This beautiful second floor townhome has everything you'll need to feel like a true Savannah local. This amazing home will meet the needs of 4 Lucky guests. You’ll enjoy front door access to Forsyth Park, Savannah’s largest park and popular location for weddings, music and food festivals.

Enjoy a little “me time” curled up on the couch with a good book, or catching up on your favorite shows. The living room is complete with a Queen size pull-out sofa bed, a 37" flat screen tv and DVD player - plus a bonus library of DVDs for your enjoyment. The bedroom has an additional seating area to enjoy people watching, reading a book, or just enjoying the 50” television. When it’s time to get some shut-eye, slip between the sheets of the luxurious King sized bed. Come morning, you’ll be ready for a whole new day of exploring Historic Savannah.

Start your day of exploration with a walk across Forsyth Park to nearby Sentient Bean for coffee and a scone. Afterwards, head to Monterey Square for some antique shopping at Alex Raskin Antiques, or a tour at the infamous Mercer-Williams House. Whether you're in town for a quick business trip, a romantic retreat, or a longer stay with family, the Delia Row Townhome is the perfect choice! For larger parties, consider adding one of our other 1 bedroom homes located in the same building!

Savannah’s historic buildings, squares, and streets have been beautifully preserved through the dedicated efforts of the Historic Savannah Foundation. Founded before the invention of the automobile, parking can be limited.

This unit has free, on-street parking right outside the front door. Availability will depend on time of day and season. Our guests have not reported trouble parking near the home, even on the busiest of weekends.

This beautiful little place was located perfectly. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were awful. The floors were very dirty and there were a few dead bugs in the bedroom. Parking was hard to find and a little sketchy. Still worth the price and location. Communication, check in and check out were easy. 7.5 out of 10!

Great location and clean space

Lovely pre-war apartment that's walkable to everything. Quiet, good AC, excellent shower pressure and comfy bed. The hallway/stairs would be greatly improved if there was a light to see the door and keep pad on the 2nd floor, but otherwise a great stay.

The hallway was a little dark, but we just used our phones to guide us into the apartment. The bathroom was clean, well-maintained, good couch. No complaints, really! Free on street parking! The owners have thought of everything I could have needed for convenience and more. Thank you so much ☺️. We will definitely return when visiting beautiful Savannah.

Property is beautiful in historical building. It’s directly across the street from Forsyth Park. Parking was free and easily available. Close to some attractions/sites within walking distance. We rented a car and we’re happy to have it for longer distances. However, we also took the trolley which had nearby stops. Property was immaculately, clean, and exactly as described. Easy check-in and easy checkout. Would highly recommend this property for a stay in Savannah.

Reviewer Comments: Had a nice 5 day stay at Delia Row 905B the location can’t be beat walkable to most anywhere in Savannah and having beautiful Forsyth Park right across the street was heavenly as was the view of the park from our unitKitchen was well stocked good supply of nice fluffy towels and roomy spacious accommodations were all good The 2 negatives of our stay was the one chair by the window in the bedroom collapsed our first day due to a wobbly leg and we had to resort to using the hard kitchen chairs to sit by the front windowThe other major negative was the lack of sweeping or cleaning under the bed we were shocked to find a condom wrapper under the bed as well as numerous dust bunnies and cob webs this area of the unit should have been cleaned by housekeeping and finding the condom wrapper was a big turn off to say the least this should not have been missed

There was a small water issue the manager and owner made me aware of and it was taken care of promptly. Only downside would be that it is on 2nd level and would not be good for anyone unable to do stairs, but I considered that a plus. I plan on returning soon!

Love Savannah

Great spot! And well kept. Great location and quiet area of town. Loved the restaurant in the park and the farmers market over the weekend! Nice scenery and walk to downtown.

I fell in love with it the moment I stepped inside. It's 3 blocks from the free Dot bus line and Kroger's grocery store is in walking distance. The kitchen is very nice, but you might want to bring some extra kitchen towels. Bathroom has a tub, which I loved. The location is its best feature: the view is awesome! I totally enjoyed my stay there.

Street noise was fairly loud overnight, used white noise and still noticeable. Easy check in and check out, good communication and responsiveness to our questions. Would have preferred to have more than one key or access to the electronic key code, but we were declined after check in. Still highly recommend and would stay again.

Perfect for our trip

The apartment was just what we needed for our quick visit to Savannah. We found it to be clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location is great - it was nice being so close to the fountain and it wasn’t too long of a walk to other prime locations. Glad we chose this over a hotel. We’d definitely rent through Lucky again!

Perfect location; lovely view

Overall: We had a great stay and would stay again. The location is perfect. Lovely view of Forsyth Park. Entry was straightforward, and directions clear for accessing the unit. Stairs are steep and narrow but there is a solid handrail to hold onto. This is easily remedied, but I was surprised to find there was no hand soap (not in the bathroom or the kitchen — had to choose from dishwashing detergent or shampoo). The thermostat enabled us to adjust temperature to our liking, which we like. There were plenty of outlets for charging devices. There was noise from Whitaker St. traffic, but that’s to be expected given the location. Bed is VERY comfortable; bed linens solid too. Unit is nicely furnished. I really liked that they provided a Savannah map. Did I mention the excellent location and the lovely view of Forsyth Park? We'll be back!

On street parking but never a problem. Area felt very safe. Some traffic noise at night but not a problem for us. Property was bright and clean and well maintained.
