Escape to the charming coastal town of Ogunquit and experience the perfect vacation just steps away at our 4-bedroom condo nestled directly in the village, and just a short walk to the stunning Ogunquit Beach and to the sand and surf. Venture out to explore the picturesque Marginal Way a 10-minute walk away or a 3-minute drive to the quaint Perkins Cove or even a nice 20 minute stroll to the Cove. Back at the condo, you'll find all the comforts of home, including Wi-Fi, a washing machine / dryer and a cozy fireplace to unwind by. Entertain with the satellite/cable TV, or challenge your family & friends to game night which we have some games on hand. The fully stocked kitchen complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, grill and more, makes it easy to prepare delicious meals. Step outside and enjoy the fresh air around the fire pit or read in the yard listening to the seasonal stream Please note: Tranquility has the largest yard in the village which makes this property remarkable. With all the essentials like air conditioning, heating, Convenience to everywhere being the 4th driveway up from the village making this one of the closest rental property to the village & beach is the perfect ingredients to a wonderful stay in Ogunquit. Please note, we do not provide Linen & towels but we do have wonderful local linen company that can easily provide everything you need conveniently to your door. We do book up quick so don't delay for your perfect getaway or request to be on our cancellation list

This house was perfect for our family of 5 (all adults). We stayed for the weekend (Fri - Sun). You can't beat the location! It was right around the corner from the downtown area with shops, bakeries, coffee shops, and restaurants. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The house itself was super clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. We also greatly enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard. Even though this house is close to the action, it is in a peaceful neighborhood. We would DEFINITELY rent this house again.

The house was just as described, it was a perfect place to stay for our weekend in Ogunquit. It had everything we needed, was very clean, and was a great location to walk to lots of restaurants and shops. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely book again.

We were walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. There was a great outdoor space for the kids as well as the adults to play games. Check in was a breeze and there was plenty of room for a family of 10. Rich and Cindy were so easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this home for an Ogunquit getaway.

This property was perfect! Once we unpacked, we never had to use our car again because we could walk to the beach, the marginal way and the town center. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful. 10/10!

Perfect!

Right from the start communication was quick and very helpful. The location as perfect; a combination of quiet while also being located right on the edge of town and easy walking distance to shops and walking paths by the beach. Lots of room for everyone to have their own space, clean and neat. Loved everything about it and highly recommend!

Ogunquit Stay

We stayed for a week with friends. The house was very nice and had everything we needed. Owners were very pleasant and easy to get ahold of if needed. If you don’t mind a few steps, the house is wonderful. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Huge house a stones throw from all the action

This house was so much bigger than I expected! There were just 4 of us on this trip, two couples, but a party 8 or even 10 would fit comfortably. 4 big bathrooms, all the beds were comfy. And you cannot beat the location. We never had to use our car the entire weekend. We walked everywhere. Downtown shopping and restaurants are a 3 min walk, the Greenery (breakfast) is a 3 min walk in the other direction. We walked down to the beach. And the house was clean and comfy. Loved the gas fireplace and the house was decorated for Christmas, which was a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.

5 Sisters Weekend

Property was very well appointed, clean and comfortable. Main Street Ogunquit is alive with inviting shops and wonderful restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed "Tootsie" at the Ogunquit Playhouse. So much talent - the actors, singing, dancing, and writers were equal to any Broadway show I've ever seen. After a day on the town, the condo was perfect - inviting, relaxing, and thoroughly enjoyable.

Fabulous location!

Rich and Cindy were wonderful hosts. Our VBRO was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and had a fabulous backyard! But, best of all, its location was just a 5-minute walk to the center of town. Being able to enjoy such beautiful surroundings in such a fun town made this girlfriend's getaway one to remember!

Convenient beautiful home great for families.

Family trip including the kids and grandparents. Excellent location, a 1 minute walk to town. Tons of places to eat and shop. Maybe a 15 minute walk to the beach, but it doesn’t seem that long since you are walking through the Main Street of the town. The house was very large for us - 2 toddlers, 2 adults, and 2 seniors. We had a bedroom to spare. Very Large and spacious. Great little yard in back with a gas fire pit. I would recommend for families with young kids.

Great property with the best location you can ask for! Feels secluded but is steps away from the downtown area of Ogunquit, easily walkable to the beach and several restaurants and shops. Perfect for a family vacation!

Perfect Location, Beautiful Accommodations

We were looking for a location in Qgunquit for a 3-night stay with friends. The location is perfect...walkable to shops, restaurants, the beach and the beginning of the Marginal Way. While we were only a group of four, the home could easily sleep 10 with 3 1/2 baths. The home is very well maintained with a cozy, nautical theme but most impressive is how they have set everything up so that necessary items are easy to find. We would highly recommend!!

great location

We were 10 of us on a staycation weekend away during Thanksgiving. The property is amazing and the hosts were extremely efficient with communication. I think I would definitely stay at this property again. the only thing is they don't provide linens which can be a hassle for a larger family traveling here but in their defense, they communicate that well in advance and don't charge a cleaning fee. The property is in the heart of the town and walking distance from shops and the beach.

Great family time in Ogunquit

Richard's property in Ogunquit was just perfect for my husband and me, our 2 children and their spouses and a baby granddaughter. Centrally located with a super easy walk to absolutely any place in downtown Ogunquit, the beach, Marginal Way and Perkins Cove. The home was just as advertised. More than enough room for the 7 of us with clean and comfortable beds and living and dining furniture. We cooked 2 nights in and found the kitchen to be very well appointed with pans, tools and even spices and condiments. 3 large, modern full baths, again, so comfortable for a large group. A great gas firepit out back with plenty of seating too where we enjoyed late night warm apple crisp! Communication with Richard was effortless with clear instructions and quick turn around of answers to questions. In short, when we return to beautiful Ogunquit we will be looking to Richard's property again for a guaranteed comfortable stay.

This property is second to none only being the fourth driveway from the village, short walking to everywhere.
Many nights on the deck it is not uncommon to hear the peaceful sounds of the tide coming in, or off season hearing the stream running in the back yard.
