A secluded backyard with towering pines backs up to a greenbelt. The decks offer a perfect place to relax, watch the children play, grill burgers, or enjoy the babbling of Alder Creek while you stargaze.

A large two-car garage will keep your vehicles warm and snow-free. The driveway can accomodate additional cars.

Enjoy access to the Tahoe Donner community amenities for a fee of $16. The Trout Creek Rec Center has a recreational pool, a lap pool, hot tubs, steam room, and fitness center. - Following the Tahoe Donner HOA agreements, gatherings of people not renting the home are not allowed. Authorities will be notified if there is a party or large gathering in the home.

- No excessive noise and/or trash

- All exterior lights must be turned off between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am, seven days a week.
