Love the information beforehand so I knew what to expect. Check in and our was easy. Location was perfect and made it easy to get around.

Great view of the beach from the property which really came in handy for my wife's grandmother. She probably spent too much time out there. We would be lucky to book this property again in the future.

This condo is actually amazing; the view is spectacular; you can see both the ocean and Santa Rosa Sound. The balcony is at the corner, connecting the master bedroom to the living room. Very spacious, all kinds of amenities, close to everything ... and more! The workers are all so nice. We definitely will be back to this condo!

It was a wonderful last minute choice I recommend this to any and everyone!!!!!!!! The best part about it was, it’s on the BEACH looking out of my balcony yiu could see the ocean and at night hear the waves crashing!!! All I can say is WOW!

Perfect stay/perfect value

We could not have asked for more for the cost. Extremely reasonable with nice amenities. We would/will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay! Short walk to the beach and great location!

Great location and staff was great! I have never stayed somewhere that the staff was so attentive!! We left some items and they mailed them to us right away! We will definitely be back!!

Stay was great, but there are always the "buts".Condo- Beach access is a little misleading. Pictures look like you would use the one pictured, but you don't. The one in the picture is the public beach access.- Pool is on the parking lot side and not the beach side like most condos.-No fitness room-Beach umbrellas would get taken pretty quick if you didn't get out there before 10am and you may be left with a 2nd row umbrella and chairs if not.Overall, it was still not a bad place at allRoom- Room would not lock unless you type in the code again before leaving. I made them aware.-We slept in the guest bedroom b/c the Master mattress is wayyyyy too firm.-Water pressure was weak-Light switches are confusing. They work on some lamps, but not the others.Everything in the else in the room was great. The separate ice making freezer is super handy! It makes me want one.

Vacation 2020

Condo was nice but would like to face the beach next time because street traffic was very noisy at night and early morning!

I'm not sure what condo you stayed in, but I honestly have never gotten this complaint! So sorry you had that issue---were the doors open at night? I hope you do come back and see us, possibly a higher floor, or gulf front and you won't have the noise issue. Cheryl, GM

February in Ft Walton Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at the Nautilus Condo. The room was exactly as advertised and the view of the beach and surrounding area was excellent! The balcony faces SE and has great sun in the morning. The SE balcony also protects against the strong winds that blew most of the time, (we stayed for the month of Feb.) The water heater broke down the first night we arrived and the staff had it replaced right away.

Vacation

This condo fit all of our needs. The only recommendation I would have is blinds and curtains to be added to the larger bedroom. The blinds do nothing as far as keeping light out or keeping it cool. It was the warmest room in the condo.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's a decent place to stay. I thought it was clean and had all the essentials. They place is cheaply made. Very thin doors, the facets in the shower are loose, feels like you can break things easily on accident. Too many mirrors everywhere if you have small children running around.

The office staff was amazing and recommended great places to eat - other than the touristy places. The pool was nice - sometimes a little crowded, but the bathrooms were also very clean. 2711 has an ice maker that produced enough ice for our daily yeti cooler on the beach. The beds were hard, which I would recommend replacing, but other than that it was a wonderful vacation! Will definitely be back.

The blinds in the unit are messed up and need to be replaced. The living room fan did not work. The living room furniture needs to be replaced, old and nasty looking. We will not rent this unit again.
