Come indulge yourself in beautiful Palm Valley Country Club! This wonderful 'Handi-Accessable' home is just the desert getaway you are looking for. It is spacious and equipped to cater to your enjoyment. Our golf, tennis and fitness memberships allow you unlimited play at guest rates. Two golf carts are also available for your use.

This Willow Floor plan has 2489 square feet of living space, plus a 2 car garage, patio off the master bedroom and a brand new expanded patio off the kitchen and living room with amazing views of the mountains, golf course, water, and palm trees! The new patio includes built in BBQ, dining table, lounge chairs and tables.

The open living area includes a gas fireplace, wet bar and 32-inch flat screen TV with DVR. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, utensils, dishware, and basics for your use. There is a breakfast nook attached for casual dining, which opens out to the patio. The formal dining area has a distinctive desert feel with ample seating for 8-10 guests.

There are 3 full master suites with 3 bathrooms, plus a powder room for guests. The first bedroom is luxurious with a California King bed, large bathroom with soaking tub and huge walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed and full bath. The third bedroom has a soft, sandy desert look with 2 bunk beds, full over queens plus trundles and attached full bath.
We offer high speed internet access as well as a wireless connection allowing the comfort of anywhere access, plus a printer.

There is a fully equipped laundry room.

The spectacular Palm Valley club house is the largest in the desert with Jr. Olympic size pool, 16 lighted tennis courts, athletic club, full service spa, and full service restaurants and bar. There are 26 pools with hot tubs onsite with one across the street for your convenience. For more information on the club, I encourage you to look at the web link below. Excellent location, nicely furnished

House cleaners didn't do a good job (dirty dishes & bathrooms weren't clean, no dressers in the bunk room, owners clothing in the closet which is a bit weird, but overall a nice property.

Thank you for the review, yes, the dishwasher is not getting the dish's as clean as we would like. We are doing a kitchen remodel this summer, so we are going to replace it then. I talked to the cleaning company about the bathrooms and dish's. We do live down there when it's not rented that is why we have our clothes in the closet. It saves us from packing up suitcases every time we go down there.

Even better than we expected!

We had a great time at this house. It’s nice in the photos but when we walked in we were so happy with the decor and layout. Huge couch in living room and beds were all comfortable. We lived sitting on the patio watching the golfers. The house has everything you need. We’ll be back!

Wonderful property

This expansive condo was perfect for my birthday celebration with family. There was plenty of beds, baths and rooms for all. The well-stocked kitchen, huge dining table and living room were just the right size. Mornings on the delightful patio were wonderful! An overall peaceful and central setting. The local pool is just down the block, the club house is easy to get to. The complex is located between El Paseo and the Freeway, convenient to grocery shopping. I was happy with the fenced in patio, as I had selected this condo because it had no outdoor pool attached as I was traveling with young (toddler and preschool) grandchildren. There is a golf course lake/pond with ducks just beyond the condo patio, but fortunately, the low-iron fence was enough of a barrier to distract the children. The owner was easy to work with. I would definitely return to this condo again!

Thanksgiving in the Desert

This is our second time renting this home in Palm Valley CC. It’s a great house for 4 adults and 2-4 children. We love the layout especially the living/family room where we hung out most of the time. We’re a big sports family so the extra large TV and sectional was a real bonus especially watching College and NFL and playing card games! The kitchen is good size with good labeling of all the items you would ever need.. The house is beautifully furnished with easy living! The dining room table was perfect for our Thanksgiving dinner! We enjoyed the golf cart but had a few issues with it holding the charge. Most of the appliances are in good working order except the dishwasher is a little tired, not cleaning all the dishes. Also, the mattress in the 2nd bedroom was sloping and uncomfortable for our adult guests, The patio is a big bonus and one of the most family friendly in PV. We would rent again.

Everything and More!!!

We are a group of friends that get together once a year. We have been going to Big Bear every year, but that cabin has been sold. So, I began my search for a new weekend home for us. This place is perfect! Clean. Kitchen stocked with cookware, utensils-everything you need. The rooms are spacious. The living room and dining room have very high ceilings-it just makes for a very breathable space considering there were 10 of us!...The owner went above and beyond to find out if our wheelchair bound friend could not only enter the house, but roam around freely. She called her handy man who then went out and measured everything for her! Success!... Having "family dinner" at the huge dining room table was perfect for us...The view from the back patio looks over water on the golf course and you can hear the water coming over the rocks nearby. Very relaxing!...Communication with the owner was easy and I always had a quick response. If you want to stay in the Palm Desert/Palm Springs area, please, take my review at heart. This place is wonderful and we will be back!!

Large spot - great for family!

The house was a great open space, bedrooms each with ensuite so all family members were happy! Our kids loved riding in the golf cart over to the main clubhouse pool.

Lovely place

We very much enjoyed this house. Size is great. Loved the patio and the home was decorated so nice. Also plenty of room for our group of 6. Golf carts were fun. Only complaint is we had to go out and buy supplies like toilet paper and , laundry soap. An ample supply of that would have been nice especially since we were expected to wash all our towels before checking out.

A good time was had by all

The location was very good and the property was spacious. The furnishings were eclectic, especially the breakfast area. Overall a positive experience and happy to rent again.

Great place for a large family

This place was nice and clean. One room fit all the kids! Great location. Love easy access to the pools. Two golf carts to get you around which was nice as we had quite a few people using them. Host got back to me quickly when I had a question.

Excellent location great house

A perfect house for a family. Every room had a private bath, plus an extra 1/2 bath. It had a beautiful outside area to sit and enjoy the beautiful view of the golf course. A wonderful livingroom area with large screen tv. A wonderful plus was that it had a golf cart for us to use too!!
