This 3 bedroom, 3 bath house is ideally located close to all the Phoenix area amenities, yet is in a rural neighborhood surrounded by other horse properties. Set on 7.5 acre parcel, the house is part of a working horse training facility that includes a roping arena, horse stalls and cattle pens. you can bring your own horses to board(please inquire about price and availability) or just come to enjoy all the other surrounding activities that are close by. Situated close to the town of Cave Creek, the house is within walking distance of the Maricopa trail and Sonoran Preserve. It is minutes away from Ben Avery Shooting Range, Lake Pleasant, and numerous great golf courses, and North Scottsdale. Weather you come to the greater Phoenix area for horse events, golfing, hiking, "The Barrett Jackson", "Phoenix Open", Spring training games, shopping or ATV/UTV riding, you'll find this house convenient to all of these attractions. It is also convenient to great restaurants and entertainment.

If your into the Roping and Barrel Racing events that go on all winter in Phoenix, we are located near several Arenas, Dynamite Arena is only 15 Min away, Town of Wickenburg is only 45 min away and has several Roping arenas and Barrel races going all winter! Morris Town is 40 Min away for a couple Roping Arenas. Buckeye Arena in Buckeye AZ is only a 45 min drive from this house! And so much more!

The house is an open design with lots of natural lighting and large covered patio. Big windows allow for great sunrise views. You'll find the house is well furnished and equipped for a comfortable stay with two king beds and one queen beds. The large living room allows for great social setting for multifamily groups. The outside patio is furnished with table, chairs and a good size BarBQ. Lots of natural desert vegetation, including Saguaros, Palo Verdes, and Mesquites surround the house, providing a private setting.

This property is exceptional! It’s large and spacious for a family. It has the cutest cowboy vintage vibes. It was very clean. Sandy is a gem and was very accommodating. We also kept our horses on the property and the set up was great for them. We will stay again when we are in the cave creek area.

We all had a great time. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Sandy was very welcoming and thoughtful, providing us with snacks upon our arrival. I highly recommend this vrbo. We will definitely stay here again.

revisiting family

this is our 2nd time staying at this property - fantastic once again - beds are comfortable, kitchen was very functional, the ease of the rental - close to all sight-seeing... we will be back

Incredible Home on working horse farm.

Beautiful house with small animal life in back yard.(Bunnies, pack rats, ect, made the stay more interesting). Horses and a bull were interesting and fun to watch. Highly recommend this home. Will stay again in tge future.

Christmas 2022

We escaped the Minnesota blizzard and spent a week here. Christmas morning breakfast on the back patio. The home was perfect for us and had everything we needed for the week. We arrived and were greeted with a nice spread of snacks and a welcome gift. We will definitely plan on staying again!

Enjoyable Experience Staying on a Ranch

Steve and Sandy were excellent hosts for our first experience on a ranch. We were up close and personal getting to know horses, cattle, and cowboy roping entertainment right outside the kitchen window. The house is spacious, comfortable, well equipped, and a beautiful window to Arizona country.

All the comforts of home in a country setting

Sandy is the perfect host, ensuring guests feel welcomed with a personal greeting. The house has all the comforts of home and then some. Great open floor plan, lots of natural light, and an awesome patio area for grilling and hot air balloon watching. The house is clean and well taken care of. There are plenty of nearby outdoor activities, shopping, and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

lovely ranch home

Sandy and Steve Thank you so very much for the relaxing and lovely stay in your rental home very spacious and comfortable. It fully accommodated your 6 guests. also we were able to have family come and dine with us and sitting on the patio was a great treat. Quail, Mourning doves..... Very quiet at night which was a Blessing - we loved having our windows open. what a treat to watch you all practice roping the calves . Thank you Thank You !!!

Excellent Accommodations and Property Owner

Great location, Close to everything we wanted to do. Home was clean with an open floor plan. Neighborhood is quiet. Had a very minor issue, smoke detector was chirping. Called the property owner, Sandy, and she replaced the battery quickly. Sandy brought us a gift bag containing wine, cheese, crackers, fruit and bottle water. Had an enjoyable conversation. I can highly recommend vacationing at this location. I would not hesitate staying here again.

Home away from home.

We have traveled twice a year to Phoenix for shooting competitions held at the Ben Avery Range. This was the first year to "search" for a VRBO that would fit our needs. The home was perfect, very inviting and made our overall stay most enjoyable. Sandy and Steve are very gracious and extremely kind. Their pride in their beautiful property and home is obvious from the minute you walk through the door. We will be scheduling again as soon as the dates of the next competition are made available. The home is close to shopping and the Ben Avery Range, It is away from the noise and very peaceful and quiet. We loved it! Thank you Steve & Sandy!

Absolutely perfect, especially for our first stay at a Vrbo!

Sandy was easy to communicate with, throughout the whole process, made it such a breeze to just enjoy our whirlwind weekend in Phoenix. The beds were amazing, the house is beautiful, & the property was exactly what I was looking for. Shopping was literally minutes away, and we were able to find everything & do everything we had hoped to do. Definitely plan on visiting the area again soon, & the family had already decided that they wants to stay here, where it's at close to a "home away from home" that we can get.

Great place, great host

This is a working ranch with lots of interesting things to see. The house is open,well furnished and very comfortable. For us it was well located. The property is rural and quiet but you have great access to the whole Phoenix/Cave Creek area. Sandy and Steve are on the property so if there is ever a problem, it would be quickly dealt with
