Great stay for extended family get together

This is a beautiful location and the layout of the house lends itself perfectly for extended family get togethers. The view is 100% green mountains with no structures in sight and a clear line of sight to camelā€™s hump. The hostess clearly communicated and very responsive to any questions.

Spectacular vacation family home!

Superb and thorough pre-trip instructions made our arrival a breeze. Beautiful kitchen well-stocked for all our cooking needs. Great gas grill put to good use. Spacious home with tons of activities for the kids in our group ages 3-13. Outdoor pool. Treehouse, Hammock and Fire pit and Game room all put to good use. Multiple dining areas inside and out. Gorgeous mater bedroom/bath. Incredible vistas of the Green Mountains! We loved this house and the helpful, friendly owners!

Great location

Great wooded location and perfect for eating in and enjoying the view. Has it all and is very easy to spend a whole day just around the house. But if you leave, also very convenient to Burly, Stowe and Mad River Valley.

Excellent property, perfect for a large group. We especially enjoyed sitting outside under the gazebo for dinner and on the deck after dark to star gaze. Home is stocked with everything you'd need. Would definitely return.

Wonderful house in a beautiful setting

The house was exactly what we had hoped for and it was a wonderful way to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary with three generations. It was particularly fun for our 7-year old grandchildren.

Excellent home for a family getaway...

Our extended family of 10 (from 93 yo grandmother to 18-month-old great-grandson) had an amazing Thanksgiving celebration at Villa Ausblick. The home was well equipped and the property beautiful, and the owner provided extensive info and communicated well and quickly. Would definitely recommend!

Great views in a very nice and spacious house

The house is great, just as described in the pictures. Kitchen was stocked with good cookware, everything was clearly labeled, bedrooms are all a good size, and common space was perfect for a group of 12. Hot tub was nice to have and overlooks a beautiful sunset at the end of the day. My group had a great stay, definitely recommend it.

Perfect Winter Vacation

Our winter stay at Villa Ausblick with extended family was great! The house was everything we expected it to be. It was well stocked, clean, spacious, and was appealing to everyone in our group. The location was perfect too, secluded enough to feel like we had elbow room and a short drive to Waterbury and Stowe to go out and explore Vermont. We will definitely consider returning next year!

An oasis in the mountains

There are not enough words to describe how amazing Villa Ausblick is! Outdoor pool, porch, frog pond, tree house, green Mountain Viewā€™s and sunsets, you name it. Inside there are so many opportunities to keep busy or relax inside with cozy couches, a beautiful fireplace and games for young and adults. We especially appreciated just how organized and well labeled the home was. It was a fabulous vacation spot and we hope to visit again! Thank you!

Perfect vacation rental for any family

An absolutely beautiful home with wonderful floor plan at the end of a quiet dead end street. The owners have gone to great length to make available amenities that would appeal to any and all age groups. It was a weekend getaway, for my wife's family members. The most amazing property!

We are so thankful for a glorious week at Villa Ausblick! This is a childrenā€™s paradise (pool, rocks to climb, treehouse, pond for frog-catching, sandbox, hammock, swings, outdoor games, the list goes on!), and our kids had the best time! Peter and Sybille are also amazing communicators and checked in frequently throughout our week stay. Great location to Waterbury and Stowe! One of the best properties we have stayed at ever! Many thanks for a wonderful visit!

A holiday to remember

We rented this home for a thanksgiving family reunion. It was absolutely wonderful! Large screen TV for every football game you could want with a bar right near by and fooseball for kids. Also loved hot tub with spectacular views of the mountain, and a fire pit outside to enjoy the views without getting cold. Let alone all the area attractions. This house is the perfect getaway!

Wonderful property

We had a large family group including children, parents, and grandparents. The house worked out perfectly. Great set up, clean, well equipped, lots to do for the kids. The information provided was thorough and helpful. Kids loved the treehouse, frog pond, firepit, and especially the beautiful pool. Close to restaurants in Waterbury and Stowe.

Beautiful and quiet location

The home was just as described and was in a very private location overlooking the mountains. Sybille was a very organized host and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Our family of 8 was very comfortable. The grandkids enjoyed the toys and outside area (though kids need to be closely watched near the sloping yard, pond and pool area.) Would definitely love to return another time!!!

Villa Ausblick Family Vacation

Villa Ausblick provided the venue for a fantastic family vacation ! We wanted a house set in Vermont with nearby activities for our family to gather together including our grown children and partners with our 4 grandchildren . The home far exceeded our expectations. This is a special place! The property is incredibly well maintained and organized, the view is spectacular, and the owners very accommodating. It was so much fun we definitely will want to return for another memorable experience.
