This home includes two bedrooms, two full baths, living room with queen sofa bed, dining room table for 8, well-equipped kitchen, single car attached garage perfect for all your ski and mountain biking gear and additional visitor parking and heated driveway for the snow season. You will also enjoy the private covered back deck & patio table & chairs, overlooking the beautiful greenbelt. A gas BBQ is available for your use as well. Clean, warm and inviting. Snow Season - Enjoy several world class ski resorts all within a few miles from the cabin. Downhill and cross country skiing just miles away! Please know that chains and 4-wheel drive are always strongly recommended to carry when traveling in the Tahoe area and maneuvering the mountains and driveways during the snow season.

2026 Short-Term Tenant Card Restrictions -
Short-Term Tenant Cards are welcome at the private amenities approximately 332 days a year. To prioritize member access during the holidays, Short-Term Tenant Card access will be blacked out on the following dates:
• Jan 17-19 (MLK Day)
• Feb 14-16 (President’s Day)
• May 23-25 (Memorial Day)
• July 1-5 (July 4th)
• Sept 5-7 (Labor Day)
• Nov 26-29 (Thanksgiving Day)
• Dec 24-Jan 3, 2027 (Christmas/New Year’s holiday)
