We loved the kitchen. There was plenty of room for four or five people to work around the island. I wish it was my kitchen at home Kids loved the air hockey We were disappointed the pinball machine didn't work It was nice that bedrooms were spread apart from each other for privacy.It was great to have outdoor seating at the table since we didn't all fit at the table inside The pool area was fantastic for the four grandkids, they played for hours everyday

Thanksgiving Family Vacation

The process of checking into this property was the best I have encountered. It was nearly contact free and everything was outlined on the kiosk on the wall. Great property, perfect for large family gatherings. A+

Doesn't get any better!

This is the perfect place to stay. Calm and comfortable for adults, and all the entertainment the kids (of any age) could want. CLEAN and close proximity to the club house and grocery stores. Highly recommended and I would definitely go back.

The unit was immaculate and comfortable. There were so many fun things to do. The facilities were also top notch. Our group had so much fun at the pool. It was like a mini water park. Thank you so much!

Fun family reunion place

We had a great time. The villa we were in was very nice and had everything we needed. The only problem was WiFi. Some of the family were suppose to do work. So for a working vacation this was not good. Even when they gave us the secure WiFi , it was not good reception.

Great property for family

We loved how it overlooked the pool. The property had great amenities. Be aware nobody is working on Sundays so no snack bar at pool, pool towels limited, and no tubes for lazy river on Sunday. They allow you to use your own tubes, so wasn’t a big deal for us.

Best place for a family

Stayed here with grandparents, kids, and grandkids. Lots of things to do, lots of space to do it. Will be staying here again!

Perfect place for the family

We had a great time at Arcadia! We loved the pool and amenities and the home was beautiful. Great spot while staying in St George. We loved being so close to Snow Canyon and the beautiful red rocks. Thank you!

True vacation

Fun family time

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. Problems: One hot tub caused several of our grandkids to have itchy rash. A little heavy on chemicals. Also, Clubhouse game room was underwhelming. Our condo game room, on the other hand, was amazing. I'm old and could never figure out how to get a normal tv channel. Overall, we had fun!

WONDERFUL FAMILY TIME

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was seamless and was keyless. A code was sent via the Hospitality APP and we could forward it to our married children who would arrive at different times. This is our second visit and we rented two villas both years. We will probably go back, although the pool-lazy river area were a lot more crowded this year, and they are still building Villas that will add to that crowding. The scenery is outstanding! Very clean and inviting. We had another wonderful family stay.

Fabulous 60th Wedding Anniversary Celebration

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We gathered about 50 of our extended family to join us at Arcadia to celebrate our 60th wedding anniversary. We rented three villas. Everyone was thrilled with the ambiance of the villas and the amazing amenities of the pools, slide, and clubhouse. We had plenty of room to spread out and be unconfined. Close by hiking, biking, and pickleball were enjoyed by our group. The staff was very accommodating. Our overall consensus is: "We have to do this again!!!" The rental rates are less than most high quality hotels when shared by the large group that can be housed in the villas. The Arcadia Vacation Resort will definitely be a recurring experience for our family.

red rocks vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was beautiful and the amenities were great. Our biggest complaint is that the unit we stayed in was dirty. Also, the unit slept 18 however there wasn't enough dishes, towels, or blankets for that many. If you advertise for 18, it needs to be supplied for 18. The staff was quick and very accommodating.

First time with you

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The air conditioning did not work Monday night! The downstairs microwave did not work but ran like it did. ARCADIA closed the pool at 9:30 pm instead of 10pm on Tuesday evening 100 derides of people from out side ARCADIA. Tuesday evening manager very unfriendly. The rest were really nice We liked the facility but the air conditioning was a problem Monday but was working Tuesday afternoon! My name is LeRoy thanks

Grandkids didn't want to leave

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had 10 adults and 8 children for five days. Plenty of space for everyone. The kids loved the pool. Two weeks later some are still wearing their wristband because they know we are coming back. Kitchen is modestly stocked. Bring any special appliances or large pans. Adults loved the air hockey and pinball machine. TV took some time figure out the cable source. Overall, a great time had by all and we'll be back again next summer. Had an issue with the garbage disposal. They were quick to come and repair it. Just don't call the number--walk to the clubhouse and ask for assistance. We never had any luck with a phone call.
