5209B Calle Menorca - This is the vacation you've been waiting for! 5209 B Calle Menorca is one of four condos, on the property, in the heart of Siesta Key Village. This is a second floor unit and requires climbing stairs. The interior is tastefully furnished with a bright beachy feel and the exterior feels like a resort with two pools and a tiki bar. Make your reservations fast because these will not remain available for long, especially in prime season.

SBR does not supply toiletries, hair dryer, iron or ironing boards during your stay.

Excellent location

The location was great. It is a minute or two walk to village and the beach was a 5 minute walk. There was everything you needed for the beach wagons, chairs and umbrellas. The property was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay. It was very easy to communicate with Scott if we needed something.

This property is very clean, comfortable, and convenient. There are plenty of bath towels and beach towels. The bed linens are very nice and furniture comfy. Everything was super clean. The beach gear (wagon, chairs, umbrella) was so useful and the pool relaxing. The location is superb. Itā€™s close to the shops and restaurants of the village (3 min walk) and only a 5-7 min walk to the beach. This was our second stay and I wonā€™t hesitate to book again.

Great stay in Siesta Key!

My wife and I were visiting friends and family in Florida and decided to stay in Siesta Key for five nights. The accommodations were very nice and afforded us plenty of room. The pool area was welcoming and the onsite parking was convenient. The location was what we were seeking. Steps to both the village and the beach. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely consider returning in the future. I fully recommend this property.

Great location

Great location. House was clean and well-appointed. Scott was easy to reach and communicative. Echoing what others said about noise from the downtown. It stopped around 11pm so it didnā€™t bother us too much. Recommend bringing a noise machine if you have light sleepers in your group.

Close to Siesta Key town center. Walking distance to pretty much anything you could want to do. Property manager stopped by to check in on our stay, which was a nice touch. It is a third floor unit with a nice little patio area too.

Location was fantastic. Although it was a bit noisy on a Friday and Sat night with the Village being so close. Our stay was very enjoyable and worked very well for our group. We did not know where the wagons, beach chairs, umbrellas were so I had to reach out to owner to find out our key opened up the side door of garage and that is where all of that stuff was. Over all a very good experience and stay!

Great trip!

Place was about the best VRBO weā€™ve stayed in. It was immaculate! Location - perfect! We could walk everywhere. Didnā€™t really get beach time because of rain but that couldnā€™t be helped. We made the best of it! Good times on our first little get away to Siesta Key!

First Time Siesta Key Visit

I will say Scott was very responsive prior to our trip or arrival. Once there we were supposed to meet as stated on agreement, yet never saw anyone from property management.. The condo itself was a little dirty in the bathrooms and kitchen. We were only given bare minimum essentials for this stay, which was a little disappointing due to our cost to stay there. If you are going to pay over $2k for a property, they should provide all cleaning materials like kitchen cleaner, dishwasher detergent etcā€¦ thatā€™s just my opinion. We had to figure out the pool on our own, no instructions for turning on pool lights or how to set them. We even filled the pool with water because it was getting low, after the pool guy was there. We also had a major issue with extremely loud neighbors and noise from the main strip. We will be staying further away next time.

Enjoyed our stay. Property was clean and recently remodeled (interior and exterior). One suggestion -remove twin beds and add king and tv in second bedroom. Two kids can share a king bed, but unit doesnā€™t work for two couples looking for a unit.

Location is amazing

We stayed for 5 nights before our planned Disney trip and had an amazing time. We had been to Siesta Key multiple times but had never stayed in SK Village before, now it is the only place we will stay going forward. You can walk everywhere for food and shopping, and the beach is right at the end of the street. The furniture and beds were comfortable and the place feels new and is nicely equipped. Only issue we had was figuring out how to get the ceiling fans going. We determined the fans remote batteries needed to be replaced and then they worked fine. We would definitely recommend staying here for your Siesta Key vacation!

Siesta Town

We have been coming to Siesta Key for 40 years. My mother has a place on the beach but it doesnā€™t take dogs so we rented this year. Everything was as described, perfect. Would definitely recommend to others for overflow at my motherā€™s.

Beautiful Place

Property was very clean and nice inside. It is in a fantastic location. If you love to walk to the beach and to get dinner in the evenings, this unit is the perfect place to stay. You wonā€™t need your car all week! It was also so nice to take our pup with us on vacation. We definitely will be back!

Prime Location

The property manager was very responsive and prompt. We had zero issues booking the property, checking in, etc. The property was well-maintained and had everything we needed. There were also some basic supplies to help us get through the week which is always a nice touch. The pool and outside property was maintained almost daily, and the outside was neat and tidy. There are two pools to use, and on the first day one of the pools was pretty cold. Before we could even mention it to the property manager, the pool guy was there fixing it up. The pools were clean and lovely. The check-in materials note that there is no hair dryer, but there was one located in the bathroom. Everything was clean and there were plenty of towels and linens. This location is also a prime location in Siesta Key. You are literally a half block from a stocked cute grocery store, and a bunch of restaurants, stores, ice cream shops, etc. The beach is only a few blocks away, and there is a wagon in the garage with chairs, umbrellas, etc. The only negative about the property is the noise level. It was loud. Really loud. On Saturday night, Thursday night and Friday night, you could hear bass playing well into 2am. Throughout the week there were also groups of loud drunkards hollering in the street which woke us up multiple times. The neighbors also liked to party quite late and stay at the pool into the wee hours. The residents staying in the other condos that comprise this property were wonderful and respectful, it was the people leaving the bars that were the problem. In full disclosure, (1) we stayed here during prime spring break season, (2) we have two little children, (3) we are light sleepers, (4) we go to bed early, and (5) we don't drink. By the end of the week, we were equipped with Tylenol PM and noise machines to help.
