Wonderful 4 bedroom home with large garage, beach gear, bikes, outside gas grill, second floor screened porch. Short walk to community pools; home also near pickleball and basketball courts.

Naturewalk at Seagrove is a wonderful neighborhood that provides a pleasant balance of location, amenities, price and quality.
Golf carts are allowed and we can recommend several companies if you want to rent one.

Naturewalk at Seagrove has become a popular destination due to its beach proximity, Seaside, Watercolor, Publix, local eateries and its attractive pool area called The Gathering Place.
Heated community lap pool during cooler months (Nov - late March), non heated zero entry pool, hot tub, 2 pickle ball/basketball courts, walking trails, playground, outside exercise stations, and much more.

No recreational vehicles, trailers of any type allowed within Naturewalk neighborhood. This also includes campers, boats, atv's, etc.; will be towed. Street legal carts (LSV's) are permitted and can be rented from a local company.

All requests to stay are not confirmed reservations until Destin 30A Rentals checks availability and speaks with potential guest on phone to ensure policies are agreed upon.
During phone call we will answer questions, review availability again, and ensure home is suitable for potential guest needs. If all is good after phone call, we will then charge card which converts request to a confirmed reservation.

We pride ourselves on personal service, guest satisfaction, and care of property.
Our owners/clients are generous folks who have opened their homes for your enjoyment.

30A is a beautiful, scenic, truly unique 19 mile stretch of paradise (with bike path) that runs parallel to the beach and is comprised of many communities. Amazing white sand, public beach access, rare coastal dune lakes, Grayton Beach Park, excellent restaurants, spectacular homes, a tastefully developed pedestrian friendly area.

2 large porches (upstairs screened), quality furnishings, 1st floor king with private bath
Large garage with bikes, beach gear, bench, grill, full size fridge/freezer, electric blower to keep garage clean; plenty of room to park 1 medium size vehicle
4 bedrooms plus upstairs landing area with seating and television
Outside shower cold/hot water for removing sand, rinsing off beach items
Propane gas grill for outdoor cooking
Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig and traditional coffee maker
Short walk to neighborhood pools

Bedroom #1 - 1st floor king suite/private bath, 1 vanity, walk in shower

Bedroom #2 - upstairs, large king master suite/private bath, double vanity,
walk in shower

Bedroom #3 - upstairs, queen bed, direct access bath, shower/tub combo, shares bath with bedroom #4

Bedroom #4 - 2 full bunk beds, hall access to bath, shares bath with bedroom #3

All bedrooms and landing area have t.v.'s, bunk room does not have a t.v.
Landing area tv does not have cable; used for gaming, access guest's Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc

Naturewalk at Seagrove :
A newer 150 acre community nestled between Point Washington State Forest and Watercolor.
An ideal location, pedestrian friendly area; near Publix grocery store at Watercolor Crossings Shopping center. Famous Seaside is only a 15 min bike ride or short drive to the west which has many eateries, events, and the REP Theatre.

Naturewalk Amenities :
NatureWalk's ‘Gathering Place’ features a zero entry non heated lagoon style pool, heated lap pool, hot tub, small kids splash pool, children’s playground,
fire pit, 2 outdoor gas grills, self entertainment bar, hammocks, bathrooms, shaded seating with tables and chairs. 2 pickle ball courts and walking trails also available.

Beach Access :
Lily Lane beach trail is a direct 10 min bike to beach (bikes/walking only - no carts or vehicles). Trail is located across from the ‘Gathering Place’ or pools. This is a safe, compacted trail that leads to San Juan Ave. San Juan Ave is a dead end street with a sidewalk that leads south to 30A. South San Juan beach access is directly across 30A, has limited parking; about 10 spaces. Santa Clara beach access is about 500 feet east of San Juan and has a parking lot with approximately 30 spaces and 30 more on north side of 30A; it also has bathrooms. Or, you may drive out of Naturewalk, turn left (south) on 395 and go to 30A. At 395/30A intersection, Seaside is half mile to the right (west) and above mentioned public beach access places are about half mile to the left (east). If you want to rent additional beach gear, we recommend calling a local company. You can have beach gear delivered to your home or for an additional cost have chairs, umbrella set up at the beach for you. Be sure to ask if the company sets up gear at the beach access that you want to visit.

We were quite comfortable in this house and enjoyed the proximity to Seaside, Watercolor and 30 A. Communication was fantastic and they worked with us to get us the dates we needed. Very well pleased and would stay here again. Really enjoyed the nearby pickle ball courts as well.

