Mountain Views from Private Balcony in this Ideally Located River Run Condo!

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom sleeps 4 with a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa. It features a private balcony with mountain views. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Silver Mill offers shared amenities including a sauna and three hot tubs.

The entryway has mounted hooks a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area has a flat screen TV above a beautiful gas fireplace and cozy leather furniture. The sofa pulls out into a queen-sized bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off the living area you have access to the private balcony that offers mountain views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and the dining area comfortably seats four. The full bathroom has a pedestal sink, a shower/tub combination and is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The bedroom is just across the hall and has a queen-sized bed and offers mountain views.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

(For additional sleeping options, air mattresses are available upon request for a small fee.)

No Hot Water / Windows Face Main Parking Lot / Noisy

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was clean, but the furnishing were older. The biggest issue was the lack of hot water. The water was luke warm at best. After skiing in the cold all day, it would be nice to have HOT water in the shower. I've stayed in several different Silver Mill condo's and most are good. Also, this particular condo faces the main parking lot. The plows will wake you up at 6am everyday. If it wasn't for the lack of hot water, I would have rated it a 4.

Very nice

Overall, it was a wonderful stay! We were unable to take a warm shower the entire stay- morning or evening didn’t matter. The water was really cold. Other than that, great location, communication, etc!

Clean place, nice location

Great place to stay for wanting to be on-property at Keystone. Clean condo, cable TV, was able to cast my YouTubeTV, good WiFi. The unit has 2 keys to a single ski locker that can hold 4 sets of keys. The complex has 3 hot tubs and 1 dry sauna too. Highly recommend.

Silver Mill Is No longer A Nice Place To Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I have been going to silver mill in keystone for years and years. We pick this spot because it has the best hot tubs, and noisy families go over to the large pools at dakota lodge. We pay a premium to stay at silver mill over many other properties at keystone. We are definitely being ripped off more now as we have never been in the past. Let's start with the room. There's about 4 outlets that do not work in the main living/dining area. We cannot start the fireplace for cool evenings. The blinds leading to the balcony are completely destroyed. They pull cords are wound around the blinds that are stuck at about 1/3 of the way down. The bathroom has water leaking into it from the ceiling. The bathroom fan is the most disgusting thing I have seen in a rental in a long time with decades of built up filth. The rest of the building isn't much better. The floors in the hallways are stained and worn and gross. The hot tubs have never been in worse condition. One of the three is broken, ice cold water. The other large tub is not as much for humans as it is for the hundreds of flies that reside in it. Oh you can clean the tub yourself with the screen they have by it, but that will do little good. As soon as you try to sit inside it, you'll notice that another 6 dead flies have shown up since you last cleaned it. So, you clean it again. Moments later, more dead flies swimming with you. What's happening? We look inside the filter and there must be 200 dead flies inside of it. So many that they constantly wash back into the tub. When we checked out, the elevators are broken. We have to lug all of our things down 4 flights of stairs. While doing so, the building A/C is off, and the fans are blowing hot air into all of the hallways. Honestly, I have no idea why I would come back again. I think a Motel 6 has higher standards than any of the Summit County Mountain Retreats rooms for rent at Keystone. Totally disgusted.

The property manager was excellent and helpful. They communicated well and responded very quickly. Only thing was that the hot water in the shower was set at very low temperature, and it didn't get fixed after a day, and it was uncomfortable taking a shower until the temperature was adjusted higher.

Nice condo at Keystone

Great for our 3 night stay. Didn't cook so can't speak to the kitchen set up but the coffee pot was perfect. Walking distance to several restaurants / bars / shops. We were there in July so not as busy as during ski season. Beautiful area!

We had a two bedroom condo that and everything was just so amazing! When I wanted to go to the wine and jazz festival, it made it so much sense to stay again at the property, this time we’re just a one bedroom condo. The check in process is so easy although the office is located right next to DOS Locos, which makes you want to stop and have a taco or two! And parking was easy and I felt very safe with my car there during my stay. The condo itself was clean. Neat and everything was in working order except for oh my, the coffee pot! but not to worry because as soon as I contacted management, they had a new coffee pot to me within a very short time the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was well stocked. I felt very comfortable and safe. This is a place to go when you need a centralized place to stay in Keystone, very easy access down the freeway to Dillon or Frisco. I would definitely stay here again, and so should you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful 4 day stay at the Silvermill Inn located in River Run at the Keystone Colorado Ski Area. The adventure started out well due to the outstanding communication from Summit County Mountain Retreats. Their emails were timely and informative and the app they use was extremely user friendly. The property was very clean and well maintained. The location on could not be better with quick and easy access to all that is available at River Run. The gondola was less than a five minute walk. The keys were available a few minutes early on checkin day and during the stay we received several texts to verify all was well. Great group of people to work with.

outdated and needs some repairs/ investment

Reviewer Comments: We are renting this property second time and door lock to the restroom is still broken. Also, fireplace was not functioning this time as well. Kitchen needs some good cleaning and some new cutlery, cutting board and such. When we arrived there was a huge, completely uncleaned puddle of water that we had to clean ourselves and it didn't dry for 2 days. Being in the middle of the walking route, caused a lot of discomfort and constantly wet socks. Also, the place needs better and newer mattress on the couch bed. Most of the bed sheeting needs to be renewed and I wish it would cotton since static electricity was just killing me whole night.

Great location to ski!

We loved the convenience of this condo! There was only a short walk to the gondola. The hot tubs and the parking were super accessible and it was clean and as promised. When we had a small problem with the fireplace, the property manager had texted us if we needed anything and we texted back and they came and fixed it within 30 minutes which was amazing service. Would stay again.
