As a young boy both of my grandparents owned lake houses, one in North Carolina and one in Virginia. Some of the best times of my life were at the Lake with my family; fishing for catfish and bass, swimming, boating, cooking hot dogs and smores, eating watermelon, etc.

We’ve been going to Lake Anna for over 45 years, and we’ve had this property at Lake Anna for over 15 years. We have had many special times and made special memories and offer you the opportunity to enjoy our house and make special memories as well. This Fully Furnished, 4,700 square feet, 6 bedroom, 2 sleeper sofas, 4 bath home is available year-round. It's situated on Lake Anna on the NW finger of Lake Anna’s public side of the lake, near Route 522. Just minutes from Tim’s at Lake Anna, Lake Anna Tap House, Lake Anna Winery, and Cooling Pond Brewery. Additionally, we are minutes by way of water to the Lake Anna Sandbar where you can play volleyball and enjoy good times with the family.

The home has a beautiful spacious living room, hearth room (with fireplace) and large open kitchen and dining area that all look out through two sliding glass doors and eyelid windows over the large deck (with 2 umbrella equipped tables with seating for 12+) to the water and 1 thousand square foot private dock below with tie ups for 3 boats and an additional mooring.

Our downstairs living room/play room is equipped with Smart TV with a 65' FLAT SCREEN for the big game with pool table, air hockey table, ping pong table and foosball table for that family competition. Another Fireplace is also located here in the basement living area. Three bedrooms are located on the main floor allowing easy entry for children or seniors. Another living room is upstairs.

A large driveway provides plenty of convenient parking spaces for 10+ cars. The walk-out basement has two separate full bath/king and queen and twin beds with TVs. The first floor has a Master California King bedroom with walk out balcony and huge Master Bath, walk in shower and tub, kids' play area, Queen Bed, and 2 single bunk beds. We also added upstairs with an additional King tilt bed, sleeper sofa and futon with an additional luxury bathroom.

This spacious house has lots of decks and plenty of light, with beautiful mature trees providing plenty of shade and sun. The back yard leads to a nice 142-foot waterfront, private dock, and PRIVATE BOAT RAMP within the HOA.

In Summer, rentals are preferred for full-week periods during high-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day) but 2 days minimum. Off-season rentals are available for a minimum of 2 nights.