We had a fantastic stay at this 30A property! The home was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The location was perfect—just a short trip to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. The property manager was very attentive and responsive as well. He gave us tips and tricks about the local area and all information we needed for our stay! We felt welcome and taken care of throughout our vacation. Highly recommend this place—we’d definitely stay here again!

Summer 2025

The property was perfect size for us and we loved the location. We really loved the pool for the kids and we were close to everything. One thing is the floors needed a good mop as they made our feet black and some of the dishes were not clean. A golf cart would be a great add and some way to access the house from the front doors as we had to go out the garage every time, but again minor stuff. Loved the porches to hang out and chill.

Excellent location

David was extremely easy to communicate with and very helpful in answering any questions I had. The house was exactly as described and we had more than enough room for our family of 5. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We loved that the house came with bikes and beach gear-which we used throughout our stay. The location of this house was right around the corner from the pickleball courts which was very convenient. There is a Publix right around the corner from the community which made the multiple grocery store trips we made super easy! If we’re ever in the area again we would definitely book through David!

Perfect Beach vacation

Clean, well maintained and had everything we needed for great stay. Family friendly with spaces for us to spread out and relax. We loved our stay and will definitely come back. Can't wait to hang out on the screened in balcony again!

Comfortable House and Nice Neighborhood for a Family Vacation

The 4-bedroom home had plenty of room for our family and was very clean and organized. The homeowner provided timely communication and details to make sure our family felt welcomed and enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, which was great for our family to resort to after a day at the beach or the busy towns of Seaside and Watercolor. We were at the community pools and hot tub every day, which were well maintained. This house is right by two pickleball/basketball courts. The beach is a 10-12 minute bike ride away on the trail. As a tip for March, the beach isn't as crowded in the mornings so you should be able to get a parking spot in the public lot. One day we parked our car full of beach gear in the lot early in the morning and walked back to the house. When we were ready for the beach we rode our bikes and didn't have to worry about lugging all the beach gear. Our family would stay here again!

Stayed here with the family for a week and had a great time!. Host Dave communicated well and was very responsive. We enjoyed the home and all it had to offer. The community has plenty to do during your down time be sure to explore. We were able to easily get to Destin & Panama City for day trips. A side note: If staying here I would suggest renting a golf cart for the week as Seaside is very difficult to park in for restaurants or going to the beach.

This was our first time on the Emerald Coast & we loved it! The house was pretty close to perfect for us - a family of five using the upstairs bedrooms/baths, while two grandparents were able to stay on the main floor & use the king bedroom/ensuite. Things we loved: the bikes, the pools (very well taken care of & always the right temperatures!), use of the bbq, awesome fridge/freezer, two coffee making options, a gas stove!, a blender & crockpot, high ceilings, great lighting, the porches, the upstairs sitting area, plenty of bathrooms and towels provided. Close proximity to Publix, shopping, beaches, pickle-ball and basketball courts! Things we didn't love: As a family who cooked most of our meals in the home, a few serving dishes would be nice. The living room sofas were not super comfy, the king sized beds were quite noisy and there were no towel racks or hooks in the master bath! We used doorknobs or hangers in the closet to hang our towels. Some hooks in the large hallway entry would also be helpful for jackets/hats etc. Or even a rack right before the garage entry for pool towels. I chased my family around picking up wet towels so as not to ruin any banisters/pretty wood floors! The list of things we didn't love looks long, but don't misunderstand: overall, this is a five-star stay, we just wanted to share some ways it could be improved. David was especially helpful and easy to communicate with for the entire process! Thank you, David & thank you, homeowners!!

Clean and spacious.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Short bike ride to the beach or Seaside. Location was ideal if you’re looking for quiet time in evening. Close to Publix which was a big convenience. Great experience overall!

Reasonably price with a great home layout

My husband & I and five children enjoyed our stay. We booked it for the week of 4th of July. The four bicycles were very helpful. David, the manager was extremely helpful. He swapped out bikes for us and helped me log into my Netflix account. He definitely went above and beyond to answer all my questions.

Perfect House and Host!

GREAT house! Clean, updated, fresh and welcoming! Kitchen was stocked very well, as were all the bathrooms! Close to the beaches, shopping and restaurants. Not one complaint to share! House was just as advertised and David was an incredible host! He was very attentive and available by text with immediate response. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Great place off of 30a

David’s house was ideal for our family. Super clean and set up nicely, including with lots of kitchen utensils which we loved. Easy 1.2 mile bike ride from house to beach via Lily Lane. Also very close to Publix etc. Heated pool was used daily and was great. Just as advertised plus a bit better. Recommend this VRBO spot!!! Thx David!!!
