Come and enjoy a relaxing family vacation on beautiful Lake Hartwell in this spacious 2 level home. Plenty of room for multiple families to share. This 7600 sq. ft lakefront home has space enough to sleep up to 20 featuring 7 bedrooms with 2 additional rooms with sofa beds; 5 full-sized bathrooms; 1 laundry area with 2 washers & 2 dryers. Each level boasts a fully furnished kitchen along with a large entertainment area. Breakfast area off main kitchen in addition to a spacious dining room that seats up to 10.
Master suite is located on the 2nd level and features a jet tub along with a large walk-in shower.

We received a warm welcome from our host. The home was roomy and fit our needs during our Thanksgiving stay. We highly recommend this location.

The home was so beautiful, all the pictures were exactly like the rooms, the house. The kitchen was amazing, it had everything label and fully equipped with anything you need. Our host Tina was so easy to ask questions and she replied back quickly.The checkin was at 4pm and she was able to allow an early check in which was great as we were able to get my sons birthday cake, and decorations.

This property is absolutely gorgeous. The pictures don't do it justice. The lake, dock and pathway down is so beautiful. It's a big huge yard, lots of parking and just a beautiful environment. The king bed in the master suite was uuuuuhhhhhmazing. We spread out some and people used pull out beds, blow up beds. The ONLY complaint I heard was the bunk bed sleepers said they could feel the springs in their backs. We felt like there was so much space, tons of outdoor seating, lots of space to spread out, eat outside...tons of outside lounge chairs, and tables.

This property was perfect for our large, multi-aged family. The house and lake were beautiful. We enjoyed swimming and fishing right off the dock. We never even left the property. Management was very responsive to all our requests and there were even fresh flowers awaiting us upon arrival. The owner and management company of this property goes above and beyond. We’re planning on booking this home again next summer!

Beautiful New Dock!

We had a great time as a family at this house and the owner just added a new dock with plenty of room to park our boat and spend time sitting by the lake. The owner is great to work with and the house is immaculate.

Great house for a large group!

This house was great and had everything we needed. We had a large group for a wedding nearby and it was perfect for us. We would highly recommend this house to others!

Clemson Graduation weekend

We were here for my son’s graduation from Clemson. My parents, brother, sister in law, two children 4 and 2 and my 17 year old daughter. Thought there were going to be others which is why we got such a big house, but it was fabulous! My father ended up being in a wheelchair, and was able to maneuver the one step to the front door and the two small steps to the den and bedroom. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked, there was a grill and a bag of charcoal. There were ample towels, shampoo, soap, etc. The dock and back porch were lovely. Communication with the owner was great! If ever we have need of a big place again, we will reach out to Tina!

Prom Lake Weekend

This house was perfect for a big group. we had chaperones with a group of boys and girls and the house was very spacious. We were able to put all the boys on one wing and all the girls on the other. It was perfect for what we needed. A few of the rooms are connected, which is great if you’ve got a family with small kids or a big group like we did, where everyone wants to be together. The house is clean and open. It’s great for entertaining. The kitchen was well stocked. It’s great for a big group. The lake access was wonderful. The double dock was fantastic. We could lay out on one side and fish on the other. We did bring our own boat and there’s a boat landing close by and a slip for a boat on the dock. The house is in a private cove so it was quiet and perfect for floating around and kayaking.

Great Place to Stay

We rented this home for my daughter’s college graduation from Clemson, and it was absolutely perfect! The property was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, offering all the comforts of home and more. The location was ideal, close enough to Clemson to make travel easy but still private and peaceful for family gatherings.The layout of the home was great for hosting our family and friends, with plenty of seating and space for everyone to relax. The kitchen was fully equipped, making meal prep a breeze, and the outdoor area provided a wonderful spot to celebrate and take pictures.The hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive, which made our stay even better. This home truly made such a special occasion even more memorable. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay near Clemson!

Perfect Lakefront Getaway with Excellent Host!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful lake house! The property was perfect for our entire family, offering plenty of space and great lake views. The house was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The owner was incredibly easy to work with—responsive, helpful, and accommodating. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Hidden gem

This lake is a hidden gem. We stay at a lake house in NC, Ten, or SC every year with our extended family and this was the best lake for value we have ever visited. The house was beautiful and large enough to accommodate 13 adults with 8 children (ages 0-8 years old). The size of the house cannot be stressed enough as it had enough room to have the kids and adults do their own activities without feeling crowded. The lake itself was warm and clean with very little lake traffic so boating was a pleasure. The grocery store is less than 5 minutes away for anything needed. Overall experience was a 10/10 from everyone in our party. Thank you to our host for such welcoming and accommodating communication.

Wonderful floor plan for large family.

Even though we live about an hour away, our boat is at Harbor Lights Marina. Our 3 children, with our young grandchildren, do not need a long distance to travel. The house was farther than we have rented in the past, but the house met all of our needs. We had plenty of parking, two kitchens, 2 dining areas which was also great for playing dominos and board games in the evenings. The area which the dock is located was quiet and perfect for swimming, kayaking (they provided 3) and fishing. I appreciated the sweet couple that manages the house for the owner, being there when we arrived and are local. All of our questions were answered. There was also a follow up phone call that evening by the owner. Our vacation was wonderful! 😊

Great house on Lake Hartwell

Our family (from toddler to great grandparents) had a wonderful time at this house on Lake Hartwell. The owner is great to work with and the house is beautiful and perfect for family trips.
