Occupancy is 10 with a MAXIMUM OF 8 adults

Late check out may be available at a rate of $100/hour.

Individual booking is responsible for the whole group and enforcing house rules within their group. The person booking also needs to be the person to arrive at the house for check in.

WEDDING GROUPS: No using the house for others to get ready! This is not to be a "meet up spot" and serves as lodging only.

No bachelor/bachelorette groups

Upon booking, please give names of all adults staying and ages of children.

There is a doorbell camera as well as surveillance around the perimeter of the property (outdoors only).
There will be a home guide on the kitchen counter with anything you might need to know about the house.

We have a very friendly outdoor only cat named Carmella you may see roaming around outside.

We collect a deposit of $1000 a week prior to check in that will be returned in full upon check out (assuming all went well). A rental agreement will also be sent over.

Salt water pool is heated by solar in the summer and typical swim season runs June through September. Although available year round it will be cold the other months.

Property layout:
There are 4 bedrooms, plus a bonus room that can double as a guest room with a murphy bed. There are also 4 full bathrooms. House layout: Downstairs is the front Livingroom with foosball table, dining room, playroom, laundry room, hall bathroom, kitchen, family room and 2nd master. 2nd master has a private entrance through the side yard, en suite bathroom, massage chair and smart tv.

The family room has french doors leading out to the large yard. Outside you'll find a swing set, patio table, bbq, hot tub, pool, chickens in coop at the top of the hill you can collect eggs from, basketball court, fire pit, hammock, kids toys, and lots of yard games (bocce ball, slammo, frisbee, corn hole to name a few).

Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have a Jack and Jill full bathroom in between. At the end of the hall is the master bedroom and bath. Smart tvs loaded with Netflix plus more is located in master bedroom, downstairs master bedroom, family room and playroom. Lots of games and toys. A park is a short walk away. The house has new floors, counters and interior newly painted. The house is fully furnished with everything you should need. We do have personal belongings in the home and closets are locked.
