This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. It features a private balcony overlooking the courtyard and hot tubs. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Silver Mill offers shared amenities including a sauna and three hot tubs.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. There's a DVD player for your enjoyment. Just off the living area is the private balcony that offers views of the courtyard and hot tubs, with mountains in the distance.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four with one additional seat at the breakfast bar. The full bathroom features a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV.

Enjoy extra soft oversized towels and high quality bed linens that have a subtle satin stripe pattern for a look of elegance. Great location

Place was perfect for us. Great location and amenities. Could use some minor TLC to the coffee maker (the valve didn’t work until you lifted the carafe), fridge shelving (bottom shelf was missing), oven mitts (non existent), pizza cutter (was broken) and fire place (didn’t seem to work).

River run fun

I attended a conference at the keystone conference center. This place was about a 30 minute walk to the center which I thoroughly enjoyed each day. The walk to the gondola was only a few minutes. The wine and jazz festival was going on during my stay. I could hear the music from the balcony and it was a quick walk there as well. Close to restaurants and shops. The only thing I didn’t like was overlooking the hot tubs. The voices traveled easily up to the condo.

Perfect location-everything you need

Check in process a breeze! Plenty of space for 2 to 4 ppl. Comfortable basics. Silver Mill building is a great location and easy walk to the lift. Love having the ski locker and parking garage. Have stayed in 3 diff units in SM and we would rent this unit again.

Nice week

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location for the cost. We had 4 adults so a little tight. As with any rental,some concerns. Strangest one was the unit had only 3 dinner forks. They responded quickly with extra silver ware.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over-the-Range microwave broken, so no exhaust fan while cooking.The blinds on the screen door not working properly.

Just terrible. Don't stay here. First day right when we arrive, toilet is clogged and they told us to use the lobby bathroom. Refused to call a plumber until the day before we left. Roof was leaking water. Unprofessional property management company.

This place was a great place to stay. It was very close to the gondola. The three hot tubs were small, but downtown Keystone in pretty awesome. The check-in process was confusing. I’m not used to so many emails. The emails were a little overwhelming. Then having to go to a separate location for the keys and check in. I’m still not fully sure about a few things. Like do I get a parking permit to park by the elevator? It was a little complicated- Figuring out the right elevator, right parking spots, driving to go get key cards. The price was amazing and I will definitely go back again.

Noisy but convenient

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 8171, just a step away from the elevator, which was convenient for everything. However there was a constant noise day and night coming from an HVAC unit below the room heating the first floor hallway between the ski lockers and suana. The unit was well equiped except for poor quality paper products and only 3 Spoons. The fireplace always took several minutes to come on. The "Mountain View" is narrow and currently covered by large crains building new condos.

Silver Mill #8171

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was great, location great, everything was great,EXCEPT that there is a fan going bad in the men's bathroom below the condo and it produced a fairly loud constant 24/7 noise. The noise volume and tone was almost identical to being within 5-10' of an older washing machine.I brought it to the attention of the Silver Mill property maintenance department TWICE, once on the phone, the second time in person talking to a gentleman. (which ironically their door is literally 20 steps or so from the men's room). They said that they would check it out but I don't know if they actually ever did as the issue wasn't resolved within our 5 day stay.So we had to listen to that noise every night, sleep with the noise every night 24/7 for 5 days straight.Other than that, the condo was nice and not any issues with it, very short walk to the gondola and many good places to eat. My rating will be for the condo ONLY as the condo owner shouldn't get a negative review because of the HOA's property management team!
