This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. It features a private balcony overlooking the courtyard and hot tubs. Ideally located in River Run Village so youā€™re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Silver Mill offers shared amenities including a sauna and three hot tubs.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. There's a DVD player for your enjoyment. Just off the living area is the private balcony that offers views of the courtyard and hot tubs, with mountains in the distance.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four with one additional seat at the breakfast bar. The full bathroom features a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

Very close drive to good hiking in the area.My only complaint was a loud a/c or heater unit on the floor above that never shut off.

River run fun

I attended a conference at the keystone conference center. This place was about a 30 minute walk to the center which I thoroughly enjoyed each day. The walk to the gondola was only a few minutes. The wine and jazz festival was going on during my stay. I could hear the music from the balcony and it was a quick walk there as well. Close to restaurants and shops. The only thing I didnā€™t like was overlooking the hot tubs. The voices traveled easily up to the condo.

Reviewer Comments: The room was great, location great, everything was great,EXCEPT that there is a fan going bad in the men's bathroom below the condo and it produced a fairly loud constant 24/7 noise. The noise volume and tone was almost identical to being within 5-10' of an older washing machine.I brought it to the attention of the Silver Mill property maintenance department TWICE, once on the phone, the second time in person talking to a gentleman. (which ironically their door is literally 20 steps or so from the men's room). They said that they would check it out but I don't know if they actually ever did as the issue wasn't resolved within our 5 day stay.So we had to listen to that noise every night, sleep with the noise every night 24/7 for 5 days straight.Other than that, the condo was nice and not any issues with it, very short walk to the gondola and many good places to eat. My rating will be for the condo ONLY as the condo owner shouldn't get a negative review because of the HOA's property management team!

This place was a great place to stay. It was very close to the gondola. The three hot tubs were small, but downtown Keystone in pretty awesome. The check-in process was confusing. Iā€™m not used to so many emails. The emails were a little overwhelming. Then having to go to a separate location for the keys and check in. Iā€™m still not fully sure about a few things. Like do I get a parking permit to park by the elevator? It was a little complicated- Figuring out the right elevator, right parking spots, driving to go get key cards. The price was amazing and I will definitely go back again.
