I had an unexpected late night arrival and was having trouble accessing the property; I called the office number and someone answered the phone immediately and was able to help me get in swiftly.

Overall great stay!

Great location! Very quiet neighborhood but close enough to walk to things. Only down fall is the bed is extremely hard and you can hear everything in the hallways and people above you. Also there is plenty of parking outside of the house but it’s a 2hr limit so constantly having to renew every 2 hours can get annoying Not a reason not to stay.

Great Location

this spot was perfect for my solo weekend trip to visit friends. very cute and quaint, loved the juliette balcony! everything is pretty much within walking distance (river street is a short drive). very close to all the squares and cute restaurants and right across the street from the famous mercer williams house! will definitely try to stay here again!

Excellent if not a little cold

Everything was great! The bed is a little stiff and the shower took a fair amount of time to warm up but everything else was wonderful! Location os so close to everything in the historic district! We didn't have a vehicle this go round but walking was no problem for us.

College Friend Reunion

Loved the spot! Felt like I was back in college in one of my old apartments. Very cute space that was well appointed with everything you could need. Loved the balcony and windows.

Great place

Lovely weekend in Savannah! This unit was exactly as described and a great location! Only suggestion would be to add air freshner in the main entry by the stairwell. Otherwise we loved it and would stay here again!

Great location. Just minutes from Forsythe Park. The bed was very firm and, therefore, not comfortable for my husband and myself. The apartment was very clean.

Beautiful Place to Stay in a Beautiful Location!

This was the absolute best property for our stay in Savannah! The location was perfect, wonderful amenities, very clean and easy check in/out process. Very beautiful and we loved the big windows and step out balcony as well. Due to the older style of building, you could hear a lot of commotion from neighbors, so just keep that in mind. All in all, this was such a wonderful stay!

First time to Savannah

Our location was about a 1 mile from town, but right next to Forsyth Park. If you’ve seen Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil, the home from the story is right in the same square and visible from the front door which was cool. The apartment provided two towels each and there’s a washer dryer. The kitchen has a door to a ‘balcony’ which was nice to look out of at night and during the mornings. The furniture was useful and we enjoyed our stay..Would definitely stay here again

First Savannah visit

The location of this rental was perfect. We could step out the front door and walk everywhere. Forsyth Park to the River Front. We never used our rental car! Street parking was never an issue and was only $1.00 per hour from 8-5. The room supplied everything we needed. We loved the french doors and Juliet balcony. I would highly recommend this rental for one or a couple.

Great location

This is a second floor studio that is one block from Forsyth Park. There is another square right out your front door for morning coffee. The downside it that it is pricey, not the most comfortable bed and there are 3 floors so you may hear other guests in hallway, It does offer washer and dryer.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The studio apartment at Monterey Square was a great location for our weekend stay in Savannah. The apartment was clean, comfy, and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay! The parking was different than advertised on Airbnb, however. It was marketed as being free parking on the premises, but we actually had to find street parking, that was sometimes free, sometimes paid. We made it work and didn't have any issues, but it was different than we had expected based on the marketing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The studio was in a perfect location. Very easy to walk to everything in Savannah in 20 minutes or less. Space was very clean and bright. Had everything we needed. I very much appreciated all the hooks in the bathroom - I feel like people never have enough spots to hang towels, etc! Only complaint is that walls are ridiculously thin so if you are unlucky enough to have a noisy neighbor in the middle of the night(which we did), it’s a bit frustrating. Would recommend bringing earplugs and playing white noise if you’re a light sleeper.The property management company also offered luggage storage on the day of our departure which was a really nice perk.
