climbing straight up a narrow spiral staircase (stay to the wall for widest steps). The view is spectacular, gazing out at Paris apartments and rooftops, tiny view of the Eiffel Tower and the Montparnasse building in the distance. Along with the sights of Paris comes, not surprisingly, the sounds of sirens wailing to add to the atmosphere. The unit is authentically Parisian, as in smallish – but unscreened windows in every room open wide to eliminate any closed-in feeling. The bed is a comfortable King and there is a single bed in the “living room,” which acts as a couch or can become a bed.. Again, smallish in all respects but you are most definitely in the center of things – 3 blocks to the Luxembourg RER Station, close to the Luxembourg Gardens, walkable to Notre Dame and the Pantheon as well as the entire Left Bank. Stovetop and oven/microwave (we couldn't figure any of it out, rummaged for instruction booklet to no avail). Refrigerator, Nespresso, French drip coffee-maker and an electric kettle. Bathtub and shower with again, another big window. We did not dare the washer in the bathroom (no dryer unless this is a combo but again, no instructions). Your window on the Paris world awaits you if you’ve got those stairs in you! P.S. If you visit the Eiffel Tower and take the lift to the very top, that too takes 70-seconds – just like your climb to this charming atelier in the sky!

Parfait!

Tolle wohnung, ideal gelegen. Das appartment ist sauber und gut aufgeteilt, ideal fuer 4 personen. Die 5 stockwerke kann man als sportliche betaetigung gut nuetzen, nach einem ausschweifendem essen. Monsieur alain ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Jederzeit wuerden wir die wohnung wieder buchen.

A wonderful base for a visit in an excellent neighborhood

We loved this little flat as our home base for 9 days in Paris. There are great places to pick up food very close by, including a creperie; Le Petit Jacques for sandwiches and meats; Patisserie Sebastien a couple of blocks away and another pretty good patisserie right across the street, outstanding restaurant Les Papilles just down the street and more. The flat is well-situated to walk to the main attractions of Paris, e.g. Notre Dame, the Louvre and other museums, etc. Public transportation was easy to use and quite convenient. The flat was comfortable, well-furnished with all necessities, and you do get used to climbing six flights of stairs eventually. It is great to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle out of your kitchen window at the top of each hour after dark.

Très bel appartement, lumineux et confortable

Très bon séjour. Bon accueil du propriétaire. Appartement bien isolé car on entendait peu de bruit de l'extérieur et bien équipé en chauffage. Lit très confortable, même le canapé-lit, les enfants l'ont "adoré". Belle cuisine équipée avec vue sur la Tour Eiffel et la Tour Montparnasse. Seul bémol, le sèche-serviette qui ne se déclenchait que le matin et non à la demande.

Fantastic location!

The location is fantastic! It was lovely to see the Eiffel Tower flashing at night. We enjoyed the spiral staircase. We were two adults and two tall teens, and the small space got a bit crowded in the beginning but we quickly adjusted. We would love to stay there again!

The views were amazing. The flat was great. Had all you would need during your stay. The host went over and above. The neighborhood offers a locals experience of Paris. Was close to a subway and many Parisian sights. The only reason we didn’t give it 5 stars is because although warned of the many steps (107 to be exact) climbing them daily isn’t for everyone. Keeping that in mind....We would definitely stay there again.
