Welcome to Sundown B32!

There is a parking fee of $25.00 per vehicle plus tax per stay, 2 vehicle max per unit. Unregistered vehicles will be towed at owners expense. Boats have to be registered at the office as there is a fee of $40.00 per day plus tax and trailers must be parked in the Boat Yard at a first come first serve bases.

We furnished our condo with you in mind. We tried to think of everything you will need to make this your home away from home.

This one bedroom, one bath condo has free Wifi, cable TV in the living room and the bedroom and even a telescope to enjoy from our roof top balcony.

The bedroom has a King size bed and in the sofa in the living room includes a Queen size sleeper.

The large top floor balcony has a shaded area and a sunning area. Watch dolphins play in Ole River from your balcony. Watch boats go by and enjoy the views across the water to Ono Island.

The kitchen, dining and living room are all opened with a beautiful view of Ole River.

Linens are furnished in the condo and so is a washer and dryer so you can wash and reuse.

The beach is only across the street and we have a private boardwalk for your use.

Bring your boat, jet skis or kayaks and use Sundown's private boat docks and moorings

One of the largest swimming pools on the island is right here at Sundown! Come enjoy it and our other amenities. We have a tennis and basketball court, boat docks, private storage yard for your boat trailers and a boardwalk to the beach.

Across the street is The Crab Trap Restaurant with beachside seating and a playground.

We do not allow pets.

Smoking is only allowed in the parking lot and BBQ areas.

Great stay!

Very clean well kept property, and one of the quietest places we have stayed on the beach. We normally do not rent across street from beach, but this was a great surprise and walk to beach was actually very short. Have already planned a return visit for 2024!

The condo was very clean, great location, quiet, enjoyed watching the boats on the bay. I did overlook that it is 3rd floor with no elevator. I was thankful we had started wLki g a couple of weeks prior to the trip

Found this as a last minute option. Was concerned about being across the street from the beach but beach access was easy. Just a short walk. Plus we had a water view from the back deck. I've marked this as a go to place.

Well!

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and were a little disappointed! The condo was nice enough, and all the linen was clean fresh and tidy. There was plenty of plates, cutlery etc, and it all looked reasonable on the surface. However, one of the doors was broken in the bedroom and the skirting boards were filthy with a layer of greasy dust. It was a good job we had a storm and the weather wasnā€™t good enough to sit on the balcony, as one of the chairs was broken, and a layer of green slime was evident everywhere. The sills of the windows and doors were absolutely filthy, and considering what we paid, I really donā€™t think this was value for money. I have stayed in cheaper cleaner places!

Pleasant weekend get away

Me and my wife visited his property for a 4-day weekend. It was fantastic. Short walk across the road to the beach, or you can actually park behind the crab trap. The neighbors are fantastic. I will say though it's more of a retirement community so there wasn't a lot of families there when we visited. Definitely will go back soon.

Excellent location, quiet and secluded but close to all the fun

This property is a hidden gem in Perdido. We love being on the river/bay side to watch the boats and sunsets. We brought our jet skis, and it was a perfect location to explore the different islands. It was just a short drive or ride on the skis to the Florabama. Our girls loved playing in the sand by the river, and it was an easy walk (or drive) across the street to the Gulf, which was not crowded like other areas where there are more high rises. The outdoor patio /balcony is large and secluded. Our only suggestion would be to upgrade the patio furniture because it is truly a wonderful place to enjoy meals!

Cozy place on the river

We stay at Sundown because we bring the boat and the docks and river access are nice. The listing advertises free boat parking but there is a $25 fee. Also, when the parking lot is full, it can be very difficult to get in and out of the trailer parking lot. Would be nice if they didnā€™t allow cars to park near the entrance. Room is basic. There was a bit of a smell. We bought a few candles and it helped. We typically stay in a 2 bedroom but we made the 1 bedroom work for this trip. šŸ‘šŸ¼

Sundown condo

Everything was great. 1 complaint , the AC stopped working early one nite , so we had a long hot sleepless nite. Once I contacted the manager , the next morning it was fixed within several hours.( by 1100 the next day) Thought maybe a small monetary return might be appropriate, or an offer for another nite , might be a nice as a nice gesture . Other than that . We will definitely be back , and would love to purchase in the future!

Very comfy for two

Condo was clean and nicely furnished. Third floor unit with a great patio view via steps. Boat dock is nice, but really small area for boat trailer storage, and no launch on property. Galvez Launch at Hub Staceyā€™s about 7 miles away. This info should be included in advertising.
