Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. Also on the first floor is a beautiful king bed guestroom and a shared bathroom with a glass-front shower.

On the second floor are three lovely guestrooms. Guests in the primary suite will enjoy a luxurious upholstered king bed and a private en suite bathroom with a shower, a dual-sink vanity, and a separate soaking tub. The final two guestrooms in the main house are a king bed guestroom with a private bathroom and shower/tub combo, and a queen bed guestroom with a private bathroom and a shower.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to fines.

Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, Low-Speed Vehicle rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 80 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
