Oceanfront getaway with direct access to the beach.

Wake up and smell the salt air! This newly renovated five-bedroom beachfront home has a 1200 square foot deck with a spectacular view of the Gulf. Just walk down the private stairs and there you are - with your toes in the sand! Located in the secluded neighborhood of Blue Mountain Beach, this home sleeps 10 people, has a full kitchen, game room, dining room, full-size washer and dryer and a wonderfully comfortable living area. Adjacent game room has Foosball, darts, big screen television, shuffleboard and a poker table. One of the two master bedrooms is completely private with a private bathroom and private entrance. The main house has four bedrooms - two upstairs and two downstairs. Whether you have a big group or just a few people, you will never be at a loss for something to do.

Blue Mountain Beach is located between Destin and Panama City.

best of the best!

We can't wait to come back again. The most well-stocked, well-loved (in the best ways) vacation rental we've stayed in over 15 years of visiting the area. Being right on the beach was incredible, plenty of beach towels available for us, the game room was so fun for our teens, and comfortable beds for all. Cathy was so accommodating and helpful as we worked through our complicated and changing arrival logistics and we so appreciated it!

Family Vacation at the beach

Very good location. Neighborhood was clean and quiet. Property is well set up with separate spaces to allow for flexibility of schedules within the family.

Great stay

We really enjoyed staying at this rental in blue mountain. Beautiful views, directly on the beach, very spacious. Our two boys had a blast being able to go from the balcony to the beach freely. Cathy was very responsive and accommodating.

Hands Down the best place in Blue Mountain Beach Florida

This place is right on the beach and the deck is awesome as well. I must also note this premier host Cathy is very easy to get a hold of. it was so nice of a place I am booking another week there in August 2022. The water is so crystal clear and emerald in color as far as the eyes can see.... Thank you Cathy!

Lovely Home right on the Beach!

My family just recently stayed here (6 adults, 4 kids) and we loved it! This home was very lovely. It had everything we needed and more! Plenty of bath towels, cleaning supplies, paper goods, beach toys for kids,etc... Very clean, well maintained home and very comfortable. There was plenty of space for all of us! The Game Room-was a nice bonus for the kids when not on the beach. The views from the deck were amazing!!! It had plenty of seating and a nice sun shade as well! The house was very easy to find and close to shops and restaurants. The home owners were very nice and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this house and look forward to staying here again!!

Wonderful experience, do not pass this up!

Believe the reviews, this is an absolutely wonderful opportunity to stay on the beach. House was clean, location was perfect and most importantly, the owner is responsive and very generous. She contacted us to offer whatever extra nights we needed because of flights being cancelled due to weather. We ended up having a cancelled flight, and she honored her offer of an additional night with no additional charge. In a world of contracts, small print, and rules, it was delightful to work with a real person who cares about the property and the guest experience. If you are looking for a place in this area, stop your search.....this is the one!!

We will be back!

What a wonderful property in a fantastic location! Here is our list of positives/highlights… * Distance of house from beach with a stunning view * Massive back deck with sun shade * Sliding glass doors to the deck were convenient and didn’t obstruct the view in any way. * Well stocked kitchen * Game room that appealed to our older children * Quiet neighborhood * Not too far from restaurants and shops in nearby communities on 30-A * Layout of the house. We LOVED having a separate suite which provided plenty of privacy. Our children and grandchildren had plenty of room in the other 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was also nice to have the additional bathroom in the game room that people could easily use. * There is a pack and play, baby monitor, and high chair that strapped to an adult chair . . . so helpful for our granddaughter. * There were tons of games to enjoy! * Communication with the owner. Cathy was so easy to work with and extremely helpful. Here is our list of negatives… * None to list Here is our list of FYIs… * There are stairs to the beach so don’t bother with a wagon * Although you can’t leave items on the beach, you can leave items on on the stairs. * Two of the showers are quite small. A few of our family members are big guys but they could use the larger bathrooms in the game room and king suite. * There is no bathtub but there is an infant tub that can be used in one of the showers. Our kids just showered our 1 year-old granddaughter. * The house is next to a public beach access. We visited in September so it was not an issue at all. * The house does have wi-fi but it struggled a bit when all of us were on it at the same time. We just made sure to not all be on if we were streaming a movie. We fished with Dead Fish Charters and highly recommend Captain Larry! We have stayed at numerous places along the beach. Our search is officially over…this is the PERFECT house for our family now and in the years to come.

FYI - we plan to renovate the 2 bathrooms in the main side of the house, this winter, and they will hopefully afford more room. We also plan to do some things in the kitchen which will make the view from in the house, even better. Cathy

Great House!

We absolutely loved this house! We cook almost every night and having a fully stocked kitchen was great. We enjoyed the game room and used it everyday. We have older kids (youngest is 17, oldest is 22) and they particularly liked it. The back deck was awesome and we ate outside for every meal. I can’t say enough good things about this house and the owner is so easy and nice to work with before and during our stay. It made for a fantastic week!

Amazing location, beach/ocean front

Great experience working with the owner prior to and during stay. Very attentive. Had no issues so we had no need to correspond during the stay but prior to stay all communication was great. Check in was seamless. Amazing ocean front location. Has one king suite setup that is isolated by itself giving a lot of flexibility for someone wanting their own space. Location was great for travel to Destin or 30A and Panama City. We had a party of 9 requiring 5 bedrooms and the fit was perfect.

Family Fun

Excellent location for beach lovers! The house is a good choice for grandparents who want to spend quality time with children and grandchildren. The house was well-stocked with necessary paper products and the kitchen contained nice cooking ware and tableware. The game room was a huge success for my grandchildren-ages 17 months, 6,6, 9 and 9. I definitely recommend this property for a family vacation.

Perfect Vacation

Our stay was perfect. The communication with the property manager was excellent. The house was clean and very well equipped. The game room was the perfect location to end a day on the beach with some fun family time. We definitely hope to stay at this property again.

Great Family Vacation

Just perfect

Pulling in we were even more impressed with how the property/location were laid out. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet, and the mornings on the deck to start the day really set the tone. Being so close to the beach was so convenient, and the property manager was great with updating us with parking, weather and other details throughout the week, without being overbearing. 5/5 from our party. We would definitely recommend to friends, and plan on coming back again soon.

Fantastic Place!

We just returned from our family's annual week long stay on the beach. The place was perfect, cozy and very clean. The house is right on the beach and we can't say enough about the large patio. We enjoyed sitting out there to eat breakfast and dinner. The game room is awesome too! The owner, Cathy, was great and made sure we had everything that we needed. This will be our "go to" vacation home from now on.

Great location and wonderful game room

Communication could not be better. Extremely well stocked for anything you could possibly need. The kids loved the game room which was a winner! Views from the deck were beautiful.
