Beautiful condo

Everything we needed was provided including wagons and beach chairs. The property was clean and bright. The Majestic staff are exceptional.

Great Condo

We really enjoyed staying here. The condo was clean and well decorated. The building - with it's lobby, garage, and common areas - is a lot nicer than other buildings we've stayed in the area. Being right on the beach is great. No issues at all.

Great views

We had a great view of the ocean and front beach road. Loved the pools, proximity to Walmart, and amenities. Negative was the long walk from the parking deck to the tower 1 condos. Another negative was the parking fee. Good place to stay, though.

Fantastic Unit

The unit was well-appointed, spacious and very clean. Outstanding, huge balcony with 270 degree views overlooking the ocean and beach. While the unit was a gem, we found the spring break culture to be excessive. Loud music non-stop and the drinking culture, language and behaviors resulted in a less than appropriate family environment. Items and drinks poured/thrown from balconies and fireworks from different. units was a disappointed. Completely unrelated to this fantastic owner and unit but a disappointment nonetheless.

Frustrating

There was a great lack of communication. It took us three days to finally get ahold of someone. Beds were uncomfortable. Closets were full of owners stuff so we had no place to put our stuff. We were there a month. Our code was changed 4 times so once we were locked out and had to get ahold of someone to help which was a struggle. The unit was nicely decorated and plenty of room for us. Because of all the difficulties we had it was mentioned that they were going to try and compensate us 200 which we never saw. In spite of all of the frustrations we really enjoyed Panama City Beach. I pray that these things are addressed before it is rented in the future.

RESORT TERRIBLE CONDO EXCELLENT

LOADING &UNLOADING ACROSS THE STREET. NOT ENOUGHT SPACES TO UNLOAD AND LOAD. LONG, LONG WALK TO GET TO YOUR ROOM AND BACK TO YOUR CAR. CHARCOAL GRILLS BEHIND PARKING DECK. HAMBURGERS COLD BY TIME WE WALKED BACK. ELEVATORS 30 TO 45 MINUTE WAIT TO GO TO 15TH FLOOR. ICE $6.00 A BAG BECAUSE CONDO ADD NO ICE MAKER. I TRIED FOR TWO DAYS TO GET A EXTRA PARKING PASS. NO RETURN CALL THE FIRST DAY. 2ND DAY THEY SAID WOULS SEND A RUNNER WITH PASS, NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP. WE HAD TO PAY EXTRA $ 45.00 IN PUBLIC PARKING.

Great location

Location was great. Right in the middle of everything. Condo was setup with everything you need. It could've been a little cleaner to our liking but otherwise the condo was great for the family.

Family gathering

The layout of condo was perfect. We had 3 couples and one single. Would be great for families with kids bc the bunk bed could sleep up to 4 kids/people. So parents could have their own space. Kitchen was stocked really well. Had anything you would need to cook. Showers all have glass doors which I don’t like and makes it look dated but to each their own. Decor was beautiful and interesting. Loved the deck and the views you could see from it. Biggest downfall was the parking garage. Gate security were not the nicest people and had attitude. The walk from garage to condo is a long one so be prePared for that. Also, rental company was supposed to leave 3 parking garage passes and only left one. Ended up having to drive to other end of pcb to retrieve them but there wasn’t any trouble talking to rental company. All in all loved the condo and location!

What a wonderful stay!

Though we wish our stay was longer, we certainly enjoyed the time we had! It was a wonderful location and such a convenient walk down to the beach. We definitely would choose this location again!

Great Stay!

Wonderful property. Great for large groups. Our only issue was two of the bathtubs didn’t drain properly, but they did manage to fix one of them. Enjoyed the place very much. We will be back!
