This elegant home lies just a short drive from Snow Canyon State Park, Tuacahn Center for the Arts, and Gunlock Reservoir, each a great place to enjoy the views of sunny Saint George! You can play after a day of outdoor fun in the shared pool, or drift blissfully through the lazy river for a moment of relaxation. With so many available amenities, it is easy to enjoy a day of fun and exercise without ever having to drive! Spend your day visiting the pickleball or sand volleyball courts available for your use or get your heart pumping with a workout at Paradise Village's provided gym. After a day in the beautiful mountains of Southern Utah, you can spend your evenings under the stars in this properties' private 20-person swim spa or cook some delicious food on the private gas grill, or stay in and have a movie night in the theater room.

This beautiful 6-bedroom 5-bath home can comfortably sleep 23 people, or with the use of 8 sleeping pads, you can fit as many as 31 people to surround yourself with all of your friends and family for your desert vacation! Upstairs you will find 2 king suites with attached bathrooms, 1 queen bedroom, and 2 pull-out sofa beds. Downstairs there is an additional pull-out sofa bed, another king suite, a bunk room with two triple twin bunks, and a bedroom with a twin/queen bunk combo. With its' gorgeous mountain views and beautiful desert scenery, Casa Clara at Paradise Village is sure to be your new favorite vacation destination!

Easter Break

We had 12 Adults, and 10 kids. We rented it for our family during Easter Break. Kids loved the hot tub. We are a big game family, so the large kitchen was perfect for multiple games. Kids loved the theater room. The only problem is my family was two big, me and my wife sleep in the Theater chairs so all my married kids could have beds, and the kids took the bunk beds. But a great tradeoff for a great weekend with my family. The water park and pool were awesome, all were heated, and the weekend was a little cold, so the heated pool was welcome. We would stay there again.

Great vacation

We loved the house. It was the perfect size for our family. The amenities were great, location to pools were good. Communication was great, they responded as soon as I texted with a question or concern. Overall we loved it and would stay again. The overall cleanliness wasn’t perfect, a few things were in disrepair. Tia is for a great vacation!

Roomy home

This was a great place to stay. Had open rooms and several amenities for large or small groups. The bedroom layout is nice and open with Bathrooms to match. Both the family rooms upstairs and downstairs are large and open for gathering. The triple bunk isn’t exactly the greatest but it works. The pool/club house adds to the group experience

Fantastic place

This house is not only gorgeous but huge! Plenty of room for fun and sleeping! We loved the huge kitchen table and that each couple got their own bathroom and bedroom. The kids loved the movie room, available toys and the triple bunk beds. The pools were awesome and the swim spa in the backyard was an extra treat. Great experience with the rental company-Red Sands is so organized. Loved the place, you won’t regret it.

Great time with family!

We had a wonderful stay. All the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Exactly how the listing showed. When we pulled up we were worried as it looks much smaller from the front but we’re happily surprised by the wonderful layout of the house. The kids loved the theatre room, the pool table and ping pong table. We all enjoyed the hot tub and the fun pools and pickle ball court close by. It was a great stay for our group of 25!

Very pleasant arrangement for a large group.

The owners have prepared a beautiful and comfortable home. We enjoyed the ping pong and pool tables, playing our games we brought, the movie theater, and just visiting around the large table. You need to bring extra silverware for groups over 8 people, but the kitchen was otherwise greatly stocked. The staff was very helpful with questions related to heating and use of the theater.

Very Good

The house was very clean and ready for our family vacation. There was plenty of room for all of us and there were a lot of games, pool table, hot tub and table games to enjoy. The theater room was great to watch a movie together! The only problem that we had was getting into the house. The code was not clearly told to us, and we were too late in the day to speak to someone in the office. It did take us 40 minutes to finally figure out the code and get in. Other than that, we were happy wioth our stay.

Spacious place in a great location, but needs a little TLC and updating

My family and I recently stayed at paradise village 16. Overall it was good and we had a great time with our family, but there are a few things that could be better. We are a pretty low maintenance group, but I'd still like to bring up some things to help out others that are considering staying here. I'll list out the pros and cons below. Pros: - Large space, everyone had their own bathroom, quiet, good view - Great location, close to snow canyon and parks - Nice dining room table setup - Hot tub was nice and very spacious - Management was super responsive, and had a maintenance guy out quickly to help with the theater room - Nice pool tables, ping pong, games, etc. TVs were good quality - Water pressure was solid, no issues with water temperature even with many people there - Carpet was solid quality and clean Cons: - Everything seemed a little run down. You can tell that there have been a bunch of people that have unfortunately treated the property poorly. Baseboards, furniture, cabinets, dishes, etc - Upstairs couches (specifically the bottom cushions) were in really rough shape. Basically sitting on the bars of the pull out bed with no cushion support - Not nearly enough standard supplies such as paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, etc. They supplied us with 2 small rolls of paper towels, about 3 large black trash bags, and no replacement bags for the bathroom trash We had to purchase our own since we quickly went through them with the large party staying almost a week - The dishes were in very rough shape. Most of the plastic cups were cracked (and some leaked fluids when filled), there was silverware for maybe 8-10 people is all (even though the place said it fits 25+), and the pots/pans were very beat up (teflon was nonexistent or chipping off in food) - Theater room is in rough shape. All of the chairs showed significant headrest wear, and the cushions were flat and uncomfortable with little support remaining. Unfortunately you can tell they've been abused over the years - Couldn't get theater room to work, consulted the tablet, but the tablet was broken and wouldn't turn on even after trying to charge for hours. The maintenance guy came out quick (he was great), but took him 45 minutes to figure it out.

Darn, too many problems

This home looked so hopeful, but unfortunately feel short BIG TIME. We booked this place because of the movie theatre and large hot tub. Both did NOT work properly. The hot tub is in need of some serious maintenance - the jets barely turn on - lights didn't work properly. The theatre room couldn't play movies. The management company even came over and could not get it to work. SO BUMMED!! DON'T move the theatre chairs because it hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. The entire house needs a deep clean. This place is advertised to fit 30, we only had 21 total guests staying and there was only 12 forks in the kitchen - we had to go buy some. We prepare an early Thanksgiving dinner and the pots and pans are horrible. The kids were excited to play ping pong, but NO PING PONGS in the home. We even reached out to the management company who said they'd bring some over, but nothing. :( They need to replace several OLD kitchenware throughout. We paid a lot of money for this place and are very disappointed. We kinda felt taken advantage of with false advertisement. :(

Beautiful, clean and spacious home

Everything was pretty much as expected. We had a great time all together in this beautiful property! The kids loved the theater room and the pools etc. We didn't feel cramped at all even with 28 people (17 children 14 and under). It was clean and cool. We could have had a few more bath towels, and the electric griddles didn't work but everything else was great.

It's a beautiful home, nicely located. Everything was ready and well prepared. We had planned on 10 adults. Two were not able to come, so the room accommodations were adequate. Two more would have required a loss of privacy. A couple more rolls of toilet paper would also have been appreciated.
