Not horrible/not fabulous

We have stayed at many Tiki units since 2002. This unit is very dark, especially in the bedroom. Too dark to read a book at night. Overall not a bad unit but renters should be aware that if you’re a large person, you will not fit in the shower. We are small people and found it difficult. The kitchen is not stocked as expected (no paper towels or extra trash bags). There was a broken wine corkscrew, coffee cups very tiny, no wine glasses, pots and pans very old. And there are not any extra linens, pillows or blankets. (With the exception of very small blankets and flat pillows in the bunk room). Also, it’s advertised for five people but it only provides four towels. When you’re staying for three to four days, with five people, four towels don’t make the cut. Bring your own. It’s a third floor unit. I didn’t realize that. Lots to haul up and down two flights. I give it four stars because The Tiki is a good location and the complex is kept. No hot tub, as advertised though.

Very nice vacation

Condo is nicely decorated with very nice lighting, modern appliances and hardwood floors. Patio is on the INSIDE of the complex (where the GOOD view is at) and provides a nice view of the flora and pool area. If you have time for TV on your vacation, there's a huge flat screen tv in the living room another large tv in the bedroom. We had a very nice stay and would repeat.

Nicely decorated and clean.

Condo is lacking in supplies. No face clothes, hand towels, beach towels or extra sheets. Kitchen needs a toaster, kettle, flipper and working can opener. On the plus side , it was a good size and very comfortable. We had bad weather while we were there so didn’t get to use the pool but it sure looked nice. Others who did brave it said that it was nice and warm. It was a nice, quiet condo in a good location. Great beach for walking with lots of seashells. Would stay here again, just need to bring more of my own supplies (lesson learned). Door code entry was a good thing, no carrying keys with you.

Very nice property. Slum lord private owner

The Tiki development is great! Very helpful and friendly staff. Property is well maintained. But - we rented from a private owner. The place was very clean but lacked basic necessities, like a working shower, adequate lighting and silverware. We shared the one fork and two butter knives. On the ninth day of our stay following thirty one text messages and excuses the shower was repaired. We changed our plans every day waiting for a plumber to show up. We insisted that we be refunded for eight days of rental. Got excuses about that also. Haven't heard from the guy since the last day of our stay. This is a nice resort so if you're interested, book your plans directly through the management office.

Thankyou penny , but is youre personal opinion, Tiki has 140 units and as you know my unit is one of the best top 5 ( totaly renovated, super nice ,very clean & equiped ) the water low presure was caused for the construction of Hilton next door) now that the construction is completed and the hilton open, the presure is perfect, new silverware set is there & the 3 bulblights replaced, you was the fist guest of the year , we recheck evrithing and I can warranty you that now is100% perfect I offer you a fair refund , but you ask for more than fair amount , hope you stay with us next year, you have $500 dlls credit for youre next stay, thankyou for youre review

Great location, beautiful and modern condo at SPI

Me and my wife really enjoyed our stay at this property. We totally recommend it. We have stayed at other locations before and this is by far the best place to relax and enjoy the beach.
