2026 weekly summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday

Rehoboth Beach house with plenty of space. 5 bedroom including NEW attic area, 3 1/2 bath, 4000 SF house with parking for 10 cars & Goalrilla basketball court. Newly installed outdoor shower and foot wash.

Entertain your guests or family members on the 1st floor with its open floor plan, Chef’s Kitchen including range/hood, wall oven/microwave, Keurig & drip coffee machine, orange crush machine, half bath, and large dining room area.
Living room has big screen tv, DVD, game closet, propane fireplace (for the cold months).

Sleeping/Bathroom arrangements:

Please bring own sheets and towels (washer/dryer provided)

Bedroom 1: two queen beds, private deck, attached full bath

We had a fantastic stay. Communication with the host was great - they were super responsive. We had 0 issues. The house was super comfortable and well stocked. The location worked out really well - was a pretty easy bike ride to the boardwalk and beach, and we had plenty of space to hang out when we needed to get out of the sun. All in all, a great spot to accommodate a large group like ours was! Would definitely recommend.

A very pleasant stay. Our large, extended family had a great time. We had plenty of room to spread out or hang out as a group, inside and out. There were at least 10 bikes that we used to explore the highly-bikeable area. There were also lots of lawn/beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, and games for kids and grown ups. We used the folding tables for jigsaw puzzling. We put both fridges to use and enjoyed the nicely stocked kitchen. We’d love to stay again!

The house was as pictured and had lots of space. Balconies were ver nice too. You can walk to beach but if you bring chairs etc drive. Rehobeth is great! Lots to do, great places to eat and shop!

Great Space and location for family

The VRBO was very spacious and had great amenities. There were plenty of rooms and space, specially if you have kids. There's a kid zone for them to play at, there were beach equipments to use, a great size yard to cookout and play some lawn games. There was also plenty of parking space considering we had 7 cars. My family and I were very impressed and would definitely consider staying here again.

Family vacation in Rehoboth

Our family had a great week in Rehoboth staying at this rental property. We especially enjoyed cooking and eating in the spacious kitchen and dining room, taking bike rides into town and using the awesome outdoor shower. The kids loved their 3rd floor space and the rest of the rooms worked out great too. We used the outdoor grill and enjoyed the basketball hoop in the driveway and playing outdoor games in the evening. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, the multiple beach chairs, bikes and other amenities for our group of 15 including adults, teens and some small children. We highly recommend this rental for families and groups.

Great place

Very clean and spacious. It was great having bikes available and they are in great condition. There was a closet of games in the house and corn hole boards in the garage. We. had a great time widhed we could have stayed longer. Would recommend to others. Our only problem was ants in the kitchen. No matter what we did they still came in. We tried coffee grounds on the outside of the wall. Didn't work! We finally bought ant traps, it helped but still had some. However all in all loved the stay!

Large Family Vacation

15 of us just spent a week in this home. The check-in process was super simple! House was exactly as it was shown on VRBO and was easy on-off Route 1 no matter what direction you wanted to go. We loved the fact that no shoes were allowed throughout the house (minimal sand clean-up) and there was plenty of room for everyone's shoes. The driveway was huge and easily fit 6 cars with plenty of room for driveway games. The bikes were used a lot for rides to the beach or just around the neighborhood. The garage was big enough to use as a late-night outdoor game area. Depending on what beach you wanted to visit, we checked out both Whiskey Beach and Deauville Beach in addition to Rehoboth Beach, all are easily accessible from this house. The kitchen table is large enough for everyone to eat at and hold intense Bingo games. Despite the number of people and all of the chaos in the house, the sound did not carry throughout. The bedrooms were all a good size and the master bedroom had the room for a few more beds or even air mattresses. The attic room was amazing. Futon in the adjoining room was large as was the bean bag. Don't let the fact that it is not on a street next to the beach deter you. There is a crosswalk about a quarter mile down the street, then It is a quick walk to Silver Lake and the start of the boardwalk.

Serenity Now Is Accurate

This house is very roomy, well equipped and easy to spend a week in with lots of children. The location is quiet and close to everything! One of our favorites was the outdoor shower! We would definitely like to return again next summer.

First timers at Delaware Beach

This is a beautiful, very well layer out property which added to the enjoyment of our family’s first time at a Delaware beach. The game “room” space in addition to what my grandkids called “the attic” made our 5 kids thrilled. Basketball net for the grown ups and the backyard space was very nice. The other amenities such as the kitchen allowed us to cook 4 nights of our stay. We went to Dogfish restaurant and the Cultured Pearl. Both restaurants had great atmosphere and food. My family enjoyed their stay and everyone had a great time.

Girls week

Excellent time at Serenity. The property is gorgeous. A short drive to the beach. Everything you need is on site. The kitchen is well appointed with appliances, dishes, etc. We enjoyed games, puzzles, and even a dance party. Favorite beach bar is Obies by the Sea. We also ate at the Big Fish Grill and Woodys. A trip to Rehoboth is not complete without shopping at the Outlets. Sunsets at the beach in Lewes are gorgeous.

RB beach house perfect for large reunion/vacation for all ages and dogs!

First, we are so grateful to work with the owner-Ryan M who had been so accommodating from the initial inquiry of the rental place till check out process. He patiently addressed all my questions and minor concerns about the house. He let us bring 3 dogs with the condition that we vacuum all the hairs from the sofa set and chair during checkout which was not a big deal. ( 2 out of 3 dogs shed). Secondly, This rental place has a vast amount of space. The decor is modern with a hip vibes. The kitchen was well stocked and ample seating for 14+. They also provided outdoor chairs, beach chairs, umbrella, bikes, tiki shed/bar and even outdoor activities like corn holes. Our young adult kids enjoy using the bike to and from RB and Dewey Beach. Once you figure out the short cut to RB -it was an easy walk too. We go to the DB beach since we can park our cars in one of my kid's friend's parent's driveway so we enjoyed both RB and DB a lot. The newly added third floor was amazing. It has 4 full beds, futon and a large bean bag type of bed. Lots of board games to borrow and even party stuff to use with our luau and mexican dinner nites and family board game nites. Did I forget to mention --parking for up to 10 cars!!!! Wifi was great- about 6 of us teleworked a couple of days during the week. The outdoor shower came in handy too especially when everyone is trying to get ready at the same time. Check out was a breeze. We highly recommend this house!!!

Spacious, quiet, with everything we needed

Our stay during a week this August was great. The house has plenty of room, with everything we needed, including chairs, umbrella, etc for our kids to enjoy the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and we could take walks along the canal without worrying about traffic. It's not really very walkable to the beach, especially if you have small kids, but we needed to drive anyway with all our stuff. Christopher responded promptly to our questions. We would certainly try to rent the house again.

The sheer size is very useful, you'll never feel crammed. Plenty of parking and outdoor space to spread out
