Spread over four levels and about 2,805 square feet, this modern retreat feels airy and warm, with hardwood floors and radiant heat throughout. You enter on the third level into a generous mudroom-style entry, where everyone can kick off boots, hang gear, and drop bags before heading into the heart of the home.
Living Room: On the main (second) level, the living room is your cozy gathering hub. Rustic upscale furnishings surround a gas fireplace and a 55” Smart TV with Apple TV, making it easy to curl up for movies, game days, or après-ski hangs. A deck just off the living area, equipped with a Weber gas grill and views, extends your living space outside for fresh-air coffee or evening grilling.
Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen is built for people who love to cook—or at least love to snack in style. Wolf appliances (including a four-burner gas range with griddle), a Subzero refrigerator, marble countertops, and well-stocked utensils and cookware make meal prep feel effortless. Island seating for two keeps company close to the cook, while the adjacent dining nook—with a window bench and seating for six—hosts everything from big breakfasts to lingering dinners. A convenient half bath on this level keeps the main floor easy to live in.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms: Grand Master Bedroom (Level 3 – Entry Level): Start and end your day in a serene suite with a king bed, great views, and a 40” Smart TV with Apple TV. Bedroom 3 (Level 1): A cozy queen bedroom with a 40” Smart TV with Apple TV and access to a full shared bathroom with a tile shower. It's a great space for guests who like to be near the action but still have their own calm corner.
Bedroom 4 – Bunk Room (Level 1): The kids' (or teens') favorite spot: two twin-over-twin bunk beds, a 55” Smart TV with Apple TV, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. It's a dedicated hangout and sleep zone for the younger crew. Note: There is no window in this room, making it a dark, cave-like sleep space that many kids love.

Nice Home in a Good Location
We rented the home for a ski trip with 8 middle-aged guys. It was nicely set-up for us to cook, socialize and hang out. It is well located with a very short walk to the Park City ski resort and also to town.

Fantastic house
We loved everything about this house. It's location was perfect, close to skiing and walking distance to town. Everything was clean and new. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the beds/linens were comfortable and luxurious. Bright and airy. Can't wait to come back. Thanks!

Great for Large Groups
We are a group of 10 and found the house to be a good size. Everything was clean and complete. Plenty of kitchenware to cook every night we were there. About 5 minutes walk to the chair lifts for skiing. They sent someone to refill and service the hot tub one the third day which was very much appreciated since the water levels were running low.

Beautiful home in a great location
We had a great stay here. There were 9 of us going on our annual ski trip. This place was perfectly located in between the downtown and the main lift “Payday”, at Park City Mountain. The house is on 4 levels and is very well appointed. The bunk room gave us ability to sleep 9 comfortably. Every bathroom was beautiful, especially the master on the main floor. That one was special. Really the house had everything, even surround sound for music throughout the house with Sonos, which was great. Hot tub was great too although it was pretty hard to get the cover off. My only suggestion would be to have a big 12 cup coffee maker. I love slow pour coffee but it gets cumbersome with 9 people. Thanks for a great stay!

