PREMIUM ~ 3 Bedroom on the BEACH! ~ Reserved Parking Space!

WOW! Unit 1517 has undergone an amazing transformation since we purchased it in 2018. We have removed all carpet and replaced all flooring with luxury vinyl plank flooring. New paint and all furniture has been replaced with new furnishings.

The kitchen showcases new white shaker cabinets, an apron sink, granite countertops, new Samsung black stainless appliances, an island, recessed lighting and a Kitchen Aid ice machine has been added to compliment the kitchen design.

The dining area has a round table that seats six with the island seating two.

The living area has a queen sofa sleeper, two reclining swivel chairs and two side chairs. For your viewing convenience, there is a 58" Samsung smart TV.

The master bedroom has also been transformed with all new furniture, SugarShack king bed, 47" smart TV, drresser, and chest. We have added a walk in shower to the master bath. The vanity has a granite countertop, new fixtures and a wall to wall mirror.

The master bedroom faces the bay.

In bedroom number two, there are two queen beds, a chest and TV.

In bedroom number three, there is a king bed, a chest and TV.

The hall bathroon has new fixtures consisting of pedestal sink, wall to wall mirror, tub and shower combination and tile walls.

This east end unit provides some amazing views--south and north. The south view is of the pass (watching the boats go and come is one of our favorite past times). The north view is of the bay side and you can see all the way to Flora Bama and Perdido Key.

I think that you will find all the art, bedding, lighting and accessories compliment our design.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Great Getaway

The unit was indeed premium. Felt like we were in a penthouse. Beautifully decorated. Kitchen was well stocked. The views on both sides ( beach and bay) are breath-taking. We enjoyed the beach location, chair service was fabulous. It was not quite warm enough for the outdoor pool but the indoor pool was perfection including three hot tubs.

Beautiful property

This unit is one of the best I have stayed in on the Gulf Coast. It is beautifully furnished. And very very well appointed. The ice maker at the bar is fabulous. The views are great. The main bedroom is on the back of the unit meaning it looks out over the parking lot but beyond that the bay. I would absolutely stay in this unit again. Thanks for a great stay.

Labor Day Weekend

Loved the location and the condo. So large and decorated perfect. Only complaint was called down stairs to report the tv in room with 2 beds was not connected and did not have a remote but was not a 911 because we had 2 other tvs. Would stay here again.

The condo was fine. However, there were some issues. First, the condo had an odd odor. Second, the remote in the master bedroom did not work, and, yes, I tried changing the batteries. Third, the light in the master shower was very dim. I tried changing the bulb but it didn’t correct the issue. Finally, the internet was horrible! In fact, the last couple of days we were there we weren’t able to use the internet at all, which includes streaming services like Netflix, etc.

Overall happy but could use a new cleaning company

Overall happy with the condo! Checking in was easy and smooth and the underground parking was convenient. The location was great and views were beautiful! Our family of 5 had plenty of space and the condo was beautifully updated. The beds were for the most part comfortable. Only one seemed to be worn and caved in the middle. Our only complaints were that the wash machine has mold in it and the dryer lint trap has a broken handle that clothes kept getting snagged on. A few items ended up with holes in them, which was unfortunate. I would've stopped using the machines altogether, but we packed based on the fact we could do laundry, so skipping that wasn't an option. The overall cleanliness of the condo was disappointing when we arrived. The upper surfaces/bathrooms/rooms were clean, but the floors are awful. You could feel/see the sand and dust all over the floors and in the corners. Under the beds had so much dust and dirt, you could tell they haven't been cleaned in months. We would stay in this condo again if we were assured that the cleaning issues have been addressed & changed.
