Casa do Cuco is built into a hillside of almond, carob, olive and fig trees with lovely country views. Situated near the end of a cul de sac, it sees very little passing traffic. It is secluded but not remote - you can be in the busy market town of Loule in less than 10 minutes and several beautiful beaches and first class golf courses are accessible in around 20 minutes.

The house comprises a large kitchen, utility room and comfortable sitting/dining room. There are two letting bedrooms, a double room with en suite shower room on the first floor and a twin room on the ground floor with full bathroom next door. The sitting room and twin bedroom have French doors leading to the outside covered terrace. The upstairs bedroom has its own private roof terrace. The covered terrace has a table and chairs for outside dining, and overlooks the south-facing pool terrace. A fully-fitted kitchen comprising larder fridge (bigger fridge is in the utility room), dishwasher, double multi-function oven, hob with three gas burners (including a superfast burner) and an induction ring, microwave oven, and wine cooler was installed in 2017. The bath/shower rooms were upgraded in 2018.