SERIOUS AND HAZARDOUS PLUMBING ISSUES – AVOID THIS PLACEThree of the five toilets wouldn’t flush. Both basement toilets failed immediately after we checked in. One toilet flooded the bathroom and hallway with sewage. A third bathroom stopped flushing the following night. A toilet overflow in a rental property is a major health violation, breaching the implied warranty of habitability, and requires immediate action from the landlord. However, the issue was not resolved by management for the duration of our stay 3 night stay. Management sent a plumber 15 hours after our complaint. After several hours, the plumber still did not remedy the fundamental issue. We messaged the management company multiple times during the rest of our stay to request that they resolve the issue and they were unresponsive other than saying “we’ll send maintenance” (never happened) and then offering to “check into it” two days after we checked out. During our stay, all 12 guests had to share two bathrooms that you can only access through private bedrooms and 6 of the guests had to hike up 2 or 3 floors for bathroom access. You can imagine what the house started to smell like during our stay. This is a clear health hazard and we seriously considered leaving and finding another place to stay. Judging from comments in prior reviews and the warped baseboards in the lowest bathroom this is an ongoing and pervasive issue. Save yourself the hassle and find another rental home.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry for the plumbing issues you experienced during your stay. We understand how disruptive and frustrating this situation must have been for you and your group, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
When we were notified of the issue, our maintenance team responded after hours in an effort to provide an immediate solution and were able to implement a temporary fix. We then scheduled a licensed plumber on two separate occasions to further diagnose and address the underlying problem. While some toilets remained operational during your stay, we absolutely recognize that having limited bathroom access for a large group is far from ideal.
We also understand your concerns regarding the delay and communication. Our intention was never to leave you without support, and we regret that the resolution was not completed to your satisfaction during your visit. As part of our efforts to make things right, we offered a compensation package comparable to the impact of the inconvenience; however, this offer was declined.
Please know that we take matters of health, safety, and habitability very seriously. Following your stay, we continued working to fully resolve the plumbing system to prevent any recurrence. Guest comfort is extremely important to us, and feedback like yours helps ensure we address issues promptly and thoroughly.
Again, we sincerely apologize for the experience and appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention.

Very convenient
We picked this place because it was a couple of doors down from somewhere we have stayed before so we knew it had an amazing location. It was very clean, modern and well designed. A few call outs we wish we would have known for the price-- Two of the bedrooms didn't have doors- just curtains. Also the kitchen while very nice, was not properly stocked to cook for this many people. Not enough coffee mugs, no real pan for putting anything in the oven, terrible knives, etc. The washing machine also was broken when we arrived and took a couple days for them to fix (after being told they just were not going to be able to do anything about it and begging). Every toilet got clogged at one point so there is for sure a real plumbing problem. Also the showers ran out of hot water. Overall not sure we would stay there again for how much it was but loved that it was clean and well designed.

We appreciate the feedback about the door having a curtain and will present that to the owner of the home. As far as kitchen inventory goes, we do our best to make sure that the property is stocked to accomodate what it can sleep, if items are not available our team will deliver upon request. Unfortunately things do happen in homes as we have guests consistently in and out of the properties and we apologize that you had washer issues, but we are glad that we were able to provide a brand new washer for you the next day. Thank you for the feedback of the plumbing issues, we have addressed them and made sure that nothing is wrong. As for the hot water, Park City homes in old town run off of a smaller sized heating tanks so sometimes there may need to be time allotted between showers. We appreciate your business and we look forward to hosting you again in the future.

Catfished!
The VRBO was generally pretty nice, but we had some issues. First off, two of the bedrooms didn't have doors. That normally wouldn't be an issue, but since we were staying with coworkers it felt a little uncomfortable. Two of the bedrooms also didn't have closets which upset the people staying in the rooms in question. The loft had many stains on the carpet, which was disappointing after paying about $30K expecting a nice rental. There was also a bloody tissue behind the toilet in the loft restroom upon arrival. We checked in 30-minutes later than we said we would (check-in was set for 4pm but we arrived at 4:30pm), and the housekeepers were STILL in the middle of cleaning once we arrived. In the chaos, the housekeepers accidentally took one of our grocery bags. We complained to Park City Rentals (who were always easy to get a hold of), and they did not help us or offer to reimburse us -- we assume the bag that was accidentally taken was worth about $75. The housekeepers also asked us if we wanted to unload the dishwasher ourselves -- we politely asked them to since the dirty dishes were not used by us so it seemed unfair for us to have to put them away. The housekeepers seemed annoyed by us and unloaded the dishwasher -- and many of the dishes were still filthy. It was disgusting and we had to reload the dishes and wash them again. Also, we had a random man enter the unit completely unannounced to "fix the hot tub" when only women were home.
