You have full access to our entire house, our property, and boat house. Please let us know if you plan to rent a Pontoon Boat so we can refer you to our premier partner (DV Rentals LKA)!

The Neighborhood:

The Waters sub-division offers unparalleled living with a clubhouse, a pool (seasonal), tennis courts, beach, and boat slips available for use on a first-come-first-served basis. This premier waterfront residential neighborhood community is located in the perfect spot near the center of Lake Anna on the exclusive private side. With over 3,400 acres of pristine clear blue freshwater surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing.



This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft. If you plan to bring your personal boat or jet skis, you will have access to the community boat ramp during your stay—from 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of your departure.



Getting Around:

Our home is located in the The Waters sub-division. We have ample free parking at our home for large groups with up to 6 vehicles.

If there’s anything you’re curious about—just ask! Halcyon Blue is intentionally stocked and designed for a carefree, luxurious stay on Lake Anna’s private side.

**Guest Requirements:**

In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 28 years old to book, and those under 28 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.



Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.

After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.

Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:

- $40 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.

- $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.
