Our Blue Heaven is a beautifully appointed beach home that offers everything you need for a perfect beach getaway. This home has a large private, heated pool for our guests to enjoy and is conveniently located less than a 5 minute walk to the Blue Mountain Beach access! This home has been outfitted with luxurious furnishings throughout, has a fully-stocked kitchen, plenty of seating, WiFi throughout the home, and comfortable spacious bedrooms. In addition, there are complimentary bikes for guests' use!

Please Note: The private pool at Our Blue Heaven is heated using a heat pump system. During cooler months we strive to keep the pool temperature at around 86F degrees. However, during winter (mid-December thru February) when the daytime or nighttime temperatures drop to 50F degrees or below, the pool will take longer to heat. For times when both the daytime and nighttime temperatures consistently remain below 50 degrees the pool heater may not be able to reach 86 degrees. Guest understands and agrees to the potential limitation of the pool heating during colder periods in the season. GUEST AGREES THAT HE/SHE WILL NOT CHANGE THE TEMPERATURE OF THE POOL UNLESS GIVEN EXPRESS PERMISSION BY THE HOMEOWNER TO DO SO.

Family vacation

This is our second stay here and it was just as wonderful a stay as the first! The home has everything one would need and more. The host is extremely helpful and responsive. We will be back again!

Blue Mountain Beach, with heated pool

Really enjoyed our stay at this home, close to the beach, with a private heated pool.The home is well stocked, with bikes, and the homeowner Linda was great to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for our family Thanksgiving trip. Great size for 6 adults and 2 kids with room for others. Close to everything you need. Listing was accurate and owner was very easy to communicate with.

Close to the beach

Great experience working with Linda and a lovely home a short distance to the beach. Wonderful heated pool and plenty of beach gear to use. We did have to wash a few linens that didn’t look clean before we used them. Overall a great stay in a lovely neighborhood and house!

Blue mountain beach

Beautiful house with a great pool close to the beach. And restaurants. Clean and well maintained. Bikes available and ready to ride(no flat tires). Highly recommend.

Terrific Experience!

Our group of 10 with kids ranging from 7mo to 11yrs old has a blast! The place was beautiful, amazing location, amenities in the house and pool/beach supplies were terrific! Loved visiting Red Fish Taco just behind the place, and the Blue Mountain Creamery, they were both excellent!! Communication was top notch from Linda! I’d highly recommend staying at her properties. We will be back!

Family Get together

Everyone loved the pool and there were so many extras. the bicycles were enjoyed for several rides, the location to the beach was wonderful and the toys and wagon provided were a plus. The kitchen had everything one would want ! It was just like being at home. Linda was very helpful and responsive also . It was great.

Highly recommend!

The house and owner (Linda) were fabulous. Great location - being able to slip out the backside of the house on the walking path to the main road was very convenient to the beach and local restaurants. The house came with a ton of amenities that most rental homes don't come with - for example, beach chairs, laundry detergent pods, hand soap in all bathrooms, a lot of beach/pool towels, bikes, etc. The list goes on and on. Linda was wonderful leading up to the trip and throughout the trip in terms of communication.

Gorgeous home away from home!

Staying at Our Blue Heaven was such a pleasure and we are so happy to have found such a beautiful and comfortable home to stay in. With three king bedrooms and three baths as well as the bunk room and extra lounge area our whole family had plenty of space to spread out and make themselves at home! The home was spotless and well furnished. This home had all the necessities as well as many extras such as a beautiful private pool, bikes to ride, beach toys galore and even a little wagon to carry everything to the beach! The location was outstanding and an easy walk or bike ride to the beautiful beach nearby. Restaurants in either direction were just a short drive away. I have to say that we were very pleased with this vacation home rental and we hope to be able to stay here again! Many thanks to Elena who was a big help when we arrived!

Perfect house, perfect location!

We have enjoyed coming to 30A for several years now and have settled on Blue Mountain Beach as our favorite spot, this house is just perfect! The home is exactly as pictured and described in the listing. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and all items were clean and in good condition. The house was spotless, cleanliness of rentals is always a top priority for me, and this property absolutely checked that box. Linda was very easy to communicate with, and when we realized upon our arrival that the pool heater was not working (a necessity in November!) she quickly got her repairman out to get the issue resolved. We came with just our family of 4 so had more than enough room to spread out, but the house would absolutely be comfortable for larger groups. The location can't be beat; a quick walk to the beach, and Red Fish Taco and Blue Mountain Creamery are practically in your back yard.

Great stay in a great house

We really enjoyed staying at this property for spring break. The pool was wonderful as the beaches were too rough to swim most days of our trip. The house was clean abs well stocked. Linda was incredibly communicative. The location was close to a busy road and the rear faced a shopping center, which wasn’t ideal but overall a wonderful home we would stay in again!

It has everything you need!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Despite the weather not cooperating that week, we had plenty of fun at the house and driving around to seaside and surrounding areas. There are so many delicious restaurants nearby, and we loved being within walking distance to Redfish Taco. Communication with the property manager was awesome, and the house has EVERYTHING you could possibly need! From eating utensils, cookware, booster seats, pack n play, swimming gear and toys, a wagon to carry our things to the beach in, to so much more, we never were in need of anything. We’d definitely stay here again!

A Great Time

Perfect spot!

This rental was absolutely perfect...Linda was amazing to work with and home was exactly as it said it would be. Location was nice, quiet neighborhood, easy access to beach, and walkable to many places to eat. We would definitely come back and stay here again!

Beautiful vacation

We stayed at Linda’s home in early aug and I have nothing but great things to say! My husband and kids and I enjoyed the pool( the perfect size) she had everything we had forgotten and more! We did have a slight issue with the washing machine but she was on it and got it fixed right away! We had a lovely time and will return!

Relaxing Vacation

My family and I enjoyed our stay! The house was just as described and suited our needs perfectly. The kitchen was definitely well stocked with supplies as previously mentioned by other reviewers . The private pool and path to the beach is a wonderful bonus. The rooms were good sized and the beds comfortable. The family room is nice but a bit small for what we would have preferred. Overall a really nice place to stay and would definitely recommend!

Our beach house is just a 3-5 minute walk to the Blue Mountain Beach Access along the Scenic 30A Corridor. 30A is a place where you can enjoy a slower-paced vacation with family and friends in a charming old-Florida lifestyle. While here you will be able to take pleasure staying in a beach community with beautiful Sugar Sand beaches and clear emerald green water all around you. Just one block away from this home you'll find the Blue Mountain Ice Creamery (a local favorite ice cream destination!) where you can be sure to please the taste buds of everyone in your group.

We are halfway between Panama City Beach and Destin. This allows you to enjoy the slower pace of 30A, while also having easy access to activities such as water parks, miniature golf, movies, deep-sea fishing within a short drive. This home is also just 4 (Four) miles away from Seaside.

This home has a beautiful private, heated pool (one of only a couple homes in this neighborhood to have this amenity) but it also lies just around the corner from the private communal pool in the neighborhood to allow for our guests to take advantage of both pools if desired. It is the closest house to the beach (3-5 minute walk) in the Lakeside Community. It also has a one-car garage and comes with 6 (Six) complimentary bikes (1 juvenile, 1 youth, and 4 adult).
