Green Valley Retreat at Las Palmas

Come enjoy a little bit of paradise! Green Valley Retreat at Las Palmas is completely renovated, with brand new wood flooring, new beds and decor. This condo is located in the beautiful, All-Inclusive Las Palmas Luxury Resort. Enjoy more amenities than you could think of, right in the center of The Resort. Multiple pools to choose from, including a wading pool for the kids, a splash pad, and two hot tubs. You will have views of the beautiful red-rock mountains and remarkable landscape, that will make you want to keep coming back year after year!

This newly renovated 3 bedroom/ 2 bath condo can comfortably accommodate and sleep up to 10 people. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a 32" HD Smart Tv and direct balcony access. There is also a queen-size bed in the beautiful second bedroom, and in the third bedroom, you will find 2 full-queen bunk beds with brand new organic mattresses and a 32" HD Smart Tv. There is also a queen air mattress available for extra sleeping arrangements. This home is beautifully decorated, with brand new wood flooring throughout.

Also included are FREE passes to the Green Valley Resort! This gives you access to the: Indoor Swimming Pool, Olympic Lap Pool, Kiddy Pool (all of which are heated), 2 Indoor Hot Tubs, 2 Outdoor Tennis Courts/ pickleball court, Pickle Ball, Basketball, Ping Pong Table and a Giant Chess Board! You will also have access to Las Palmas's 3 Large Pools, 2 Jacuzzis, Jogging Paths, 3 Kids Playgrounds and Workout Facility!

Awesome week getaway

This property was great for its location and use for our family over at dance competition weekend for our daughter. However, we did notice some things about the unit that could’ve been better. Well kept it seemed like you had ever done recent painting, work or patchwork in the bathrooms, forgot to paint the walls as well as dealing with loose toilet seats and squeaky floors and things of that nature but overall I really cozy and comfortable unit for our family to stay in. The beds were luxurious to say the least and it was really well equipped with all the necessary cookware for us to cook every night that we stayed Would definitely come back and use this place again

Volleyball tournament

The condo is in a great place especially since the tournament was only 2 minutes away. The place was clean and in great shape! The barbecue was fantastic! Anyways we had a great weekend thank you so much.

Baseball

The property owners asked that we leave our shoes at the door, which was fine, but the floor was very uneven and was uncomfortable to walk on. They had nice decor, but made it really not child safe. I was not comfortable in such a nicely decorated establishment with my 12,10,3 yr old grandchildren. We did not use anything in the kitchen, because it was all very breakable.

Great property but needs a little attention. The place was very dusty when we arrived. It was well stocked but the porch could have used some repairs. Amenities were very fun and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Good

We love this unit; however, it still needs some TLC. The shower heads in both bathrooms pound the water down in a single stream (a rain shower head is quite affordable) and the deck has 2 definite sunken soft spots. Thank you though for replacing the dishwasher and fixing the bathroom fan and the continuous running water in the toilet. Also the TV channels are fantastic. I would like to say that the service for any request we have made ie empty propane tank has been quick. A much better accommodation than last year.

Great value, great location, great condo

We definitely look forward in staying in the beautiful property again! The location and views were perfect, especially with it being on the end. The three bedrooms accommodated my family nicely.

Need improvement

The only thing beautiful was the view from the patio but we couldn't really enjoy because the rail was to lose to have my toddler out. Also the two bathroom shower upwind shot out water really hard that's it was hard to get my little ones to take a shower even for an adult it was bad. The kitchen had a stong smell once we walked in our first day. This unit need to to be improved. If you have kids consider another room. Now I know for next time what questions to ask for our next stay and won't get this room again.

the views were magnificent

beautifully decorated and every comfortable Improvements : the siding door tracks need to be cleaned (very difficult to open and close) the cushions on the outdoor furniture blow around in the wind (unable to attach them there toast) suggest replacing them. the balcony railing is very lose and the deck has many soft spots the wood floors have soft spots that dip in and worn edges that are dangerous ( I would get rid of the remove shoes sign ) It is not safe in socks or bare feet . the tv remotes were a hit or miss proposition ( my sons are both techs and they could get it to come on after many tries but never discovered the secret of what they did after tying so many different things The wifi might have had something to do with it.

Good place to land for the weekend

It was a nice property to meet up with some of our adult kids. We used the bbqer and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were nice and very comfortable (not like some places that spend absolutely zero money of their beds). Of coarse there are things that I would change or fix if that were my permanent residence but it worked out great for us for the weekend.

Long Weekend Trip

This was a great property. The rooms were nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The bunk beds were great for the kids. The only issue was the TV—we couldn’t connect to DirectTV. In the end, it wasn’t a big deal, we just streamed some shows.

Unfortunately Unit 605 was not a unit I would recommend to anyone. The dishwasher did not work and looked like it had not been working for awhile. The fan in the hallway bathroom did not work and the toilet ran continually, there was a piece of flooring that was broken going into the living room and the deck furniture cushions need replacement. Service from Red Sands was very good. We needed propane and that was sent promptly. A staff member did come to the unit to review our complaints but our family was not comfortable with workers being in the unit when we were not there. We have stayed at Las Palmas with Red Sands for about 3 to 4 years in other units and this is the first time we have encountered unsatisfactory conditions. Nobody wants to do dishes by hand on vacation!!!! I would like to discuss this further with management from Red Sands and I would appreciate a telephone call at 1-780-914-6012. We would like to book at Las Palmas again but are hesitant to go forward with this.

Great location and amenities

This property is in a good location. We enjoyed the many pools and other amenities. The home is nice. There are a few things that could be updated/fixed but we all thought it was nice for the price. The WiFi didn’t work for our entire stay, but they sent someone out and did make an effort to fix it.

Convenient Location

Property was clean and in a convenient location next to the Nets on Fire gym. A/C worked great. Super easy check in and check out process. The rental agency was easy to get ahold of and quick to respond. Unfortunately, the WiFi was down during our entire week stay which was a little inconvenient and the kitchen could be more stocked up with pots/pans and cooking utensils. Overall a great place and the perfect size for a family!

Very Good

Condo is in an area with lots of other condos/vacation rentals. It is near Thunder Junction park, which my kids loved. Lots of fun stuff for the kids to do, nice neighborhood area. Management was very responsive and awesome.
