Welcome to Palm Valley Country Club! This chic two bedroom + den golf-front villa has just been completely remodeled and professionally decorated in modern grays and sleek colors. Palm Valley Country Club, a gated resort community with private clubhouse, is centrally located in the Coachella Valley, a short drive to El Paseo, The Living Desert, Palm Springs Int'l Airport, Palm Springs Aerial Tram, Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, Coachella Polo Fields, golf, restaurants and shopping.

Step through the front door to a large open floor plan with two bedrooms, a den and two bathrooms. Two separate bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms and a den. Home comfortably sleeps 4 adults. Private driveway and garage for parking. Enjoy the brand new, fully equipped kitchen with quartz counter tops and brand new stainless steel appliances, open concept living and dining, with dramatic cathedral ceilings. Access to bicycles can be found in the garage for rides around the resort community. Free high-speed internet and four flat screen TVs with premium channels. Wide-open southern fairway views off the back patio right on the 9th hole tee box. Private front courtyard complete with patio set and BBQ. Fully equipped laundry room to make your stay comfortable. Plenty of games can be found to enjoy during your stay! A perfect location on a quiet cul-de-sac street directly across from one of the 47 pools in the community!

Our location within Palm Valley is unbeatable, we are on a quiet interior cut-de-sac street, away from any road or train noise with beautiful south facing views!

Master Bedroom: King size bed, closet, en-suite bathroom, double-sinks in bath, patio access, flat screen TV, dresser, and plantation shutters.

Secondary Bedroom: King size bed, closet, en-suite bathroom, flat screen TV, dresser, and plantation shutters.

Golf-Course Patio: complete table and chairs set, and full automatic shade for sun shading.

Communication with the owner was great, and entry instructions were good. Only negative was I think we were early in the season and the outside areas including the furniture were quite dirty.

A 5-Star Vacation

This was the second perfect vacation stay at this unit with great accommodations and hospitality. A fantastic unit with excellent property managers to work with. We've vacationed in Palm Desert for 13 years and this is the best unit we've rented.

Great girls weekend in Palm Desert

We loved staying at William’s property in the Palm Valley Country Club community. The house was perfect for our size group (4). The remodeled kitchen was a dream! Thanks again for having us!

Fantastic Experience

We have rented units in Palm Desert for 10 years and this unit was absolutely the best. Newly updated, the unit was gorgeous. The owners made sure the unit was well stocked and all of our needs would be met. Additionally, the view of the 9th Championship Course was fantastic as three nearby swimming pools were enjoyed by the kids (and the adults). Kudos to the owners who helped make this a great vacation for our family and friends,

Very nice: clean and well-equipped

We liked the central neighborhood for jaunts to La Quinta and Palm Springs, liked the walkability of the com[lex and the availability of the hot tub and pool, the house was more than adequate and the owner was accessible.

Perfect!

This is my families second time! The unit is in a great location. William’s unit has a great patio that faces the golf course. It’s well maintained with well stocked kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms. William is very quick to respond if you need anything!

Power Trip

The owner was great. We were able to check in a little early when we got there which was nice and the beds were comfortable. Property was able to accommodate all our needs and everyone we had there. Would rent there again was too bad that we weren’t able to golf there because it’s private.

A Sweet Spot in the Desert

William’s property is stunning. Beautiful open layout that just brightens up once you open the doors to the back patio to reveal the lush green of the golf course the house sits on. The furniture is plush and modern, and bedrooms and sleeping accommodations felt new and well taken care of. The best part of this place is the kitchen. We opted to buy groceries and cook as much as we could on that kitchen as it was just one night of the most enjoyable parts of our stay. We also enjoyed all the bonus items made available to us in the garage, on top of being able to park inside it. We were treated to pool toys from floaty chairs to water pistols and even had air pumps. We didn’t get to use the two bicycles, but they were there if we wanted to cruise around the large neighborhood. There were a few minor things that could be better, but they weren’t necessarily factors that would warrant reconsideration of a future stay. The TV remote for the living room TV, which operates off a ROKU streaming system, worked for the first night of our stay, but then decided to stop working the rest of the time we were there, even when switching out batteries. This worked out since we decided not to watch anymore TV. We noticed roach traps in the master bathroom. We then realized they were for the crickets, which the outdoor furniture on the back patio were infested with. The tension bar in the master shower should also be replaced as it came down with a minor tug. We’d stay again!

Very nice property

We spent almost 2 weeks in this property and it is everything that the write up stated. It's very nice right on the #9 fairway and close to the main clubhouse. Palm Valley is a nice property with beautiful flowers. The property is very well furnished and we had everything that we could imagine for appointments in the property

Great VRBO

We had a great stay at this property. It was clean and comfortable. This was a family trip with our two adult children, the property provided plenty of room for all of us and the location was close to many golf courses as wells as excursions to explore. We really enjoyed staying here, we hope to be back.

Fabulous place for a family

My family spent a week here over Thanksgiving and we were thrilled with how spacious, clean and comfortable it was. I have stayed in other vrbos before and been unhappy with the cleanliness but this far surpassed my expectations. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, kid friendly plates etc. The bedrooms were beautifully furnished and tidy. The linens were also great. I’d highly recommend this home! William was also very friendly and helpful when we had any questions.

Perfect Palm Desert Getaway!

My friend and I traveled to Palm Springs to attend our other friends daughters wedding. Our condo in Palm Valley CC was the perfect place to start and end our busy days. So clean, comfy and well appointed! Rocky was great at communicating. Thank you! We will be back.

Gorgeous condo with all the ameneties

A perfect condo for small- to mid-size family getaway. We had more than enough room for our little family to gather or find private spaces to chill out. The decor was magazine-perfect! Pictures were very accurate, but hardly do it justice - even better in person. This place is spacious, bright and clean, clean, clean! Beautiful touches throughout, from the classically modern, ample and high-quality kitchen with all the gadgets one could ask for, to the nicely stocked laundry room. Even two ways to brew coffee (drip or Keurig). All new appliances, comfy furniture and dreamy beds (two of the three bedrooms have en suite bath rooms). The shower in the non-primary bathroom was particularly nice with a rainshower overhead and shower-wand option. Easy to operate heating/cooling system. Great patio view of the golf course. We enjoyed just two of the many pools available in the community, because they were close and convenient. Mostly had the pools entirely to ourselves. Condo had pool toys in the garage and beach towels provided. Only (super minor) issue was that the bikes provided -- a nice touch -- were very basic and not very comfortable to ride. But no matter, plenty of other things to do for fun and relaxation! The owner was great at communicating and quick to respond to any question. On a 1-5 star rating, I'd give this a solid five-stars!!! Would come back here in a heartbeart!

Our location within Palm Valley is incredibly desirable. We are on a quiet, interior cut-de-sac street, away from any road or train noise! Located on a fairway tee-box, away from any wayward golf balls. We also have optimum sun exposure, with a south facing location complete with mountain views in the distance! Directly across from one of the 48 pools/spas within the community, our location is hard to beat!
