Really family friendly property. Easy to cook in the kitchen and fun times down on the dock. Really quiet area but close to supplies. Will reserve again in the future.

Great House

We stayed here for the Clemson/Carolina game weekend with several family and friends and had plenty of room for all. Great house with everything you could need.

We traveled with grandparents, children and older teens. House was huge with lots of places for everyone to find their own space. The kitchen has every appliance, cookware and utensil you could possibly need (and much more!) There are tons of games to play and this is the ultimate house for hide-and-seek!Beds were all very comfy! The water pressure on the bottom floor was hit and miss, but nothing we couldn’t live with. The lake was low so we weren’t able to kayak, but there were plenty of places to explore outside. At one point there were over 20 deer out back!The fire pit was perfect for cooler nights with s’mores!Target and Walmart both deliver groceries to this location which added convenience. Overall wonderful trip!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, cozy and had room for everyone to have their own space but still be together. Kids loved game room. Kitchen was easy to use and well stocked with pans, utensils etc. it was fun watching deer. Even though water level to lake is low, we were able to feed the fish/ minnows from the dock. We look forward to returning

Relaxing weekend getaway

We had a nice relaxing weekend stay with the family. We enjoyed the pretty lake views. The check-in process was easy. The furniture and the beds were all comfortable. It was great that we could bring our dog with us. Overall is good experience and we would stay here again.

Large Lake House with fun activities for all

The house was great for all ages. The ping pong table was a hit with everyone from the six month old baby to the eighty-six year old grandfather. We had wonderful dinners, enjoyed the lake view, saw twenty deer and made memories that will last a lifetime.

Great family lakehouse

The home is spacious and comfortable. Wonderful screened porch for sipping coffee in morning. The kitchen is well-equipped for family meals. We enjoyed the kayaks, game room and ping pong table. Fortunately, the water level was high and we could paddle right up to the dock. Three generations of family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year.

Birthday Celebration

We came to Anderson to celebrate our AU student’s birthday with family. The house was percent for our family. Great spaces for everyone to spend time together. Enjoyed our weekend and will definitely stay here again.

Very accommodating home and terrific location

We had an amazing stay at your great home! Something for everyone and really enjoyed our time on the back porch drinking morning coffee and making plan for the day! Kitchen was very accommodating. All beds were comfy and cozy! I would lightly recommend this home if vacationing with more than 10 in your group

Needs updating

The location and layout of the house is perfect! It could really use a little TLC though. The carpets are super grungy, the baseboards kept coming off by the fridge and it was very cluttered and dark inside. It’s got a lot of potential but definitely needs some loving.

Beautiful home!

Clean, well stocked home with a partial view of the Lake. Many options to laze around including game room, covered and non-covered patio spaces. The access to the 2 kayaks and the boat ramp allowed us to explore the lake. The property was visited by a family of 8 deer frequently, which was lovely too. Also visited the beautiful Singing Pines recreational area on the Lake. Property could do with one additional 1/2 bath, though. Highly recommend. Would visit again.

This property is managed by Evolve. They are difficult to deal with if you need to make any changes. In our case this was meant to be a family gathering with our three children and their families. My wife and I came down with COVID immediately prior to our trip. I had booked a 2 night trip. It was too late to cancel based on the “policy”. I could reschedule but every date I tried to reschedule required a 3 day min stay. The Owner was non responsive and Evolve can’t make a decision. I’m a VRBO premier host myself. I manage my own properties. This happens occasionally. I am able to deal with my guests directly and typically make exceptions to my “policy”. Not in this case. We ended up keeping the booking and instead of a family gathering one of our children and their family used the property. One other thing that was disappointing was the “dock”. Your advertising is misleading. A “dock” implies a place to park a boat in the water. The picture in the ad made me suspicious if there was enough water to dock a boat so I immediately reached out through VRBO at booking asking for more specific information about ability to dock a boat and did not get an answer. It looked OK on googlemaps so I wasn’t too concerned. The lake is 2 feet below full pool, probably above normal for this timeof year. The dock is in a foot of water or so making docking a boat impossible. This also made swimming difficult as well. This house is OK otherwise but the lake access is poor.

This property has a lot of potential. Beautiful property with lots of room, everyone was able to spread out. There are just a few things that should be addressed at property to make it an excellent house. Paint and carpet downstairs need to be updated. The stair banisters are loose. The water pressure is an issue when taking showers and there was a nail sticking out in the deck. While we were there the washing machine was broken a repair company came out and he said he would be able to switch it out but we never heard from him or the company again about the washer, so that was a disappointment. The kitchen was well equipped, but was missing big pans for feeding 11 people (griddle, big baking dishes). We made it work, there was an ice cream maker we used and the crockpot. The water was very low at the lake, we still got on the water, but would have been nice to just jump off the dock. We had a great time, but I don’t think we will book this place again.

Our family enjoyed our stay in the home. It was a great time for us to catch up with our adult children and their families. The home was clean and it smelled great when we opened the door. It is a children friendly home and we appreciated that, especially with the gate for the stairs. I appreciated being able to check in early, as our youngest daughter and her small children arrived early. Our family enjoyed it so much that they asked us to book it again for next year!

This property is amazing! Do not hesitate to rent! Very clean , wonderful communication, very well supplied. I cannot say one negative thing about this place. I hope I get to stay there again someday! Well priced too.

Great for groups!

We had a great time at the Lakefront Anderson Paradise. We used the house for a post Christmas family gathering as everyone lives in different states. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. There was so much space and many areas to hang out. The pictures do not show just how spacious the house is. The scenery was perfect, within the first 10 minutes of being there we saw more than 12 deer outside near the lake. We had 4 families with a wide range of kids of different ages and there was plenty of things for everyone to do. I would highly recommend this property.
