Beautifully Remodeled Lake Front Home at 7MM- Sleeps 10

Beautiful Lake Home at the 7MM on the Lake of the Ozarks. The home was completely remodeled in 2018. It boasts a large living room upstairs & 5 bedrooms. The downstairs features a large kitchen and living area that has an absolute stunning view of the lake. An additional bathroom with shower is located in the lower level downstairs. There is room for up to 2 cars in front of garage. If additional parking is needed, please arrange with owner. Large gentle sloping lot to the water. A modular concrete dock with swim platform will provide endless fun for your group. A large deck over-looking the water provides afternoon shade and place to escape the sun and grill your favorite meals (two grills provided. ) This is a second home for our family and know you and your family will enjoy as much as we do. No parties allowed (bachelor/bachelorette, etc.) We are roughly an hour away and can help with any necessary details or accomodations as best as we can.

We loved everything about this home. A beautiful view, spacious, and very welcoming. There were plenty of amenities to have a home cooked meal, and I will be in search for this home the next time we return :)

Great for families

We had a wonderful stay in the Ozarks! We had two families, with 4 adults, 2 college age guys and 3 teen girls. The house fit us perfectly and had enough room to spread out when we wanted to. All the bedrooms are on the main level, along with a living room and full bath and downstairs is another bathroom, a spacious kitchen with large table and sunroom type seating area with beautiful lake views. The location at the 7MM is perfect for going up the quieter Gravois arm or into the main channel. Peter was a great host!

Great place

My siblings and spouses total of 9, decided to get away for a long weekend. The house was a perfect fit. We Spent many hours on the deck, dock and in the water telling stories and having drinks. We cooked most of our meals there and the kitchen was well stocked with what ever we needed. Would definitely rent again if in the area!

Great family get away

House is perfect for a large family to spread out. Loved the private dock. Well stocked kitchen. Very friendly owners, easy to work with. Would highly recommend and would come back.

Great Thanksgiving Stay

My family and I spent the Thanksgiving holiday here and it was perfect for our needs. We didn't go outside much since it was cold and off-season, but we enjoyed the beautiful water view throughout our stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday. The host was very communicative and friendly.

There’s quite a few steps that aren’t great for older people lol. However this is a beautiful home and the view and yard are amazing. We got caught a few catfish too! Would definitely recommend to others.

Comfortable

We were very happy with our stay, the beds were sooo comfortable, the rooms were very nice! The common area was awesome with a beautiful view of the lake! If I had one suggestion it would be for more cupboard space, we had brought food for 10 people for 7 days and struggled with where to store it all! Other then that everything was perfect!

Fabulous Rental for our Family gathering

It is a lovely, clean and spacious place to hold any family event. The bedrooms and living spaces were nice and big. We were there over the Thanksgiving holiday so we didn’t use any of the lake amenities but it was a beautiful view and fantastic deck. The hosts were easy to get ahold of and communication was always pleasant with a rapid response. We highly recommend this property and look forward to renting in the future.

Wonderful property and location

We had a great stay and no problems at all! The view is lovely and the dock worked well for swimming. There was plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. We liked that the bedrooms were all on one level and all the rooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved the gas range inside. Would be great if there was a gas grill outside, but the charcoal was nice to have too. Would definitely recommend the property and location. Thank you for a great stay and making our vacation memorable!

Another amazing vacation at Lake of the Ozarks!

This might be the best VRBO I have ever stayed at. The owners of the property take excellent care of the home. I love the new bedroom upstairs! Thanks for an amazing stay! I’ll definitely be back next year if you guys will have us.

Perfect family get away

This was the perfect home to host our family vacation. The property was clean and inviting. The location on the lake was perfect for swimming and floating in the water off the dock. The pictures do not do justice to this home. The owners were incredibly hospitable and very responsive when I had questions. The neighbors on both sides were very friendly and inviting. One day we also rented a Tritoon from Frankie & Louie's, which was only about a 20 minute drive from the house, and an innertube from Bikini Pier. We had lunch that day at the Paradise Bar & Grill. We did boat parking, which the kids loved. They had some games and outdoor seating. It was so much fun! My kids are already asking me if we can come back next year!

Our stay was wonderful at this property, very clean. The inside was very comfortable for 3 families with kids, with bedrooms upstairs and living/kitchen area downstairs. View and dock was the best. That is what we came for.

My Family along with my Mom and Dad bought this property in February of 2018 after a years long search. This property was exactly what we were looking for, just needed a facelift as you can tell by the complete remodel. After months of "blood, sweat, and tears", this remodel was complete and were able to enjoy most of the summer at our "Second Home". Both of our Families reside in Jefferson City, MO and had dreamed of owning a lake home for a long time. As we can't be at the lake every week and weekend, we thought to open it up for other families to use and build long lasting memories as we have already done.

This property is unlike a lot of lake homes/cabins in that it is 100% black top to the property. It is a gentle sloping lot to the water unlike some very steep with lots of stairs. There are only two sets of roughly 6 stairs to get to the home. There is a two car garage as well. As you can tell by the pictures, the home is completely updated as well as the plumbing and electrical. A PTAC AC/Heating unit was installed in the basement living/kitchen to provide for extra comfort. Brand new appliances and fixtures make this property perfect for a weekend getaway or a week long vacation. The neighbors are wonderful and is geared towards family fun (no Parties allowed).

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This is right at the heart of the Lake of the Ozarks. It is at the 7MM near the Gravois Arm. You can access so many restaurants by land or water if you are renting a boat. Indian Rock Golf course is 5 mins away and several grocery stores to choose from (closest being about 10 mins away). If getting out doesn't appeal to you, please know you will have a wonderful time "hanging" by the water and enjoying your company at our lake home.
