Professionally managed by Azure-Properties, Condo 1107 is located on the 11th floor at Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot located on the 11th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is a $90 on-site registration fee for 2 garage parking passes and up to 8 RFID armbands.
.**Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum height is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 inches.

Featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and a eat-in dining area you have everything you need to serve breakfast in the morning as you watch the sunrise, make some snacks in the afternoon and cook a mouthwatering dinner in the evening. There is seating at the eat-in kitchen bar, the dining table or even on your large, private balcony.

You can also sit on one of the 2 comfortable chairs, turn on your favorite show or movie on the smart TV, and chill out in the middle of the afternoon. The spacious living room includes a queen sleeper sofa which allows this condo to comfortably sleep 8. Free WiFI & a full size washer & dryer is available for your convenience.

After an evening out and about, dancing, drinking, and talking to locals, it might be time to hit the hay. The master suite is perfect for you! it has a smart TV perfect for watching your favorite shows before bed, comfortable bedding to truly relax in and an attached full bath with a tub/shower combo to wash the sand off of your feet before crawling into bed with your loved one so you both wake up refreshed and clean in the morning.

And don’t worry about the rest of your group – your guests will be able to stay in either the guest suite or bunk room! The Guest suite is more like a 2nd master with a queen bed, a smart TV, comfortable bedding and it's own ensuite full bath with tub/shower combo. The Bunkroom is more like a true 3rd bedroom with it's custom "adult weight approved" twin/twin bunkbed, a smart TV to keep everyone entertained, its own ensuite full bath with a walk-in shower, and a door separating it from the rest of the condo for privacy. It's perfect for any age!

Located in Shores of Panama, a 23- story Gulf- front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of pool space with outdoor hot tub, an indoor heated pool & hot tub, 2 poolside Tiki bars, a community charcoal grill & picnic area, a modern fitness center, coffee/donut shop in the lobby, and a banquet/meeting room is available for large groups. There are beachside activities and watersports as well as chair/ umbrella rentals on site. Shores of Panama also provides parking in the covered garage.

Just steps away from everything you could need- Walmart is across the street, and you are just minutes away from Pier Park, Panama City's premier shopping and dining area. 1) What type of coffee pot is in the condo?
This condo has both a regular coffee maker & a Keurig coffee pot.

2 )Are beach chairs provided? Beach towels? Beach Toys?
Yes. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are provided inside the condo for the guest to use. The resort also has a "Take a toy, Leave a toy" bin in the pool area by the beach access gate with kids toys & floats guests are welcome to use.
